Fantastic experience: Mike Armet has been fantastic helping with a running injury. Best physio I've been to in town.

Fantastic experience: I had had my massage therapy done through Noah recently, and it was really great. I had had some inhibitions earlier but in due course they got erased and I felt quite relaxed after the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Kirstin is an amazing physiotherapist, she helped me go from not very mobile to mobile years ago and I’ve been seeing her since! She is kind, caring, and thoughtful and genuinely cares about her patients well being. If you are to ever need a physiotherapist she’s the one you want to go too!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a lot of rib misalignments that Kyle has helped me with. I go in there, not able to move very much and come out feeling great. I also have a lot of nerve issues going on and a lot of people aren’t able to figure out what exactly it is and Kyle has been looking into stuff on his own time for me. He’s a chiropractor that genuinely cares.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an ailment that was bothering me for a few months, and the Mike was able to make a good diagnosis, and was able to get me on a regime to help me recover.

Fantastic experience: Every now and then you run into a place that truly cares about what they do and how they treat their clients. Prime is one of those places. From Clay the owner and resident Kinisiologist to each and every coach: Kevin, Clay B., Cam, Karim. Not only do they ensure you get results, but they walk the walk, doing the same things you do and making sure you do them right. I would recommend Prime for anyone who wants to get physically better from just strength and conditioning to performance athletes. Call Clay and find out what they can help you achieve.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting chiropractic care since the age of 13 for recovery and maintenance in various sports. Dr. Kyle Salloum was one of the most thorough and effective practitioners I have encountered. He listened carefully to my needs and explained his plan for procedure. He performed ART and adjustments and gave take home exercises. I felt so amazing after my treatment that I even phoned a friend about it! I am so grateful!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Prime Physiotherapy was fantastic. I was having a lot of pain when I went in for my initial visit and when I left that first visit, I left feeling much better. Not healed, but definitely in less pain. I will return for more therapy. Front staff is happy, attentive friendly and helpful. Very clean. Kirsten is my therapist and she is knowledgeable and intuitive. Very gentle and listens which is important.

Mike asked for it and followed up with questions and made many comments about it. Although I have provided this information to several other health care professionals, Mike is the first to take the time to read it. I'm sure the reason is one of economics as there is no billing time for this. Mikes effort resonated with me.

Fantastic experience: Dr Salloum was very holistic in addressing fascia, ligaments, muscles and bones. He spent time working on my neck and back before an adjustment, which was helpful. He sent me home with stretches and daily posture corrections. He was also respectful of personal space by informing me of where he would be putting his hands. What a great Chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: I went to Prime several years ago as a broken down veteran; having just made team Canada, heading to compete in the Warrior Games in Disney World. I met with Clay, the young charismatic owner and he soon had me dreaming into wellness again. He put his entire team on me that collaborated on my success. Through this dynamic teamwork I felt like a strong man once agin broken but not beaten I rose again, but on the shoulders of this magnificently caring team.

Sarah the RMT I see is extremely thorough in her treatments and ensures she always explains areas that could use some extra stretching, shows you those stretches as well as emails them to you. She makes you fell comfortable and provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Sarah (RMT), Mike (physio) and Nathan (kinesiologist) all rehabbed me for months through a back injury that was extremely debilitating and life changing until I was connected with these three professionals. I hands down recommend all of the professionals at prime as I know how they truly changed my life for the better!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had lower back pain for years. I was told by doctors it was arthritis and I was told it wasn’t. (Ugh) Kristin Mitchell was recommended to me and after my first appointment I felt optimistic, as she took the time to actually hear what I was explaining. She gave me some great advice, insight on what might be contributing to my discomfort, exercises to try, and a treatment. I have to say she examined my back better than any doctor had. I would encourage anyone to go for at least one appointment.

Fantastic experience: Getting into the clinic was a bit of a hassle as they have two entrances and no indication of where you need to go to be at the correct entrance. HOWEVER…Mike is simply amazing. I have had a lot of physio experiences as an athlete over the years. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, assessed thoroughly, and gave me a functional and effective plan to resolve my current issue.

Fantastic experience: Nathan was so kind, I felt listened to/heard. I appreciated how clear he was. The questions he asked were more broken down and really got us further than I’d expected. He kept things simple and made me feel like *we* have a plan going forward. He was also just realistic. Didn’t tell me to go crazy intense and actually said along the lines of, slow, steady, no rush, take your time. He created little goals/stepping stones, meaning I didn’t have to. That was really important to me because I don’t know what the heck I’m doing. Overall best experience I’ve ever had with a physio! Really feel like my issue can improve. 10/10

Fantastic experience: So far, three of my family members including myself and my son have been treated by Nathan Bourassa. (Lower back/ shoulder/ rotator cuff/ knees) I haven't seen Nathan in a couple of years because he fixed my problems promptly. He is now seeing my 15-year-old son who has issues with his knees. Nathan is extremely thorough. Checking all the avenues before giving a full assessment. 100% recommend Nathan for all your physiotherapy needs. Excellent practitioner. I've been to three different clinics Nathan is by far the best choice.

Fantastic experience: Mike Armet has been my physiotherapist for just over 2 years. I started seeing him after a severe hiking accident. Through a range of physical techniques, prescribed exercises and IMS (intramuscular stimulation) he helped ease the pain I experienced and increased the mobility in my shoulder, ribs, spine and hips. He is an incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, professional therapist who is extremely generous with his time. Mike exceeded my expectations. He is a FANTASTIC therapist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Duff is one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever had hands down. He is thorough, personable and has a passion for what he does and it shows in his work. I’ve been visiting chiropractors and physiotherapist religiously for the last 12 years and nothing compares to the treatment I receive with him. I am selfishly hesitant to recommend him to others as I like having availability options, but I’m definitely grateful that he was recommended to me.
