He communicated well and checked in often and adjusted to my needs. I left feeling ~rejuvenated. The space was also comfortable, clean and relaxing. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Brickyard Health is by far the best place I’ve been to. It immediately feels like a welcoming place when you walk in and meet the friendly desk staff. I’ve been seeing Brittany for my chiropractic needs and she’s been amazing from the start. I was afraid in the beginning because the whole “bone cracking” thing freaked me out. But, Brittany made me feel comfortable and ensured that it would feel much better (she wasn’t wrong!!) I’m always looking forward to my bone cracking appointment now (lol) And today, I seen Ana for a massage for the first time… I was amazed from the beginning. I think I found my new go-to massage therapist. I have never felt this relaxed and tense-free after a massage before from any other massage therapist I’ve seen at other locations. She knew exactly where the main points of pain in my shoulders were and worked them out without any discomfort on my end. Todays massage was sooooo relaxing, it’s just what I needed. Absolutely amazing. Brickyard Health will always be my first point of contact.

Fantastic experience: I was torn about writing this review because it feels like the best kept secret in Halifax. I've worked with many of the practitioners here and so far they've all been top notch. From massage therapy to physio, the staff are kind, considerate and professional. Katy is a magician with the super power of finding knots you didn't know you had and working them through. I leave feeling sore, but within a day I'm more flexible, resilient, and no longer in pain. Kathleen has been like a zen Master for physio, identifying and working with me on problem areas to improve strength and reduce recovery time. The simple exercises she has prescribed have helped me hit PRs in the 5k, 10k and half marathon distances. I easily feel 10 years younger. Lastly, the online booking process is convenient, payments and receipts are digital, and once I set up my benefits it's been as easy as I could imagine. Affordable, professional, and effective. Take my advice and just go for it, you won't regret it.

They have made everything so easy, they are so candid with each step (if anyone has been in a car accident you know the insurance companies don't make it easy). I highly recommend their team. Positive experience: I ve seen 3 different practicioners and love their work . Zero complaints about the practioners and the space . But, I ve had a very difficult time with communication break downs with the front desk staff booking appointments for MVA related appointments. My approval from the insurance company sat for 2 weeks unnoticed leaving me unable to book treatments , time matters when injured and in pain .Those who do the booking need better information fed to them before handleing MVA related questions. Not overly helpful if you are under stress dealing with insurance stuff

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere: clinical but still very comfortable, which I love. I always feel at ease going to my appointments and know that I’m going to be well cared for. I’ve been a regular client of Shayna for a long time now, and followed her from her last clinic. She is superb and gives the best treatment and pressure. I leave her treatment room always a million times better than when I walked in. Not only does she perform an excellent service she is also just a spectacular person as well. She is genuinely just so sweet and amazing. I’ve had such great experiences with Shayna I decided to try out some other services in the clinic as well, since I have the insurance! Why not right?! I must say I was not disappointed with Dr. Erin and the acupuncture I received. She listened to my concerns and customized my treatment and I felt amazing afterward! The relief in the tension in my jaw alone was so baffling! I’ve had acupuncture done in a small scale before but this was a lot more thorough and targeted and it was quite nice to just lay back and relax and let the acupuncture work it’s thing for longer than just a few minutes at my chiropractor! She was very gentle and I was very at ease through the whole process and overall just very kind. Had lovely little chats but also was able to just lay back and relax which was so lovely as I have a very social career. I highly recommend Shayna and Dr. Erin! I honestly could go on and on about how lovely they both are! Do yourself a favour and treat yourself!

Yes she's encouraging and positive, yes she's dedicated to her profession and lifelong learning, yes she can treat your pain and improve your physical wellbeing, and yes she's available and responsive to questions, but what I really like about Alexa is how positive I feel after an appointment. She truly cares about her patient's mental health and always focusses you on where you were and how far you have come. This is invaluable in the journey to wellness. I would recommend Alexa to anyone who wants to feel better, and who wants to feel the best they can while doing it. She's an outstanding healthcare provider.

Fantastic experience: This is a review for Alexa Starratt, the Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist at Brickyard Health. In sum, Alexa is amazing!!! While she brings so much knowledge and skill to every appointment, offering me helpful yet manageable exercises to do at home, using acupuncture, cupping, gentle massage, internal pelvic floor work, and muscle releasing techniques to help with my hip and back pain, it is her skill with dry needling that has really helped me the most. I always leave Alexa's office with more mobility and less pain than when I arrived. Dry needling, by its very nature can be a little intense, but Alexa is very gentle and always checks in with me to make sure I'm doing okay throughout the treatment. She explains what she's doing and why every step of the way. Her intuition is bang on - she seems to know what trigger point to needle next or what technique to use to facilitate the next layer of my healing. Her kind, humourous, and professional demeanor makes every appointment an absolute pleasure. I am very grateful for all of the help, knowledge, and healing Alexa has facilitated for me and would recommend her services to anyone who has unresolved pain or limited mobility, and especially anyone who has ever had a baby.

The online booking system is simple and convenient and sends email reminders before appointments. D'Arcy has been my chiropractor for a few years now. She's friendly, helpful, and a wonderful practitioner. She always takes time to listen, helps develop a plan for what's ailing you and follows up. I've recommended her to several coworkers and they've never been disappointed. They've said great things about the RMTs here as well, though I haven't been to any of them myself. The facility is clean and minimally yet thoughtfully decorated with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. You're sure to see a friendly smile from Mikaela who will greet you and make you feel at ease on every visit.
