Fantastic experience: I booked a an appointment after injuring a foot while jogging. By the time of the appointment, all symptoms had disappeared and the foot was feeling normal. However Skylar was able to quickly identify the problem that had led to the injury, and gave me exercises so that I can avoid a recurrence.

Fantastic experience: I have only had one visit with Kevin but already my shoulder pain is reduced by half and my mobility is 80% back to normal. With some knowledge of what the problem is and some simple stretches I now know what to do at home to help, and with one or two more visits I am hoping for a full recovery.

Fantastic experience: Kevin helped me with my arm and tailbone issues, and he was incredibly professional and friendly. He provided a comprehensive assessment and ensured all my muscle issues were addressed according to my comfort level. I feel 100% better now and can do normal activities without pain. The front desk staff members are also very friendly, efficient, and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: First off I was well recieved at reception. My Therapist Skylar was very thorough. Upon spending the time to get to know my history, she explained everything we were going to try and why. I found her very knowledgeable and personable. If you think you may have vertigo, I would highly recomend Skylar. Very good at her profession.

Negative experience: Wife went to Chris Harkeys for issues with a strain, stating during scheduling it was for a sprain. When she arrived, Chris told her there was nothing he could do and after 15-20 minutes she was charged $150 for "we can't do anything about it". I understand if there is nothing that could be done, but it was stated before this appointment it was for a sprain so they could have alternatively: - Told here it's a sprain and there was nothing they could do but she could come in anyways - Told her there was nothing they could do and not charged for a full session - Tried to do something with that remaining time given that they were going to charge her $150 anyways. I've been to lots of different physiotherapists over the years, and this behavior just wreaks of scam to me. Avoid if you're planning to go here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience here. I sustained injuries at work and began physiotherapy here with Kevin. I can't say enough good things. He helped me thoroughly and my injuries have become so much better since I started.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish impressive. Professional and very well skilled. Very much appreciate all of the work this team has done to provide such good service. The online process was excellent and I was so surprised to receive an email link to an excellent phone app that should keep me on track with my home physio assignments. More specifically my frozen shoulder tells the real story. During the session it was very clear that Kevin knew his work and performed the therapy well. My shoulder is already increased range of motion from one session. Well done and thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gurney is kind and patience, pay attention to details. He is also encourage patience to do ex. at home so that the injury will heal in time.

Negative experience: I was referred To Kevin Bos by Dr Sathish Rajasekaran (Kelowna Bone & Joint Health), not to any physiotherapist, but specifically Kevin Bos (who Mr Bos told me he goes mountain biking with!). I asked how long the appointment the initial appointment would be and was told 45 mins. My third appointment was where Mr Bos was 8 minutes late, yet in the office. He spent approx 22 minutes with me, partly rubbing my shoulder with his thumb, mostly talking. No hot heat pad, no real treatment (he does email you a small video of someone doing the exercises he wants you to do). I left, and returned about 45 minutes later and complained about the appointment. My provider pays $50, and I paid $45, and I told him I thought this was excessive for the 22 minutes I had seen him (this would be $259 an hour). He was very concerned and hustled me into a closed area, and offered to compensate me $30 (he later said it would be credited to my credit card, then he changed and said he would mail a cheque - which I have never received). First I am concerned by the direct referral, and secondly by Mr Bos's treatment of his patrons. I am very dissatisfied with his interpretation of a patrons treatment and respect.

Negative experience: Was dealing with Vertigo talked to a secretary for an appointment said the lady I asked for had no openings so I was put on a cancellation list which was fine then I found out from my RMT who gets the same treatment done as I said that this lady had a 215 opening so I called back to Sun City and got nothing but a condescending and very argumentative response from the secretary so I hung up not willing to put up with a rude person on the line in my view a very unprofessional response !!

Fantastic experience: Came here for 2 separate issues 2 years apart, and the people here have saved me! At one point, my knee pain was so bad I couldn't walk on it at all. Since doing exercises, it's improved probably 95-98%. Just came in for chronic hand/wrist pain, and the Dr found a hard spot on a tendon. Proceeded with a Shockwave treatment and manual exercises. Treatment took 2 minutes, he said it can be painful. The first half was quite painful, but noticably less as it went on. I'd recommend this place to anybody. Very personable team of experts who listen and are very thorough in their exams without being invasive. I'm an anxious person and I feel comfortable here. ***** Five Stars.

I received a thorough examination and received an extensive exercise plan to work on in between my next follow up appointment.

Fantastic experience: Skylar was my physio, and she is amazing. She suggested using shock wave therapy on my Achilles tendon which fully ruptured 6 years ago and had a bunch of built up scar tissue. In 6 years, no physio has suggested this! It felt better already after my first session. Skylar is also just a pleasure, shares her knowledge so that you can take care of yourself at home, and is very supportive!

Fantastic experience: Chris was very personable and very knowledgeable. He made my first splint today. I look forward to him getting me back to my full capacity over the next couple of weeks

Fantastic experience: I saw Paige at Sun City for low back pain and tennis elbow. She created an exercise program for me along with soft tissue therapy and shock wave therapy for the elbows. After 3 month of following her guidance and 5 visits I am extremely please with the improvement and grateful for her care. Paige is knowledgeable, dedicated and a lovely person. I will be recommending Paige to my family and friends without hesitation. Update Dec 2023-Elbow pain 99% better with the Shock Wave therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with BPPV two weeks ago. I was referred to the physiotherapist Paige in the waiting area at the ER by a patient who had also suffered from vertigo and I am thankful for that. Paige was very knowledgeable, professional, empathic and patient. From the very first session she helped me manage the vertigo and made me feel I was not alone with my problem.
