Fantastic experience: Healthy "fast food" at its best! You can always count on The Nom for delicious and conveniently quick meals! Their "grab and go" fridge is so prefect for busy days. They also offer pre-order meal prep, which my husband has done and loves. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is lovely ‐ definitely a place to check out!

Fantastic experience: The only place in Salmon Arm that has consistently fresh, good quality food available for lunch. Dine in or take out, The Nom is substantially better than all other options. Prices are high compared to Nature's Fare type places, but to be able to support local people making great quality local food is well worth the few extra dollars per serving. The Nom is a must try for those who appreciate good quality, fresh food!!

Fantastic experience: Tried the smoothies and really enjoyed the Orange You Glad You Didn't Say Banana (a bit long so I called it Orange). They only have a few stools and it's setup for takeout but their bowls looked good.

Positive experience: I always look for organic, healthy food, and I believe it’s really important to be mindful of what we put into our bodies. That’s why I absolutely love the concept of this place! I also believe food should be fresh — and while the taste of my bowl was good, it seemed like it had been sitting in the fridge for at least 2 or 3 days…apart of this all good!

Fantastic experience: The Nom has salads that are a fantastic lunch treat that can't be beat! I took mine next door to the Anvil Coffee patio where I got a refreshing beverage to accompany my Nom salad. Keeping it local!

Fantastic experience: Such a staple for me for my lunch break. All their bowls are delicious, but my favourite is their chicken greek bowl. Lots of food for the dollar amount and the best part... THEY GIVE ENOUGH SAUCE! ♥️

Negative experience: The smoothies taste like they only put protein powder in it and nothing else . Do not come here if you’re wanting a fruit smoothie or health smoothie because it will just taste like straight up protein powder. Or just don’t get the protein powder out in . ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: The food is soo good and healthy so you feel good after eating here, not bogged down. The portion size is good. My favorite is the Honey Dijon chicken salad or the sushi bowl, Nom is my go-to quick lunch grab. They have smoothies and other things but haven't tried any of the drinks yet.

Fantastic experience: Whether your on the hunt for something like a smoothie, salad or sandwich or something hearty like their delicious meatball bowls; The Nom has it all. Their friendly staff are always welcoming and ready to help you find what you need or add protein to a bowl if you're wanting some. I think they win best salad in the Shuswap, too, with their honey mustard chicken salad! Our family always looks forward to a hearty, healthy and delicious meal from them!

Fantastic experience: The Nom is AMMMMAZING!!! I have been getting weekly meal prep of delicious meals, delightful cold press juices and oh so yummy treat balls for over 6 months now. I’m going through some health issues and these incredible women are helping me heal from the inside out. I’m actually amazed how they have this gift of making nutritious food so delicious My top faves are the simple well box, lemon bliss balls and Pineapple Express juice. I also really appreciate how many different options they have to switch things up every week and I’m always excited to see what it’s going to be every Monday when the menu drops. I highly recommend everything about The Nom and am so grateful to be a loyal and loving customer

Fantastic experience: The Nom’s food is always fresh, delicious and the most epic blend of flavours and textures- last weekend my gf and I grabbed a couple of bowls and took them up to a local winery for a picnic- talk About perfection! The Chicken Sushi bowl is my absolute fav- and the asparagus/ potato salad was next level delicious!! Incredible value- great portion sizes- always fresh and sooo good!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a bowl to have as a side for our dinner. It was so good and fresh! A perfect portion for two people. I also purchased energy balls for my drive back to Chase. Yummy! I will get these again, as well. If you like to eat good quality real food, this is the place for you. The owner was very friendly and also helped us out with directions. I will be returning.

Fantastic experience: The sushi bowl with tofu was so good! A must-try for sure! All their dressings are so flavourful. The grab ‘n go cooler is so convenient, and always lots of variety to choose from. Pineapple Express juice is my favourite, it’s a tropical vacation in a cup! Staff was so welcoming and friendly. Best place in Salmon Arm to grab a healthy, delicious lunch to enjoy at the beach, park, roadtrip, or at home!

Fantastic experience: My favourite place in the shuswap to grab a healthy GF plant based meal! Cassie, Raelyn & all the staff are the sweetest most welcoming group. They care so much about what is going into their meals, with the customers in mind and top priority. Always huge smiles and friendly greetings when you walk in. Their smoothies are sooo good and nourishing. The poke bowl & greek bowl are my go to’s, huge portions, enough for two meals per bowl. Definitely a must for anyone looking for “fast food” that is good for your body and soul!

It’s an affordable service and I find myself eating more veggies. If you’re located in the Shuswap I highly recommend stopping by and trying out their food, it is SO good!!!

Fantastic experience: Made a quick pit stop here while on our way through Salmon Arm. Discovered that rather than being a dine in restaurant, the Nom sells a variety of pre-made and ready to go lunches. We decided to grab a couple of vegan burger bowls. The bowls were fresh and tasty, and made with quality ingredients. Tried to recreate these at home but just not quite the same. We’ll be back :)

Positive experience: I got the satay bowl. Was expecting the bowl to be heavy on veg, unfortunately I got a ton of noodles, 5 spinach leaves and a half dozen broccoli florets. Also way too much sauce for my liking. I ended up eating 1/4 of it and leaving the rest. Apple smoothie was delicious, the bowl not so much. Cute place, but won’t be back for the $16 soupy noodle bowls.
