I used to struggle with frequent headaches, neck pain, and occasional challenges with speech, which often led to anxiety. Since starting treatment with Vince, my quality of life has improved drastically. He doesn’t have a magic wand to fix everything (though it can feel that way sometimes), but he brings profound knowledge and experience to offer a range of solutions. Working with Vince is always a pleasure; he can be as casual as a friend or, when needed, a true professional through and through. Fantastic experience: I am very grateful and thankful for the amazing work the entire crew do at Sun City Physio. Regardless of whether it has been at the location downtown or the new lower mission location, I have always received exceptional treatment. Vince, Jon and Anthony(there have been a few others and i apologize for forgetting their names as it has been several years since i last saw them)all did amazing work to help me get back to being healthy and able to enjoy life once again. The customer service has always been excellent as well.

Took my son for an appointment today and Mitch really took the time to explain what he was doing, why and the exercises and what they would achieve. He also gave him exercises for my sons specific sport that would help strengthen certain muscles to help avoid future injury. Have been to a few physios (elsewhere) who have all been good, but Mitch just seemed more thorough overall. 10/10 recommend for anyone but especially if you have a young athlete.

Fantastic experience: Although I have used Sun City's services in the past, This was my 1st visit w/ Anthony. I was treated w/ total professionalism. I felt very comfortable with his questions & assessment about my condition/neck pain. He got to the treatment in a very quick manner & the results were immediate. He also gave me some at home exercises & even emailed me a reminder & instructions. I have scheduled a follow up @ his request to see the progress of treatment. I could barely walk the last couple days with lower back pain and the reception staff got me in same day and accommodated my work schedule. After just one session I’m feeling way better. Fantastic experience: I often drag my broken shell of a body to see the magicians at Sun City in the Lower Mission. After following Vince to this location from the downtown office I was always happy to be fixed and sent on my way with a combination of good advice, exercises and encouragement. More recently I have been seeing Bea Francisco for various issues but mostly focused around recurrent knee pain and weakness. Bea has transformed my life in recent months. In September I was on crutches and now in December I am confidently and comfortably running 5 days a week in a safe and controllable manner. Bea fixed my initial issues, worked with me to gently and safely build up certain supporting muscle structures and then consulted with me about my goals. We decided that she would perform a running assessment to see if I could progress to using running as a core part of my health program. Bea's assessment was technically impressive, hugely informative and helped me to understand what I could do - to not only improve my running potential - but how I could develop my running in a safe and sustainable way. The slow motion video feedback, gentle programming and constant feedback has given me the confidence that I can move forward and be successful with my running goals. She has an excellent bedside manner and brings the perfect balance of professionalism and humour to make me feel comfortable during those awkward moments. I would recommend her to anyone for pre-hab, rehab and absolutely for her running assessments and follow up. Thank you Sun City!

Fantastic experience: I saw Bea Francisco for a running assessment and couldn’t be happier with my decision to do so. She provided me with feedback on my running form and easy interventions to improve it. Additionally, her individualized running program was easy to follow and achievable. I would recommend seeing Bea for a running assessment if you’re looking to improve your running efficiency, meet your running goals and run pain free! :)

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old saw Jinelle Lim a total of four times for a hip/ knee issue. Jinelle was engaging and figured out the issue the first appointment. She made her a program that was perfect, and we saw improvement right away. She is excellent with kids= talks to them at their level with humour and warmth. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!!

Fantastic experience: I started going to physiotherapy for some fairly severe knee pains, and after only a couple of sessions with Jinelle, I noticed huge improvements. She has been super helpful and easy to work with, and has been able to solve any issue I have come to her with. Definitely recommend seeing Jinelle!

Fantastic experience: I have been here a few times now to see Shelby about various issues. The building is always very clean and everyone is very professional and friendly! Shelby was able to assess what was going on and work with me on them. I also received some helpful exercises and stretches to help keep everything good and healing properly! She is my go-to for any injuries or issues!

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from shoulder and neck pain, to the point where it was affecting my work. I saw Shelby Chittick and she is a miracle worker! She was able to get me 90% pain free after my first session with her, and was 100% pain free in less than 1 week. I would 10/10 recommend her for all your physio needs.

As a nurse I deal with chronic back pain and her work allows me to do my work as well as everything else I want to do in life! She does a combination of acupuncture, IMS, manual therapy and other treatment modalities on me, whatever I need that appointment. I can't thank her enough for all she does for me. Everybody at Sun City is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Shelby and Sun City Lower Mission to anybody who deals with acute or chronic pain.
