Negative experience: I would give 5 star to Dr. Suzanne and all the staff are absolutely amazing and very friendly and the only reason for 1 star is for Dr. Jared. One of the worst i had, rude and unprofessional. No care at all for patient.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the front desk staff, the entire process of checking in for your appointment is very smooth and seamless. Dr Ashley is amazing as well!! She has done amazing work on my spine, neck and jaw. She is gentle but highly effective

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing severe sciatica pain following a double knee replacement, which was impacting my recovery. I heard about the laser spinal decompression treatment and decided to try it. My pain decreased after the first treatment. 3 weeks later and the pain is completely gone. Not cheap, but it is so worth being pain free.

Fantastic experience: I was a previous patient many moons ago. They made coming back a breeze. Dr V was very kind and listened very well and insightful for my treatment options. The ladies up front were so welcoming and provided me all info regarding my coverage and got me in asap due to my pain. I am glad to be back :)

Fantastic experience: Ive been seeing Dr. V twice a week for the past month and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve been through physio, athletic therapy, movement rehab, FST, FMT for my neck (which hasn’t had full range of motion for 5 years) and after my first session I was able to move without pain. Scheduling is very flexible for my already chaotic schedule which allows booking with ease. Front desk is more then happy to remind and or help you with before /after care I get all of my questions answered and walked though each step Thank you to the team for the continued help!

Fantastic experience: As a first-time mom, it was hard for me to see my newborn daughter in pain because of colic/reflux. I made a research about Pediatric Chiro and found Norwood Chiropractic. Fantastic experience: I have had disc issues in my lower back for twenty years and have tried many many things. The laser decompression therapy is the only thing that has actually helped. The staff at Norwood is fantastic and always a pleasure to deal with.

Negative experience: All the positive reviews are most likely fake. Owner was very unprofessional and rude when I was asking questions, was too pushy and tried to get me locked into a contract. Ajustments took less than a minute, felt ripped off after a few sessions. I stick to yoga & massages for better results.

Fantastic experience: From the first point of contact to the last, the staff were helpful and friendly. I've just completed 6 sessions of laser decompression therapy and have less pain and more mobility. This is the 1st time I have found any kind of relief in years.

Fantastic experience: I had a disc replacement in my lumbar spine in 2020 which relieved the pain I had for years immediately. A side effect was extreme nerve pain in my feet because of the trunk nerves to my legs were stretched 1.5 inches. The Laser Spine Decompression procedure provided significant relief in the pain in my feet. I was absolutely thrilled with the result as most of the pain has subsided. I will definitely continue with this treated as I need it. Thank you so much Doctors Buffie.

Fantastic experience: Best chiropractor ever!! I’ve been going to Norwood for about 3 years now after I met them at a hockey game. They did the assessment to see what was giving me difficulties and they gave me an amazing plan for the year! When I first started going I weighed 93lbs at 21 years old. After the first 6 months I noticed I gained 13lbs which was amazing to me! I was healthier and was able to do more stuff I wasn’t able to do before. I’ve also got up to 137lbs within the 3 years and I’m happy! Now I’ve been going for 3 years in a row and believe me when I say they know what they are doing! I have sensitivity issues and I panic about manual adjustments so they use specific tools. I’ve had to have chiropractic care after I was born due to a grain fracture collarbone and the person I saw scared me with how they adjusted my neck. Im letting Dr Vishal manually adjust me at my own pace and he is patient with me. They care and love you like one of their own. I will always recommend Norwood to people who need to see a chiropractor! I’ve had Dr Vishal, Dr Richard and Dr Ashley, all who took care of me! If you need to go see one, go with Norwood! The Dr’s there are amazing and has helped me in the long run!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Staff. Great professionals. Expectations management: Assessment is done at the clinic on the first session. Second session is about explanation and adjustment. Only then the treatment will be prescribed.

Negative experience: I went for spinal pain but it was not worth it. I went to precision and gain more strength and mobility. I had a great session on the first day for my routine lifestyle and what needs to be done. At Norwood they don’t entertain much. Busy place for patients I think.

I feel so much better on a regular basis then I did before! - JAN.11'2023 - The new massage therapist is just GREAT! I have finally found a masseur/masseuse where i actually feel like I got a massage! Definitely going to make it a regular thing now!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Norwood Chiropractic Centre. The chiropractors are very thorough and do a complete head to toe assessment before treating you. Dr. Goyal is great! He came up with a treatment plan and is in the process of fixing my headaches and lower back issues. The entire team at Norwood Chiropractic Centre is kind and welcoming. I especially appreciate that they are child friendly. My kids even enjoy coming with me to appointments!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ashley has magic hands. She finds the very right place to adjust. My body has been getting way better within 6 months. I had pins and needles all day even during the night. And now, I can sleep without any pain. I don't need to wake up and stretching my body. I can feel the improvement of my whole body. Strongly recommend this place. Negative experience: Went here with the whole family when my back hurt a lot decided to do massages there and to all of us and after the last massage I got a fungus on my body. I have been undergoing treatment for the fifth month already I don’t go shopping because of covid I went here only very rarely when my back hurt. Do not recommend the visibility of cleanliness!!

Negative experience: Be careful of how they will grab your money. This place is extremely pricy for what they do. They will charge you here and there. They will try to get you to prepay for your sessions. Be aware if youre a new client they will charge your first session just for interviewing you and a quick xray. The chiropractor I had did nothing to help with my back. He cracked me twice and that was it. There are lots of chiropractor places you can go and get way more for what you pay. I had to leave the place when i had the chance. They work as a team to take your money so BEWARE!!!!

Fantastic experience: About a month ago I started going to Norwood Chiropractic to realign my hips. Much to my surprise after my assessment and exam... they were worse than I had originally thought. Dr. Vishal has been absolutely amazing and I've already seen great results in such a short amount of time. The ladies at the front desk are the cherry on top as they are always so friendly and upbeat (even at 7:30 in the morning). Fantastic experience: Dr Vishal Goyal is a literal miracle worker. I didn't trust anyone with my spine after my accident but his treatments for a long time were the only thing that gave me relief. Also helps that it is such an friendly place with the warmest reception desk crew I have ever met. 10\10 and I have referred a few friends and family because I love this place and the people so much.

Fantastic experience: I just started attending this clinic this week after my normal chiropractor wasn't opening. Dr. Richard was very thorough and took all my concerns very seriously. The initial exam was very well done and he made sure to get the best possible xrays done. Dr.Richard found things that the other chiropractors did not and was very caring about it. He made sure to encourage me that I was in charge how my care and that he would never book me for more adjustments than i felt comfortable. Negative experience: Would not suggest this place. Went here a few months back because they gave away a promo from the wedding show, just for an alignment. Felt like high pressure sales. They were asking if I was willing to go on a payment plan before I knew what was wrong with me. They took X-rays of my back and told me I had scoliosis and a spine fracture. This had me concerned so I went to my family doctor for a second opinion. My doctor sent me for X-rays to be read by a radiologist. Everything came back completely fine. I would definitely suggest getting a second opinion on anything these people tell you.

Fantastic experience: I always have a positive experience here! The office staff are friendly and professional. They accommodate changes to appointments without hesitation or grief. The chiropractors are friendly and professional...eager to answer any concerns and offer suggestions for improvement. I rarely have to wait more than 10mins for my adjustment and I'm usually in and out within 5 mins. They do customer appreciation days quite regularly which is a nice treat. You're not just a number here!!! It's always big smiles and hellos when I walk in the door!

Not only did she take care of my neck, she also explained why I was having issues and how I can prevent them in later sessions. The one thing that Norwood Chiropractic stands out from others is their level of service as a "team effort" and as a facility as a whole. From front desk receptionists to the way the facility is designed (very green and organic feeling, very homey and welcoming), their upgraded technology / machines, to the amount of care and friendliness the doctors and receptionists provide. He's worked with us at our level and created a custom care plan that we can handle financially. I've never felt pressured to do anything that's above our means. You get a sense that Notwood Chiropractic actually cares. Actually can have a conversation as opposed to being lined up like sheep where your in and out.
