Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael and Dr. Ryan are wonderful. They are extremely knowledgable and have a personality that quickly put me at ease. I am a difficult adjustment according to other chiropractors I have seen previously. I am still recovering from my accident. All staff are super nice and welcoming. Along with this, I am getting help and knowledge from Jas Digpal (Kinesiologist) about how to strengthening my muscles through stretching and all.

Positive experience: Active Care Health is an amazing all-encompassing center for your health needs, from chiropractor services to RMT. The services provided were professional and high quality. I have been going to this center for more than a year. This review is meant to be constructive amidst the recent COVID-19 business reopening procedures. When arrived at the entrance, the signage on the ground were confusing as to which line to start with. The notices on the door indicated to "stay left entering", however, the left door was locked when I arrived. The right door was unlocked, but there was another patient right in front of it talking to the receptionist (based on the position of the reception desk). It was unclear as to whether you should enter while another patient was still standing there. There was no shade outside the premise, hence, it could be hot waiting outside in general if the lines are occupied. So, if you are reading this and would like to enter, just beware that you might need to cross paths with people on the same right entrance.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Janelle for therapeutic massage for a year and a half. She strives to remove all 'tricky knots', is very professional, and provides sound advice for preventative actions that should be implemented.

Fantastic experience: Janelle has to be one of the best massage therapist in Kelowna! She is awesome and I highly recommend her. I’ve had her for deep tissue and prenatal massage (she has pregnancy pillows you can lay in and they’re amazing). 10/10 would recommend!
