Positive experience: staffs r v helpful. the shop itself is quite tiny, at least 2 v small & narrow theraphy "rooms" r in open office surrounded by curtains only, which always had patients, theraphists, or equipments bumping at each other between the 2 rooms. Else would have given at least 4 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for athletic therapy at Kinatex Sports Physio Richmond Hill consistently for about 2 months and highly recommend it. I've had an great experience and fast results working with Jina to rehabilitate painful and immobile shoulders due to regular muay thai training, a busy lifestyle and an aging body. In only a few sessions with Jina, coupled with at home stretches/releases and exercises (recommended by Jina), my shoulder mobility is restored and I am pain free. I can go back to carrying my kids, heavy objects and muay thai with ease. The Kinatex facility is also clean with ample parking (first hour is free) and easily accessible. You're always greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk, and booking/cancelling appts is pretty efficient and easy. Now that my shoulders are fine, I look forward to rehabilitating my sore, aging knees with Jina!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are all great, scheduling is flexible and I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs physio. I developed back, shoulder, neck pains and really bad headaches when sitting down, especially at a computer and Jina basically gave me my life back. Turns out my back muscles had almost no strength due to disuse so my brain offloaded the work onto other muscles and my brain literally stopped knowing how to use my lats. Jina gave me a bunch of stretches and exercises to do to help my brain relearn how to activate those muscles and untighten the overused ones and today I have no pain!

Fantastic experience: Several weeks ago I was going down the stairs when I felt my lower back seize completely. I was terrified as the pain was debilitating and I couldn't do many of the everyday tasks that I needed to (like walk my dog or even put on socks independently!). Back pain wasn't on my radar at 41 and I was anxious about what to do. After some time trying to navigate the treatment options, I reached out to Dr. Rabi at Kinatex. I had never seen a chiropractor before and had no idea what to expect. After the first appointment, I felt incredibly relieved! Not just in the sense that the pain lessened (which it did) but I felt like I had an ally in treatment who walked me through what to expect, what to do and what to avoid. Dr. Rabi is competent and caring, a rare combination in the medical field that makes all the difference.

In each session, she does so much - from massages to specialized treatments, and even patient education for home exercises. She treats each patient holistically, tailoring the treatment to their individual needs. I will definitely be visiting again soon, and the convenient parking is an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: This is the first clinic that my husband and I have been regularly visiting, because of friendly staff, knowledgeable patient education, and effective results! Since last year, I have been treated for my sprained ankle and back pain. Dr. Negin (chiro) adjusted my back, and helped release muscle knots all over body, and I barely experience tension headaches anymore thanks to her. Jina (athletic therapy) has shown me great exercises for everyday strengthening practice and help me with my form each visit- I notice a big difference in my body when I followed her recommendations. Audrey helped release tension from my calves from my sprained ankle and long standing work demands; I was fully treated for several sessions, but even from the first session I saw a big improvement. They are great people, and I cannot recommend this clinic more!

Fantastic experience: Great place to visit! Dr.Negin Rabi did my initial assessment back in February and after my second treatment I didn’t have to go back until recently. Dr.Negin treated my back and also demonstrated exercises to help. After getting adjusted I was instantly feeling much better. All around service is great and they even bill direct.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting Kinatex Sports Physio in Richmond Hill and had major success after just one treatment. I can't say enough about my experience with Trinity (RMT) and this clinic. Trinity walked me through her technique and the results were life changing. There were immediate improvements in my mobility and subsequently my workouts. Trinity also outlined my post treatment care to ensure successful results overall. I can't wait for my next treatment and looking forward to seeing Trinity again for round two.

Fantastic experience: Good results, after 1st visit, but I need to do about 6, visits, for best results. Dr. Brett, did assessment, treated of my stiff left knee and assigned me exercises, to help. Great staff, and appointment reminders by phone and text. They also submitted claim to my benefits provider, saving me the job of doing it.

Even though I had treatments constantly, but never experienced the excellent result and constant lessened relief of pain since I started my treatment with Audrey. Fantastic experience: Kinatex is a one of a kind physiotherapy clinic. Not only are they extremely friendly and welcoming, but they go above and beyond for their patients and are extremely knowledgeable. I came in with a severe case of tendinitis in my elbow, and only 2 visits had me back playing my favourite sports and lifting in the gym again. I have competed in professional and semi-professional sports (hockey, lacrosse, and football) for numerous years and have dealt with many different physiotherapists over the years, and Kinatex is definitely a place I would highly recommend for anyone from the average joe to the high caliber athlete.

Fantastic experience: If rating of 10 is available, I will give Audrey a TEN. She has been the BEST Physiotherapist I've had in past decade amongst other few I've had. Audrey gives "above and beyond". Her initial assessment is so thorough and top it all I ever had from other Physiotherapists. I rated her high because she consistently provides excellent treatment results over my first 3 visits. She genuinely cares, listens to your issues, and best is the EFFECTIVENESS of each treatment. I really like her explanation of post-treatment expectation. When you return, she always asks and pay attention to your feedback. I do have other areas requiring treatments. When you know each visit with Audrey takes your pain, tight muscles or tensions away, I am so looking forward to it.

Fantastic experience: At every appointment, I have found Dr. Adrian Chow to be knowledgeable, respectful, and engaging. He is willing to discuss any topic/concern and answers my questions fairly. Since seeing Dr. Adrian, I have begun to feel much better and am slowly gaining the confidence to do certain exercises again without having to work around discomfort. I found his practice to be well suited to my needs as he made sure to encapsulate both massage therapy and adjustments when needed. I’m surprised to have learnt so much about coordination and movement, and much more about my spine, muscles and joints. Together with massage therapy and adjustments, he encouraged me to practice more body stretching and even gave me a resistance band after guiding me on helpful exercises to lessen my back pain and fix my posture. I would also like to mention that he is very professional, genuine and down to earth! I would definitely visit again when I’m back in the city!

Fantastic experience: I fully recommend Dr Adrian! To start with he received me for the first time on Sunday for an emergency back adjustment. He treated me while explaining what he was doing and provided me with home exercises to prevent my problem happening happening again. He tells me when he estimates I don’t need to come other than for maintenance. My wife and I fully trust him and can’t recommend enough!
