Fantastic experience: I was in a hit & run car accident & came to the clinic for the first time last week to seek help with my injuries. And was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming receptionist was so kind. And huge RAVE to Dennise who helped walk me through all the steps and was so gentle and knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed and comfortable and confident in my healing journey. Highly recommend this clinic and Dennise and the whole team.

Fantastic experience: Dennise was very professional and I enjoyed chatting with her first to explain my issues. She made me feel welcome and then helped me by showing exercises I can do at home to strengthen my muscles. I felt comfortable with her which I very much appreciated. I'm looking forward to working with her some more.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend getting your treatments here. Affinity is THE one stop shop to keep up with all your body maintenance needs in Kelowna. Adrian is a phenomenal massage therapist, I’m especially a fan of the IASTM techniques for deep tissue work. Tess has been extremely helpful as a physiotherapist dry needling away my aches and pains and helping optimize my movements and training to prevent further issues. Had my first appointment with their chiropractor Clayton this afternoon to loosen up and adjust my low back. Very competent and knowledgeable. Immediate relief from back pain is invaluable. Every practitioner I’ve received treatment from here has gone above and beyond to keep me tuned up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: this was my first ever physio treatment. Tess was awesome. She explained all that she was doing and asked a lot of detailed questions. She also performed dry needling on my shoulder. it wasn't painful. she has very strong hands and massaged the areas that needed attention. I had a better night's sleep and felt better the next day. Looking forward to seeing her for a follow-up visit.

Fantastic experience: So glad to have met Dr Sasha today for chiro and already on only my first visit feel a positive change in my back. Looking forward to having him work on my back and making me feel somewhat new again! Very knowledgeable and knows his work. Fantastic experience: I went in with an ankle sprain because I could not curl the way I used to do. Tess showed me exercises and stretches to help me recover my balance, etc. She was very thorough and professional, leaving me with a series of ‘homework’ assignments and activities. I would strongly recommend this physiotherepist.

Fantastic experience: I first came here in 2022, and I’ve been coming ever since. I’ve had many injuries and nagging pain and it always gets better/resolved after my treatments. The staff is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’d 100% recommend affinity wellness to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The location is accessible and has lots of parking spaces. Staff is very friendly and welcoming upon arriving at their clinic/office. They even have an option for you to book a free 15-minute consultation with any of your chosen treatment types so you can decide whether a specific treatment is the right approach for your health needs/conditions or not. I specifically had the chance to meet with Chaika, who gave me a thorough assessment and overview of why physiotherapy is a good option for my current condition. Of course, I booked my sessions with her right after my initial consultation. She provided me with treatments and exercises, which I thought were life-changing. She would do her part and would convince you to do your part with take-home exercises and indeed the collaboration between you and Chaika will lead to a favourable and successful result. I used to think that these exercises were just simple stretches but if you just give your 100% trust to Chaika, you would have a better understanding and discover the reason behind the targeted goals of each exercise she provides. I also had the chance to consult with Dr. Ike, Affinity's osteopath, and I was also enlightened about how a holistic approach can help in treating certain medical conditions. He incorporates different treatments to target different types of pain and issues in your body. To name a few, I have experienced the use of Normatec Technology, shockwave therapy, and laser therapy. Dr. Ike also provides different exercises that will help with your medical needs. If you are in search of a clinic that has a strong desire to make a difference in your life and empowers you through endless support, education, and guidance needed to manage the entirety of your well-being, this is your sign to give Affinity Wellness Clinic a shot! Fantastic experience: Went in for an appointment for a massage with a young man, named Seth. I must say he was a stand up kid made you feel relaxed enjoyed in conversation very professional, the massage was was fantastic felt like a million bucks after leaving my 60 minutes session. Has great strong hands to work out those deep kinks in the back and legs, going back in 3 weeks for another session to work on the front side chins biceps shoulder and ankles. Great job Seth keep up the awesome work!!!

Respectful, great communication to find your needs, and is amazingly good at finding 'the spots' to work on! The clinic is clean, well organized, and would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: I had a relaxation massage with Taylor and it was the best massage I think I’ve ever had. There are times for more painful RMT appointments, and there are the relaxation massages that completely melt you. Taylor was gentle but hit all the pressure points that cause goosebumps. 10/10 would recommend you go see Taylor.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now and Affinity deserves a 10 star rating. To start the front office staff are always happy to see you and greet you with a smile. I’ve seen multiple therapist and each one deserves their own shout out. For chiropractic care I’ve been seeing Dr. Clayton Selles for over 4 years now and he is the man who puts me back together no matter what I manage to do to my body. For counselling I was seeing clinical counsellor Dana Patterson for PTSD anxiety related to MVA. She has helped me greatly to overcome my obstacles and navigate life without the anxiety alarms sounding. Lastly I’ve recently received massage therapy from RMT Anthony Teichroeb who has in just one visit loosened my muscles and gave me relief. Thanks to all the staff for all you do and I’ll always recommend Affinity

Fantastic experience: Affinity Family Wellness is awesome. Great therapist, there is also a gym for physiotherapy. They have amazing massage therapy, and there are several therapist to choose from and acupuncture to. So clean, l am the lady that does the cleaning, and l work hard to make sure our clients feel good about the atmosphere here.

The group here is hands down, some of the best at diagnosing and helping to alleviate pain and work with you to create a routine to gets you back into a pain free life. Fantastic experience: At the end of July, I had an injury at work, and I did 8 amazing weeks of physiotherapy with Tess. I am still going back to Tess after my 8 weeks of physiotherapy because I am very happy with what Tess has done for me. Fantastic experience: Led to Affinity after a vehicle accident injury and on line reviews. Its a very relaxing environment, and front line staff are friendly greeting you by name. Tried a few services offered to hone in on my needs and settled on Kenisiology with specialist Jon Rowe. Jon is extremely knowledgable, very personable and is a great teacher with excellent communication skills in not only instructing you on exercises to address your body’s needs but explaining in layman terms how your body should function and what you can achieve through the exercise regime. It makes for a great comfortable experience and the positive effects on my body alignment are invaluable. Highly recommend Jon and Affinity Wellness for your journey in body health.

Fantastic experience: My husband, son and I have been going here for over a year now, initially for chiro (and Sasha is amazing) then husband needed massage and he raves about Adrian and Anthony! Today, Sasha was out of office but my back NEEDED attention! Clayton Selles is a miracle worker. I walked in with horrible lower back pain and walked out feeling almost 100% better. I was not expecting such an improvement so fast and I highly recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Affinity. I had an appointment with their nutritionist, Sarah, and I found that I didn't take anything useful away from the session. The information provided to was very surface level. Even after asking more specific or probing questions, I didn't come out with better insights into how to improve my diet. In addition, the only "resource" I was given was to go to the Canada Food Guide website. I didn't need to pay $250 for that. I don't believe Sarah has the experience to provide in-depth dietary knowledge or planning (I was looking to adjust my diet to manage blood sugar, but we didn't even get into that). I'm disappointed that this was my experience and had hoped to come out of this with more information. Based on other comments, it looks like other practitioners at Affinity are great, but my experience with Sarah was definitely not what I was expecting.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility. Staff are always so welcoming when you arrive. All of the health practitioners are professional and great at what they do. I always look forward to my appointments.
