Fantastic experience: Dr Beatrice Lau is amazing, and reception is efficient.
Negative experience: I am very disappointed with how this clinic is run. I booked an appointment with the walk-in Doctor because my family doctor is never available. But what's the point of making an appointment if you don't honour the time? I have been waiting for 1h. I might as well just walk in and wait. This bad reviews is more so for reception. The walk-in Doctor here is great though. But the receptionist said it's because the doctor is running behind. But even so, the receptionist should have informed the patients of this.

We do try our best to offer same-day appointments with our family doctors, but these can fill up quickly depending on demand. Our walk-in clinic also operates by appointment-only to reduce crowding and improve efficiency; but each patient’s needs are different, and some cases can take longer than expected. While we do our best to stay on time, such delays are sometimes unavoidable as we want to ensure every patient receives the care they need. Our reception team may not always be able to provide an exact wait time, especially when a patient is still in the exam room with the doctor. Fantastic experience: I am writing this review for Dr, Michelle Mair who I consulted just now for cough and fever. Dr. Mair was very gentle, heard my concerns and and advised me accordingly. All the 5 stars are for her only. Way to go Doc. Mair. Footnote: I asked the receptionist whether they allow me to take pictures of their interior to write a google review. But, the facility manager said no to that. They should understand that it is business. The more you show the higher your turnout. May be they reached their capacity and are not looking for new patients.
Negative experience: During my visit, I forgot to bring a face mask. I asked for a face mask from front desk but they refused to give one. That was not safe for me and them.
Fantastic experience: Doctors here are always very kind and listen to you. Sometimes a little late to appointments, but I think that's because they don't rush patients. Phone always answered quickly. Only downside is they are closed weekends.
Fantastic experience: Doctors here are great, caring family doctors. They take the time to listen to your concerns and genuinely try to understand your needs as a patient.
Negative experience: Poor service. Unprofessional, arrogant sloppy doctors, especially for dr.Lau. See for somewhere else if you have another option. I don’t think they can treat you right if you are really illed. No wonder they have all the one start review. I would rate NO STAR if there’s an option.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time and didn't make an appointment for a walk-in, so they booked me in for a time later on in the day that worked. But as I walked out they called me back because the doctor had a quick opening. The staff upfront and the doctor were lovely and efficient. I was in an out with my prescription within an hour. Many thanks go the team.
Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic and doctors! I feel lucky that my family is able to have Dr. Beatrice Lau as our family doctor. She is very attentive, empathetic, detailed and has a kind bedside manner. Also, a bonus is that the front office staff is so friendly and efficient. Even though the office is busy, they are always kind and appointments are generally punctual, which compared to my other clinic experiences, very rare! We have used the walk in Dr's in the past and have found that they have been responsive and good too. It's not a classic walk-in since you have to call to book in advance but we did not have to wait very long to see a doctor. One time, same day and the other time, the next morning. Happy with this clinic!

Negative experience: Most of the receptionists are nice. The family doctor Dr. Fok is impossible to book. Yes. We all know he overtook so many patients and it is impossible to see the family doctor if you are in need. But every time when you call in to book, the wait time will be at least 10 days to 2 weeks. Who will book in advance for 2 weeks for a sick visit? This is ridiculous. And the walk in doctor is not always on site and sometimes she is fully booked as well because she needs to take over the family doctor’s patients.
Positive experience: Dr. Eric Lee-Cheong is my new family doctor there. He practices with great patience and enthusiasm. I wish we would not lose him to the Americans.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family have been visiting this clinic for almost 3 years. Every doctor office is busy, that's this country's healthcare system's remaining issue not an individual practice's problem. You can feel they are trying their best to assist you and make your visit smooth as possible. Love Dr. Fok, he's hands down one of the best in all the doctors I visited in the past decade. They can do blood work there too, the nurse there she's wonderful. Keep up

We do have a walk-in clinic which runs Mondays to Thursdays during business hours & appointments are required to avoid over-crowding in the clinic. Fantastic experience: First visit, very impressive of the experience that I had after walked into the clinic. I felt welcome, the clinic staff especially Miss Cangi, she was so kind, nice and professional, her instruction was so clear that I wouldn't feel lost. Negative experience: It was not my first unpleasant experience with this specific receptionist but it was not until today that I realize that it is definitely problematic. This receptionist has the talent to make a conversation irritating and who would always make simple things complicated. This lady is in nature aggressive and would try to make you think that you're the faulty party. I'm so hesitate to call the clinic for anything, booking, reschedule, medication.... It's surprising that she's still working here without being kicked out by the owner. If you look at all the bad comments about the clinic 99% of those go to this specific receptionist. The doctors in this clinic are awesome though. My apologies go to the doctors for the one-star rate but I would've given 0 if that were the option available.

Negative experience: I called in to see if they were still accepting any new patients, the receptionist picked up and sounded completely monotone. She says they aren't anymore, so I asked if there was a waitlist. Her response was "uh no". It was so rude that I didn't even want to bother and just ended call. It's a shame because I will never know what the doctors are like since the receptionist drives patients away. Also, if you are not accepting patients anymore, then please don't post photos of it. It's extremely misleading. And the "including walk-ins" is false. In the phone call, it is mentioned that they DO NOT see you unless you have an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to the clinic yesterday without booking an appointment. They responded fairly quick. My daughter was able to see a doctor in about half an hour. After the visit, the doctor called us at night to tell us test results and give us treatment instructions. The medical team handled my daughter’s case in time. We really appreciate that!

Fantastic experience: By reading other reviews it looks like you don’t need to make an appointment so I went the first time this morning as walk in and the ladies advised me I do need an appointment but luckily they were able to accommodate my son and I and still got the Dr. To see us which was very nice of them and I will be returning next time with an appointment. Positive experience: Latest update: 360 medical helped to fix this issue for me. I think they are willing to correct what was wrong by miscommunication. Thanks 360 medical and Dr Li! The only communication with this clinic was disappointing. They told me our family was terminated with their doctor because our health card expired during we applied for new one. The problem is they even didn’t try to inform you that, and give us the big “surprise” when we need them. Ok now we have to looking for a new family doctor!

Fantastic experience: Excellent clinic! I went to this clinic for walk-in consultation. The second that I step in, I felt very warm welcome from the staffs there. The process of seeing the doctor was a breeze. All staffs here are very kind yet professional. They clarify all information upfront before seeing a doctor. Doctor appointment went really efficiently. The clinic is very clean and cozy. The atmosphere is different from other clinic I have been. It’s very warm and peaceful. Highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best clinic I have ever been. Staff and doctors are nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They actively listen to your concerns and provide the best advice possible (Big applauses to Cangi). Negative experience: Super extremely rude receptionist and it was probably Heidi. Talks down to you. I now go to a walk in clinic to avoid dealing with unnecessarily rude people. She needs to know there’s always a nicer way to say things, you don’t need to be nasty! Admittedly I was late due to some transportation issues but I still made it a few minutes before the 15 minute grace period ended. Immediately she was like “YOU HAVE ONE MORE MINUTE LEFT”. I’m like okay… so the grace period is not over. She chuckles condescendingly and asks “DO u think 1 MINUTE IS ENOUGH FOR DOCTOR TO SEE U? I don’t think so!!” Wait what? So my grace period = how long my doctor is going to see me for? And she actually said WELL YES! And next time ur late we are going cancel you and charge you $50! Doctor actually ended up seeing me for at least 30 minutes. And in my medical notes I saw they noted how late I was too. Not sure how that’s related to my medical history.
Positive experience: It would be nice if they were open on weekends, it's really inconvenient for me to have to take time off work every time.
Negative experience: Low rating due to receptionist. Came on time, waited 15 mins in line to check in, and then the receptionist says “you’re late, come on time next time.” I said I had arrived on time but had to wait and she said ‘we are way too busy’ as if that’s my fault for wanting to speak to my family doctor about something serious?
Fantastic experience: I found this Medical Centre few months ago, both Dr.Chan and Dr.Fok are very good, reviewed and explained my report in great detail. The staffs are also very helpful and polite. They provided good solution to all my questions. I am very grateful that I can find this Medical Centre, I also recommended to my son and he has the same comment as mine. Fantastic experience: My 90+ year old grandmother was so worried about her family doctor retired 2 years ago. Took us more than half a year to find 360. With more than 1+ years of regular visits experience with the clinic, now I am comfortable to leave a review that we are so blessed to find this clinic. The doctor is so patient with my grandmother and always answers her questions in a way to make sure she understands. She always leaves with a peace of mind and a smiles on her face. Highly recommended!!!

Negative experience: The low rating is not because of the doctor (she's very nice), but because of a rude receptionist. HEIDI in particular, is unnecessarily rude and will give you an attitude as if she is superior to you. For example, instead of simply giving polite "yes/no" answers, she will make you feel bad: Us: "Since I came and registered early, will I still need to check-in when I come back later for my appointment?" Heidi: "OBVIOUSLY you have to or else we won't know if you're here!!" (Clearly, a simple "yes" would have been enough instead of making the patient feel bad for asking a question.) If you can avoid speaking with her, you'll have an enjoyable experience. I think the other receptionists are nice, and the manager was also very nice when I spoke to her about the incident.

Negative experience: Extremely rude staff. Place was empty so I don’t understand why we were given attitude for asking a few simple questions about walk-in medical service. We were practically rushed out the door. I wouldn’t advise coming here unless you’re desperate.
Fantastic experience: Unlike other Doctor's I have been to, Doctors at 360 Medical Centre wants to help you, and they care for your wellbeing. They are very patient, kind, empathetic, and professional. It is very rare to see all 4 of those traits in a Doctor these days.
Fantastic experience: Been going here ever since it has opened and I have nothing but good things to say about them. If i needed to be referred to a specialist, they are more than happy to do so.
Positive experience: Have been here twice. The doctors and staffs were good in those two times. However when I wanted to book again, the front desk staff answered was very rude with a bad attitude. She was impatient and refused to book next day morning walk-in appointment for me as what other staffs did for me before (the previous staffs told me clearly they could book appointment on the day or second day). She also denied they booked second-day appointment for me before which they just did a day ago (and before). After 3 sentences she just hang up on me suddenly although I was in a calm attitude all the time. Manager should consider improving customer service quality.
Fantastic experience: Clean and quiet clinic. Saw Dr. Mair and she was incredible. Didn't feel rushed and thorough, answered all my concerns etc. Front desk and pharmacy staff was polite and quick. Definitely would recommend!

Positive experience: called first time, spoke to the receptionist after a brief hold. The clinic not accepting new patients. the receptionist has no idea if any clinics nearby is accepting pt either.
Negative experience: Very long wait time (about 90 minutes); however, only one person was before me.
Fantastic experience: good environment , friendly and good doctors and nurses. last week I had a body check, but in the morning i found I can't get there on time , so i called them, they help me rearrange the time 1 hour later. the nurse help me do the blood draw, i didn't feel any pain, and the doctors give me a very careful body check. I highly recommend my friends who need walk in clinic or need a new family doctor to go there! nice clinic centre!
Negative experience: This clinic and pharmacy hv been my go-to place for the past 2 years since it’s close to me and the service has always been nice and efficient, but sadly I hv to find myself another clinic/pharmacy due to today’s unnecessary rude, almost mean customer service. I called the pharmacy to get a refill for my prescription today and the pharmacy girl kindly let me k that I need to talk to the doctor for another prescription and that the walk in doctor is fully booked today. She was asking if I need to book for tmr; I told her that I work late tmr and won’t be able to pick it up. She was nice and told me that she’ll double check and hv the clinic call me back. Another girl called me back from the clinic telling me that the doc is fully booked today and if I want to book for tmr, I thought she didn’t k so I just told her “sorry that I can’t cuz I work late tmr so I won’t be able to pick it up”. To that she could say “sorry but there is nothing I can do”, I would be okay with that and reply with “that’s okay, still, thanks for ur help”. Instead of that, the rest actually went like this, She: “well, then u should’ve thought abt it in advance and book 1-2 weeks earlier shouldn’t u? It really isn’t our problem.” Me: “I was only letting u k my situation and I don’t understand ur need to talk to me like this especially when the content doesn’t help me at all” She: “u need to book for tmr or not, if not then I’ll just hang up” Like, why does she feel the need to sass people so unnecessarily? It’s just plain rude and mean. I liked this place so far, I believe the doctor and the pharmacy’s services can still be good, but the poor experience with the clinic receptionist gave me no choice but to go elsewhere. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else again.

Fantastic experience: I find this medical clinic to be clean, staff to be helpful, and the family physicians to be lovely to work with. My parents referred me to Dr.Chow and she accepted me as a patient despite her roster being quite full. I definitely feel fortunate to be under her medical care. She is empathetic, kind and is willing to listen to concerns and discuss various options. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Dr.Chan over the phone recently and I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable as well. My parents have also expressed similar sentiments such as how impressed they are with the ongoing cleanliness of the clinic, as well as the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff at the front. Sure, on occasion, it might take a few calls to get through but we understand that this is a medical clinic, and we aren't the only patients registered here. I think they're doing the best that they can and I'm proud to be a patient of this clinic.

Fantastic experience: First time contacting this clinic. I called slightly before 9:30am and expected to have voice mail. To my surprise, I got a live person. The receptionist was very friendly. I got a tel appointment same morning. Had a chance to talk to Dr Chow and Dr Chan. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. My first impression to this clinic is positive!
Fantastic experience: I need to thank Dr. Chan who eventually solves my skin problem which had been vexing me for months. Thanks also to the friendly receptionist who offered me a short waiting time appointment.

Negative experience: John F.Y. Chan is the worst doctor I’ve ever met! He’s totally unprofessional,knows nothing, he’s s not helpful at all, and the worst, he treats patients in a playful manner.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit there. Place was very clean and I see the staff cleaning everything after I touched right away. A true clinic that I am comfortable to go in especially at this sensitive time. Highway recommend!
