Fantastic experience: Excellent care! Allie was a rock star navigating my injury recovery! Very knowledgeable and definitely great at what she does. Clinic staff were always friendly and helpful. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do or anyone I care about I would most definitely recommend this clinic. Thanks for getting me back out and on the courts Allie!

Fantastic experience: Robert Heimbach did a very thorough and detailed assessment of a Work place injury. He was very professional, explained, and demonstrated each maneuver he wanted done and shared his findings immediately. He gave me some very simple stretches and exercises to do at home and followed up with a review in an email later in the evening. I felt extremely well taken care of and I would highly recommend Robert for any physiotherapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a great experience during my initial consult with Allie at the Glenmore Sun City Physiotherapy location in Kelowna. From the onset, I felt at ease and supported by Allie and the Sun City staff. Laura at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in coordinating my payment with my insurance provider with no hiccups. Allie took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and listened carefully to my concerns as she created a tailored treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. Allie explained, in a way that was easy to understand (given my lack of anatomy knowledge), each exercise in the treatment plan and its purpose in regard to my condition and how they would help in the rehabilitation process. Following the consultation, Allie promptly followed up by emailing me my tailored treatment plan which included a detailed explanation, and associated images, of what is required to perform each exercise. I look forward to going back and seeing Allie and would highly recommend Sun City Physiotherapy in Kelowna.

Fantastic experience: I called in as I was having some problems with vertigo. Rob was amazing at explaining what was happening with the BPPV that I was struggling with. He drew out a diagram and went into great detail about what was happening. He was very thorough and took the time to ensure that I was aware of what was happening during my entire appointment. I will definitely be back to see him again in the future when I have any further need for physio. Thank you for making me feel so much better!!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my appointment with Skylar. After doing her initial assessment she explained very clearly what she believed the problem to be. After an initial treatment I was sent home with exercises to do, followed up with an email explaining the exercises. I felt she listened to me and asked pertinent questions to determine what was causing my pain.

Fantastic experience: Struggling with calcific tendonitis of the shoulder for quite some time, Rob H. was excellent in clearly describing what was happening with different arm motions and provided exercises to not irritate it further. I was wrong, & he had me correctly diagnosed after a short assessment & first treatment & after 3 sessions, I feel much better. Totally recommend Chris Harkies if you have arm pains or issues
