Fantastic experience: Acacia Health and in particular Dr. Amy Gilchrist have been amazing responding to my health needs. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Payne for years. She is always able to help figure out a plan for any issues that I have seen her about. She’s very knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to about anything. I would highly recommend Dr Payne for your naturopathic /acupuncture needs.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my treatment from Dr Komonski. She is both patient and knowledgeable. I have had her get my blood analyzed. I have had her hypnotize me. I have had her do acupuncture on me. I use her for vitamin and over all vitality advice and treatment. I continue to trust my health concerns to her.

Fantastic experience: First infrared sauna at Acacia Health and it was perfect. Comfortable and private space with a shower for after. Shower sauna and area were nice and clean as were the towels. They even had body wash (which I didn’t think to bring!) I’ve already booked two more sessions.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Demelo is an excellent Naturopathic doctor. Super knowledgable with a range of tools and resources to support one's wellness. He was recommended to me by another doctor and I have no hesitation in doing the same. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Very disappointed about this place who was recommended. I believe in naturopathic, but just for a test allergy I need a first 90 mn appointment just to discuss about my health and a second one finally for the test. No communication about prices, length of time and the practitioner was not registered on the list, also treatment is not registered on their site as naturopath. I can't suggest this place or be very demanding about prices, practioner and treatment

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Komonski for an iron infusion. She was wonderful! Kind, personable, and professional. The front-end staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The clinic is beautiful.

I'm so glad I found her! I was getting hopeless with the medical system in BC and seeing a naturopathic doctor was my last straw. So glad I took this chance! I feel more confident now and have hope that there's a chance for me to get healthy and feel better because I found a doctor who actually listens and assesses my symptoms thoroughly. Not like so many other doctors who just brush you off for some easy money. She's a gem.

Amy was friendly, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to deeply and empathetically listen to my health concerns and come up with a wholistic plan to manage my health going forward. I felt respected, I felt seen and heard.

Fantastic experience: So far my experience at Acacia Health has been fantastic. I initially called to see about getting tested for allergies and was referred to Dr. Jaime de Melo. I had my initial consultation with him over the phone this morning. This was nice because it let us get started but saved me having to go to the clinic for just a 15 minute appointment. I realized I forgot to include some information on my intake form. I emailed them and within a few minutes I got a reply with the option to resubmit my form. They are extremely organized, well helpful and polite. I would reccomend Acacia health to anyone who is looking for naturopathic care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lorna Ciccone is enthusiastic, helpful, proactive and thorough. I am using her services in place of a family doctor and hopefully the system will allow better integration with her services but that’s improving. A good alternative if you need and want more personal care.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely first interview with Dr. Lorna who sounds like she's EXACTLY what we're needing in a naturopath who can help my husband with his chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and nutritional needs. The icing on the cake was when we learned that she has knowledge in an area we heard about and want to explore (bio film as it relates to pain). We look forward to booking our first appointment!

Unlike some other healthcare professionals I’ve worked with, Lorna never talks at me, but rather, talks to me.

Fantastic experience: I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't met Dr Hutchison. If you are suffering from mental health issues I highly recommend Dr Hutchison. She is extremely knowlegeable about psyche meds and how to treat those suffering from anxiety and depression.

Fantastic experience: The infrared sauna at acacia health is a true gift to Victoria residents . The benefits of infrared saunas are numerous but the service treatment you receive at acacia health stands out. From the very kind gentle greeting you receive at reception to the towel equipped private room with its own shower, the entire experience is most beneficial to one's mental emotional and physical health.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found Dr. De Melo. In my several decades of seeing alternative and conventional health professionals, he has the best all-round knowledge, and is the best-humoured too. He also seems very open to different treatment options.

Fantastic experience: I have only used the sauna services here but it was very affordable, easy check in process, and am overall comfortable session. Edit: have now used the sauna services over 4 times and still think highly of the place. The staff is wonderful, the sauna is private, and the price is affordable. Second edit: If you are wanting to see a dietitian, I would highly recommend Tiffany. She is fantastic and very client focused.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Michelle Payne for 7 years. At 49 I found myself with many unanswered questions regarding Perimenopause and how to navigate my Health both physical and emotional through this time. Dr Payne is someone who truly cares and is always willing to research to find the best course of treatment. By focusing on my health I look back and feel like I sailed through Menopause. Today we focus on staying ahead of the Post Menopause challenges and changes. Dr Payne also manages the health of my 21 and 19 year old daughters. As young women they have a Dr that can help them create a healthy path best for them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jaime de Melo was very accomplished in his field of medicine. Within 45 minutes he pinpointed the area of pain and likely cause, completed an ultrasound, found what appeared to be a pinched nerve, and provided a solution. I have visited three other doctors previously in the past four years who ordered lung x-rays, but could not determine the issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Komonski is the best doctor I know. She is smart, knowledgeable and able to see many perspectives. She is utterly transparent and shares exactly what she knows and does not yet know. Highly trustworthy. She is also respectful and attuned to her patients. I highly recommend her.
