Furthermore, she outlined my treatment program that included home exercises and follow up physio appointments. I had a shockwave treatment and it was so effective. Fantastic experience: I am pregnant with my first and wasn't sure I needed pelvic physio as I am a labor and delivery nurse and thought I was well informed but was encouraged by my partner who is also a physio. I came to nikolina and was blown away by the care and education provided to me. I learned so much in the first visit and felt really safe, supported, and listened to. I am going to continue going back during my pregnancy and postpartum. She is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Graham has been my physiotherapist for years. Recently, he worked with one of my children. He is approachable, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. His demeanor instantly puts you at ease. He is enthusiastic about his job and you can tell he enjoys explaining the physiology of injuries, helping people understand the mechanics of the body, and providing rehabilitation exercises when needed. Would highly recommend Graham Gillies to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist for themselves or their children.

I am so fortunate to have been matched with Laney as a solution provider. I’ve been challenged, motivated and encouraged knowing I have been given the tools to support myself going forward. Fantastic experience: Tonight I will sleep without pain thanks to Nikolina. I had an amazing assessment and IMS treatment today and have been able to enjoy the rest of my day with significantly reduced pain. I can’t wait for my next appointment to work on my injury recovery.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Very helpful. I'm a bodybuilder and lift heavy. I hurt my shoulder and was struggling to lift a 5lb dumbell. Thanks to Mitch I was back in the gym lifting heavy again in a few weeks. I can not recommend Mitch and Suncity highly enough. If you are an athlete in any way and need a tune up this is the place.

Fantastic experience: Mitch Browne is one of the best and most knowledgeable physio therapists I had the pleasure working with. It took him less than two sessions to diagnose my injury and with his mobility exercises and adjustments my injury left faster than I could have hoped. I would highly recommend any frequent gym-goers and active lifestyle individuals to see Mitch Browne, as he is specialized in sports injuries! Grateful for the speedy recovery I made thanks to him and being able to toss my usual weights around the gym without any limitations!

Fantastic experience: These guys really saved me. I had chronic lower back pain for over 5 years. After about 3 months the pain was manageable and now 1 year later totally gone. Graham is ultra knowledgeable and really cares about making progress to a comfortable life. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I came back from Thailand with a broken kneecap in March, I wore a brace for seven weeks, and then was recommended to go to Physiotherapy, I was lucky enough to get Jon Oswald, he joked he was serious he got my leg, moving really good within a 2 to 3 weeks span, gave me some home exercises to do, and I’ve been asking him constantly to give me new ones and he’s been more than happy to accommodate that. Positive experience: I had my back issues for a long time. I saw a chiropractor and a massage therapist in a different place few months ago to receive the treatments. They did not solve my back problems. My doctor suggested that I should find the physiotherapist. I went to see Jon and had treatments with him several weeks. My back’s pain is much less than few months ago. Jon is fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Following a serious ankle break and surgery and months of physio back home in Ontario, everything was feeling "okay", until it wasn't and the sports I loved playing became such a source of pain. After months of saying, "it'll go away on its own", I finally reached out to Sun City. More specifically, Jon Oswald. I can't say enough good things about this guy. His background in soccer and everything sports made it seem like he would be the one to understand what I'm trying to get back to. Personable, approachable and so knowledgable, he had me back to being pain free within a month. Can honestly say, I'm shocked at all the little personal details he would remember week after week, despite the many many patients he has. Made our sessions that much more enjoyable despite being shocked and twisted around. While I didn't get to interact with the other physio's, the front staff at Sun City LC were always super kind. Greeting me with a smile and sending off with a have a great day! The facility is nice and equipment seems updated and new. All I can say is that I wish that I had reached out sooner!

He was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him. It is good to go to a place where the professionals listen to what you need and don't tell you what you need. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Kendra at the Lake Country location of Sun City Physio and found the entire experience really wonderful. My time with Kendra wasn't rushed at all; she was thorough, knowledgeable, and reassuring and followed up quickly with a home regimen to get me through to our next visit. VERY glad I chose Sun City and Kendra for my care.

Fantastic experience: Had my first physio appointment ever with Jon today. He was fabulous! He explained everything and gave me some tips. Then he massaged the injury and explained some rehab exercises as well as what to expect and what to look for in the coming weeks of healing. I'm going back to see him next week. I highly recommend Jon and Sun City Physio!

Fantastic experience: I've seen Minh three or four times now for some lower back pain, and he is wonderful! He has such a calm and courteous manner, and he really takes the time to explain (and show with models/diagrams) what he believes is going on with my back. The stretches that he assigns for "homework" do the trick. The facility and the rest of the team seem great, also. Lake Country is lucky to have these guys!
