Fantastic experience: "Dr. Alexander Murray has been my chiropractor for three years, and he is fantastic! He genuinely cares about his patients and always makes me feel better. I highly recommend him—it's definitely worth a visit!"

Negative experience: Recently, I visited a clinic for an acupuncture session, and the procedure itself was amazing. I felt truly relaxed and satisfied. However, the customer service and the management's attitude left me deeply disappointed. Before booking, I asked if the clinic accepted payment through Canada Lite insurance, and they assured me it was possible. But after the session, when I was at my most relaxed state, they told me insurance wouldn't cover it, and I had to pay out of pocket. Suspicious of their claim, I called my insurance provider, and they confirmed that the procedure was indeed covered. The clinic staff acted unprofessionally, attempting to mislead me and push for payment unnecessarily. why do you lie to people who trust you?

Fantastic experience: Dr. Emily Shao Ai Liu is so professional who truly cares about her patients. Her expertise, kindness, and thorough approach make every visit a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Called and was still talking wasn't even on the phone that long and the girl cut me off say thank you have a good day and hung up when I was still talking.

Fantastic experience: I went to Spring Medical to have my sore arm checkedand the physiotherapist Jacqueline was excellent. She explained why my arm was hurting and did different procedures to see what to recommend for therapy. Jacqueline recommended a number of exercises for a while to see how my shoulder and arm is, I was very happy with Jacquelines professionalism and her kindness and understanding, I highly recommend Spring Medical for any medical needs as they are all very friendly and professional.

Negative experience: Used to be a decent clinic but the level of service seems to have declined the past year or so. Scheduling an appointment is next to impossible, getting through to anyone on the phone is also very difficult. I tried to use their online scheduling feature but that was even down. It seems like a microcosm of our entire medical system, broken and not serving the public too well but costing a fortune still the same. Dr. Ali has been good with telephone appointments tho, so there’s one bright spot.

Fantastic experience: Alex Murray is certainly the BEST Chiropractor that I've ever had. He is professional, thorough and uses massage to loosen you up to get the best alignment possible.

Negative experience: It's so hard to get an appointment. No one picks up the phone

Negative experience: This is clinic has unethical doctors. These people only see you if they have some one to bill. Not the Canadian way of doing things. The casino is good for chasing money.

Negative experience: Dr gill is horrible with calling at the scheduled time. I made it for 3pm but didnt call till 5:15pm. Of course i missed it as i was at work. And not able to leave a message for her to call back is piss poor. Not a good system.

Negative experience: Keep trying to book an appointment but can’t get in. I tried walking up to the clinic at 6:30 because it said on Google that they’re open till seven but apparently they are only open till 5 so she refused to make an appointment for me. Then they said to book online I was trying to at home and it doesn’t allow new patients to book online and it said to call in tomorrow. But then when I went to call in at 930 o’clock (says it’s 930-7pm hours) and phone lines were closed and open at 10am. I finally get a hold of them and they tell me I have to book the appointment in person But they’re all booked up today! I asked them how likely is it for me to get an appointment if I come in tomorrow morning at 10 like they want and they said it’s not very likely but you can try Looks like if you’re not already a patient it takes a miracle to get in BUT keep trying! ‍♀️

Negative experience: Doctor didn't bother to call. Waited all day.

Positive experience: I don’t have a family doctor and have been to this walk in clinic for the last 8-9 months. While I appreciate having access to doctor, recently they changed their policy. Instead of letting walk in appointments to be booked 2 weeks in advance, now it has to be booked 1 day ahead. Making it pretty hard to schedule time off from work for some recurring appointments like weekly or monthly allergy shots.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Jacqueline demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and expertise. She took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, patiently listening to my concerns and explaining the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. Her personalized approach made me feel confident that I was in capable hands. Throughout my session, she consistently displayed a high level of skill and dedication. She provided valuable guidance on exercises that I could incorporate into my daily routine to support my recovery. If you are in need of a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist, I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Murray relieved pain I was having in the first visit. I find his techniques quite different from previous chiropractic services I have used and far more effective. I highly recommend him.

Positive experience: I was told via email there were still appointments available for tomorrow and to walk-in in the morning. I asked what time I should come, they said 9am. I arrivedat 8:55am to discover 2 others already waiting there. The first person arriving one hour earlier!!! The second person said this is there 3rd time trying to get in. I didn't realize there would be so many others in the same situation as me. Unfortunately for me, they only had 2 walk-in spots open so I didn't get in. I had showed up the week before at 9:15am and there were no spots, again nobody telling me I should come really early. I just assumed they were fully booked from the previous day as it was still so early. Two weeks in a row. If you do want to get a walk-in appt, you should come at least 30 min early. If I ever get in to see a doctor, I will follow up with how my visit was. Edited to add: Today I went to the clinic at 8:30am. A very nice receptionish arrived at 8:45am and allowed me to come in early and started to help me. I did get an appointment and was told to return at 11:10am. I waited until 11:45am for my appt to come up. I spoke with Dr. Ali. He was informative and caring and gave optons, took his time with me even though I know he was likely behind. I still think they should have been able to book me the previous day into the slot that was open rather than make me come for a 3rd time but overall, I got seen and that's what matters. I changed my rating from a 2 to a 3.

Negative experience: Dr.Ali rushes the online call and doesn't listen properly, and when you're provided with the wrong prescription the clinic ignores you.

Negative experience: Booked online. They cancelled my appointment without informing on the day of appointment. Staff unprofessional lying they called multiple times where they called me once in early morning with no voicemail. I see other reviews saying booking is inconsistent. No doubt. If booking staffs are already inconsistent, how good would others who work there would be?

Negative experience: Conflicting info. I called a couple of minutes after 9:30 am, and their phone line was still on the out-of-office voicemail, which stated not to call the number unless it was an emergency and to refer to the website. However, the website said that new patients cannot book online and should call the number. Which one is it?

Negative experience: Dr. Fadhil Ali had ME do research into finding the doctor that I need to see. I've never had to do this before. I've never had a general practitioner ask me to find for them the name of a specialist doctor. He had the audacity to tell me that he can't help me find the doctor because he has other patients waiting for him after he attended our scheduled meeting LATE. My phone records show I was only on the call for 1 minute. From that experience you can clearly tell he wants you in and out to make a quick buck and do not care to even help.

Fantastic experience: Super easy and friendly people. More specifically Dr. Fadhil Ali is an expert and understands patient situation very well. I am diabetic and need an experts for treatment. Dr. Ali connect me to endocrinologist and now my blood glucose is managed properly. A big thank you to Dr. Ali

Negative experience: Went had a rash on my face and it kept getting worse then I realized it was eczema I had it before a long time ago. When I told the walk doctor about it he didn’t believe me. He was mad I tried to find my own diagnosis and said no I am wrong. “You are just licking my lips, if you stop it will go away” I couldn’t believe he said that I begged please it’s not have. I have a real problem. Then he reluctantly offered me a hydrocortisone cream. So upset he thought I was doing it to myself. I did apply the cream but it didn’t solve my problem. I had a appointment with my regular doctor appointment. When I saw my doctor my face was the same red and swollen. As soon as he saw me he knew what it was. Facial dermatitis gave me the proper cream and my face went back to normal in less than a 2 weeks. What terrible doctor he was rude, and cut me off and didn’t here me. I highly do not commend this place. My coworkers also said the doctors were not good but I was desperate. I feel sorry for people that don’t have a family doctor these are the people you might get.

Negative experience: Please do not attend to visit Dr. Chen (psychiatrist). The short wait time may seem worth it but you will only find yourself provided with inadequate care and inappropriate comments.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very professional and kind when I came in today for my walk-in appointment. I didn't experience that mean receptionist that all of the other reviewers are talking about which is a good thing I guess. I had completely forgotten to take a COVID test before the appointment but they were very forgiving and let me grab a rapid test from the pharmacy next door. Dr. Bhatti was very helpful and professional during my appointment with her.

Fantastic experience: People like to post fake comments on here. Please be aware of that. This clinic has best customer service and all staff are friendly. I give them thumbs up for excellence medical care on my entire family.

Positive experience: Good service overall, quick and efficient appointment system. The only major downside is there is No option to return calls on the phone menu. I received two missed calls from the clinic as I was in work and tried to call back only to be met with no option just to speak to reception. I had to choose the option to book an appt and then stayed on hold for 30 mins just to see what they needed. - Definitely need another number for call backs.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a pleasant experience coming here. All the doctors are incredibly nice and I don't feel rushed during my appointments. They take the time to listen to my concerns and the wait times are reasonable compared to some other clinics.

Negative experience: Be cautious going here as awhile ago I had a lung infection went in here as a walk in and I am anaphylactic to Cefaclor and the doctor there prescribed an antibiotic very close to this family that the pharmacist was very hesitant to provide to me as there was a high chance of me having a reaction. Since I was so sick and they were not answering their phone I tried some in store to see if it would end up giving me a reaction. Ended up being okay initially and I only had some hives/a rash but I would have some serious reservations about going back there as my allergy was noted in the file when I called back to confirm.

Negative experience: Sadly, there are not too many good places to go for good medical appointments. This place used to be good when Noorjah was working there. Now, it is a straight walk-in clinic. In the last 2 times, I've been sick and made appointments with their doctors to get a prescription; the first one was a phone consult, the lady said she was not going to prescribe anything to me without a some tests that required me to go to Spring medical to pick up a straw and then take it to the lab, after that I receive the diagnose 4 days after where she told me there was nothing serious and that I felt discomfort just to take some Advil. My second experience is booking online, as they suggest, an urgent appointment because I've been a whole day with a high fever. They had the option to "in person" appointments. That is what I chose. I received an email early in the morning of my appointment saying that it won't be an in-person appointment because of the holiday, but it would be a phone call from the doctor. Ok, fine. I didn't receive any phone calls and I emailed several times asking what time would the doctor call. THE DOCTOR NEVER CALLED. I received an email on Sunday night saying the doctor did call and didn't leave a message because my voicemail was full. Isn't that convenient? Every time, there's something new with them. Every day is worse and worse. I used to recommend this place when Noorjah was there, but not any more.

Positive experience: I like to visit them when needed. Prime location and very accessible from anywhere. They are nice and friendly. They have almost everything under the same roof, family medicine, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic therapy, sleep clinic, hearing aid specialist, registered dietitian, registered counsellor, active rehabilitation and a pharmacy. When you are registered, you can book online for in person visits and online. Super easy. They also accept walking patients, but in that case, turn up very early because, like other places, it fills up very quickly. I take one star off because they charge very high for anything that doesn't cover the insurance. For filling up my ICBC form, they charged me C$150 , all they did was take my blood pressure and do an eye exam (read letters from board).

Positive experience: I mainly came here for the physiotherapist - Jacqueline is amazing! However, I took off two stars due to the receptionist's professionalism. There were times when I tried to call, but I was always put on hold, which left me feeling frustrated. I also tried emailing, but never got a reply back.

Negative experience: Had terrible experience here. Dr. Ali clearly wanted me in and out the door. He talked to me for maybe 2-3 mins max. Didn't really address my concern and told me my other issue could be caused by anything. From what I've read in the reviews he's clearly not interested in helping. I don't know why he's in this profession. Fast forward to February 14th: I finally got an MRI. It turns out I have a non cancerous tumor. Again I'd like to say if you have something simple go here. If you have a serious problem, don't expect any kind of meaningful service.

Fantastic experience: The reception was very good about getting me in quickly as I have shingles . I saw Dr Bhatti twice in past week and she was excellent, caring knowledgeable and very professional. So happy this clinic is in my neighbourhood.

Fantastic experience: I am not one for writing reviews, but just wanted to give DRs. H. Bhatti her due respect as she is not only an amazing, knowledgeable, undrestanding, caring and compassionate physician but even a better person, who cares about her patients and their well-being. Also, thanks and appreciation for Jacqueline B physio and most of the receptionists at the front desk for being awesome and helpful.

Negative experience: ***Edited to add that the doctor prescribed antibiotics drops for me and told me to use them for 5-7 days and when I asked to clarify (because they’re antibiotics) he said just use them until the pain is gone, which I thought was odd but he was the doctor so I didn’t question it. I just dropped my prescription off at the pharmacy and the pharmacist said the directions from the doctor were not in line with how the drops are meant to be used and changed the directions for me and said I absolutely need to use it for 7 days since they’re antibiotics.*** This is regarding my first and last time visiting this clinic. The lack of professionalism is astounding. When I arrived (5 min before their stated opening time) for a walk-in, I was told they book appointments up to 7 days in advance, which I thought defeated the purpose of walk-ins but fine, maybe times are changing so I won’t fault them for that. When I came back for my appointment, the receptionist was quite rude. I walked in and let her know I was there for my appointment and she asked me a few questions with some unnecessary attitude in my opinion. Again I didn’t think too much of that. What really bothered me was what I heard after that. I was told to wait in one of the rooms. Once I got there, I heard a couple of doctors bad-mouthing another doctor very loudly in the next room. I know they were doctors because after the rant, one of them went to another room and introduced herself. I can understand frustrations at the workplace, but to use so little discretion for privacy made me really uncomfortable. A few minutes after this, I heard another doctor on a phone appointment with the door open and I was able to hear details about the patient that the doctor was responding to and repeating. My visit itself went fine this time but I am not comfortable knowing how unprofessional some of the doctors are and that I could potentially be on the other end of this.

Negative experience: I can not beleive the way I was harrassed and treated at this office. I walked in and booked an appointment for a cosmetic procedure for the day after. The person who booked me didn't inform me that I have to leave a credit on file. 5 hours later they called me but I missed their call since I was working till late. I received a message later from a personal phone number saying in a very casual unprofessional way that if I dont show up there is a 100 dollar fee and I also have to put my credit card on file. I called the office the day after to confirm my appointment and they said I have to put my credit on file right away or my appointment will be ca cancelled. I told them that I'm the one who called to confirm and now I'm being threatened!! When it was actually their fault to not take my credit card when I walked in to book. I also informed that at this right moment I don't have my credit card with me but I actually called to say that I'm coming for my appointment for sure. The reception said ok but 10 mins later I receive a call again. I again missed the call cause I was at work. 5 mins later I receive another call, litterally getting harrassed by the person who claims to be the manager. She technically cancelled my appointment just cause I didnt have a credit card at the time to give them. I got into an intense argument with the front staff about this disgusting behaviour and attitude. The doctor refused to see me as well since the situation wasn't ideal. At least he called and apologized after revisiting the situation. But I'm still disgusted and in shock about how cheap and unprofessional the staff are. They absoloutly have no respect for their patients since you are not cinsidered a costumer and technically they treat you however they want cause they think you need them.

Positive experience: The clinic staff were nice and I was able to get an appointment smoothly. However the visit itself was not a good experience. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Ali . He talked down on me the whole time. He did not listen to my concerns and he did not show any care for me as a patient.

Fantastic experience: The Receptionists and Doctors are all punctual and polite. The doctor listened to what I had to say i even cut her off once by accident and she was very nice about it. Then after hearing out my situation, she kindly explained my condition and what to expect in detail. They also wished me a happy birthday. Huge difference from other walk-in clinics!

Fantastic experience: I got referred to Emily (Accupunturist) from a friend of mine and have been seeing her for 2.5 years now and she is the best of the best. Everytime I have any sort of issue she fixes soo fast. Shes very gentle and everything is done painfree. For the 45 mins sessions Im usually sleeping or dozing offf within 10 mins and then that evening I get the best sleeps. Shes Amazing and I have sent her so many people and they have all said wonderful things about her. Would recommend in a heart beat!

Fantastic experience: I've had a nagging and cranky right shoulder for years that I've had various treatments for, usually with only minor or no success. Went to see Dr Alexander Murray, who gave me some adjustments and shoulder manipulations as well as a physio assessment and a few physio exercises to focus on. Huuuge difference in shoulder pain and mobility after just one visit! His physio assessment was accurate and good advice on form and purpose for the prescribed physio exercises. Feels amazing to have a pain free shoulder!!!

Negative experience: Spoke to to Dr Fadhil Ali for a referral for speech therapy for my daughter and the clinic sent me an invoice for $31.50 for a doctors note for “being sick from school or work” and said once I pay I can get my note. Receptionist said it wasn’t covered under msp for the note. It wasn’t even a sick note for school or work I was asking for. Two days later spoke with another doctor and got a referral letter for free.

Negative experience: I’m not sure if I will be visiting this clinic or referring this to my family who is visiting. Dr.Suen is nice but the clinic has a policy of “one health problem at a time” Which I find ridiculous. How do you treat a patient holistically when you can only be seen one health problem at a time and you have to book again It’s ridiculous. And having been told to book again by the doctor because I have too many health problems, that is how you show empathy and care to your patients? Physical clinic is clean and accessible for anyone who wants to visit this clinic. Park at Brentwood Town Centre and walk or take the transit.

Negative experience: I came on time for my appointment and have been waiting for over 30 minutes now. I heard the sound of treating a patient who had an appointment 15 minutes later than me first. When I complained to the receptionist, she told me to go in and wait because the doctor was coming soon. I feel very bad. As I write this, I have been waiting for 40 minutes. My time is just as important as your time.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment with Meaghan. I am extremely impressed. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in the door and felt like I could trust her advice. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Nicole is a wonderful professional but above all an incredible person, she makes sure all the time that the patient feels comfortable and happy, I have enjoyed every session with her, with pleasant conversations and recommendations, I would definitely come back to her.

Negative experience: The space is clean and located in a good location. But the staff is below mediocre, at least the receptionist and especially the practitioner Fadhil Ali. At the entrance of the clinic there's a big sign that says "accepting new patients". I and my wife walked in and told the receptionist that my wife is pregnant and looking for a doctor to follow her pregnancy. The receptionist takes us to room 5. Fadhil Ali, the practitioner, kept interrupting both me and my wife to speak about his opinions in an arrogant manner without listening to what we had to say. He takes my wife's blood pressure and then tells us that we need to look for a doctor who would follow her pregnancy. I really don't write reviews anywhere unless its a fantastic service and I want to show appreciation, but this is my first negative review for a service, ever. Fadhil Ali represents what's unfortunately common misbehaviour in many practitioners, in some cultures, the medic is just too good for you, therefore it's up to their mood if you get your issues addressed. We were ignored by both receptionist and practitioner, who did not care to listen to what we needed assistance with. It's like going to the mechanic because you have a flat tire or something, and after wasting your time, the mechanic just says you need to find a mechanic to replace your flat tire. We understand that if the clinic had no doctors available to follow up on my wife's pregnancy, then the receptionist and the practitioner could have just told us instead of lecturing us about how ignorant we were for not having a doctor. Fadhil Ali was arrogant and I hope you are much luckier than we did if you decide to go to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I went to do Physio with Dee, who was recommended by my doctor. She was great and really helped me with a long-standing issue in my shoulder. Dry needling really helped. I'm getting better very quickly, and I'm able to return to normal use of my shoulder in the gym without pain after the first visit. I would recommend Deepika Sawant for any physiotherapy needs.

Negative experience: Dr Jabalawi is so rushed, so mad all the time, doesn’t want to hear what you have to say, etc. He’s pulling this clinic down. I’ve seen him accidentally and I didn’t know he was the doctor from Via Health. Once I heard his voice, I just wanted to hang up. He takes money even when he hangs up, and that needs to go to the college.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS PLACE. I visited today for my headache, and the receptionist told me doctor is afraid that may be COVID. I showed my negative test results but she was like please stay 2 meter away from us. AVOID IT

Fantastic experience: I went to spring medical centre after my car accident 2022. I really appreciated my ICBC doctors: Dr. Alex Murray is the best chiro I ever meet！ He is really knowledgeable, professional. I really appreciated his techniques and have high respect for him. Deepika Sawant Is really friendly and her dry needle really helped with my neck, shoulder and lower back pain. my RMT Brenda Ma is been helpful and friendly even though she is really busy and she knows how busy we are and is very important to help arrange all the appiontment. I never had to wait too long for my appointments. Also she is the most excellent massage therapist! Every time after her treatment I will always feel relief. Thanks!

Positive experience: My husband and my 2 boys went to see Dr. F. Zahedieh & Dr. S. Zahedieh But I little upset they never give us new doctors we do not drive. Dr. Zahedieh and Dr. S. Zahedieh moved to Surrey/Langley BC. Little too far! Those two doctors where so very nice and helpful. But I wish spring medical give us another doctor in there office. Because we did live close to them. But know we are looking for a doctors. Maybe spring medical can help us on that! Please call us. My husband name is Warren Jones.

Fantastic experience: Deepika is a great physiotherapist and she helped me to get rid of my knee pain permanently. I did try 2 other physiotherapists before deepika and pain got worst so I did give up and was living with my pain. One of my friend recommended to visit Deepika. So I went to her, she is very friendly and explains in detail about the issue and treatment she is working on youself. She also showed me few exercise videos to follow at home inbetween my two appointnents. My knee pain is gone like I never had any pain at all. Thank you so much Deepika.

Negative experience: Dr. Vincent Suen has questionable judgement and has been proven to be flat out wrong many times. He wrongly diagnosed my mother as having had mini strokes (which was denied by a neurologist later) and prescribed cholesterol medication to her even when her level is normal - which nearly destroyed her weak elderly body.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been able to get into this place but I am super impressed that the receptionist was friendly helpful and has figured out a way for another doctor at a different clinic to help me. I have very bad ear problems that a first cycle of some medicine hasn't cleared and my regular doctor wasn't going to see me for 9 days. Can't wait that long so super pleased that she was doing what she could to help me out. Definitely going above and beyond ~ MVP.

Fantastic experience: Deepika is a great physiotherapist! She is very skilled in IMS and able to offer many varieties of complementary therapies, such as cupping. She worked hard to help reduce my pain and increase my range of motion!

Fantastic experience: Deepika my Physiotherapist was my hero, I had hip/pelvic area pain for over a year after giving birth with forceps assist to my son not knowing what was really happening, I was waiting for whatever it was to heal over time, it didn’t. The pain prevented me from standing for a long period of time (standing to cook, etc.) I constantly had to rest because the pain drained all of my energy. And with just a few visits over 1-2 months with Deepika’s technique of dry needling, along with the exercises she gave me, my pain and tightness went away, I am now able to cook and do many things standing related which means I’m taking better care of my family. Not to mention how welcome, friendly and understanding she was when I first visited, I wish I knew her sooner!

Negative experience: What?? I called on the phone and asked can I make an appointment? The lady said no our doctors are not taking new patients right now. She immediately hung up on me before I was able to ask: “do you have walk in?”. Why have a phone like if you don’t want to talk at all? Terrible service.

Fantastic experience: I have seen a few different doctors at spring medical, and have had a great experience with all of them. Awesome interactions with all the staff. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a very welcoming experience when i visited the clinic. The front desk staff, Kitty and Jas had a very jocular and limpid way of dealing with things. I had a consultation with Alex the chiro. He was really good and helped reduce my pains a lot. The Salubrious vibe i got is the reason i recommend this place! Big shout out to my man Yakov!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this clinic atmosphere and the doctors. I’ve been attending this clinic as a walk in patient as needed for two years now with Dr Siu and Dr Suen and It’s shocking to read that people have such negative reviews towards this clinic but still continue to go and write about it. I have never had a problem with any doctor or admin staff and I found them to be very helpful with all my medical inquires. Respect works both ways you can’t disrespect and expect to be respected, it may have been a rough couple years and everyone’s gone through something so we all need to practice patience and be kind to one another.

Negative experience: I am sharing my honest review so no one else has to encounter the stress and disrespect I have at this clinic. I would like 2 state that my doctor is great , professional & I’m very sad & upset that I have to look for another doctor while pregnant. It’s nearly impossible to find a doctor is this province these days. I would like to start off by rating the ethics in-which this clinic is managed under as zero. In fact if you complain about the way you are talked to by staff (one woman answering phones in particular) not only will you not get a response but the office manager will flat out ignore you and then some how put the blame on you. How is this a professional way to handle things? It’s not. After I spoke with him well over 2 weeks ago he said he would talk with the receptionist in question and call me back regarding the issue and never did. After all it’s the best he could do after the stress and anxiety it has put me through. I have never spoken disrespectfully to any one in that office so I wanted answers as to why he came to the decision that he did. The practices in which doctors office run under have certain ethics they need follow and I can tell you the way this office is managed does not follow them. It’s sad and quite frankly unacceptable. But he knows that it’s hard to find a doctor in BC these days and yet still uses the cowardly tactic of avoiding the situation all together. The only other complaint you can make is to the BC college of Physicians and Surgeons regarding mistreatment by your doctor. So basically he can run his office with disrespect and disregard at his own malice and choice. Sad what our medical system has come to in this province and it’s even more sad that people that speak up about injustice or mistreatment by staff at clinics are being silenced by simply firing them instead of dealing with the issue at hand. Which is that one toxic staff member. AVOID THIS CLINIC. I see fake reviews being made but you will see for yourself if that woman is still working there. And as long as the clinic is run the way it is. It will continue and peoples honest reviews will be popping up in the future.

Negative experience: Dr. Cheuh is great and I have full satisfaction with her care. The sole issue is with the MOA, specifically the one individual I dealt with today. She was extremely rude. It may be that she is busy and her time is precious but so is the person calling in. She did not give me a chance to even speak nor explain the nature of my request. She continually jumped to conclusions and completed the sentence for me. Her approach/mannerism was extremely aggressive. She went on the defensive when I was trying to clarify what it is I am asking for and kept going in circles repeating herself, instructing me to do the very thing I was already offering to do. I would rather send this feedback directly to the office manager but unfortunately there is not complaint/feedback option on their webpage.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Wizardry!!! After suffering days of agony with a back pain and migraine, I decided to see Deepika Sawant for physiotherapy. Just after one session, I felt so much better as if the pain never existed. She explained every step of her process, found the problem in no time and did her magic with dry needling technique. She also gave me home exercising to do, which really helped me for a faster recovery. She is very knowledgeable, professional and a great listener. I highly recommend her! Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: This is a great clinic! Very clean and has a great atmosphere. I have been going here for both acupuncture and chiropractic appointments, and the bonus is that they are conveniently in the same clinic. This makes every appointment so much easier. The acupuncturist Samuel, has helped me address my various physical pains. He really knows how to curate a personal plan to address the pain you are experiencing, whether it be mild, severe or chronic. He creates such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere by explaining and answering any questions you have about the treatment. Samuel is very professional and makes each sessions a very calming experience. Highly recommend coming here! Dr. Murray is such a friendly and professional individual! He has been a huge help towards my recovery. I have never been to a chiropractor before and was quite nervous, however, Dr. Murray is so patient and understanding, that I felt comfortable right from the get go.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Spring Medical for a few years now to see Dr.Sakian and I have never been happier! Dr.Sakian is always such a pleasure to see, he is very kind and genuine and really cares about his patients. He is super helpful and is always honest and is comfortable to be around. Negative experience: THE ONE RECEPTIONIST, THE ONE absolutely EVERYONE online has been complaining about 4ever and NOBODY has done nothing about. THE ONE everyone working at spring medical knows is a problem including the drs but turn a blind eye to her incompetence as a customer service representative especially the office manager. A MAN DEEP She's given my high risk pregnant lady dealing with severe anxiety an extremley difficult time and is extremely unprofessional and unethical in the health profession. She blocked her personal health number from being able to access the online booking and whenever she calls, she screens it & just hang up on her so she can't gain access to her Dr while she's pregnant. Her mom even had to go into the office in person to book a phone call appointment for her and receptionist confirmed it was a phone appointment but later receives notification that it's an in person appointment. AND when she tries to call for them to correct it, she NEVER answers and hangs up on her when she know it's her calling. It seems she's intentionally making life difficult for my lady. My girl let her know that she's recording the conversation and THE ONE RECEPTIONIST intentionally hung up the phone like a coward and unhelpful in every way. How is my pregnant lady able to get the help she needs from her Dr with this type of incompetence of a human being answering the phones at spring medical?? Ok get this, my pregnant girl dealing with severe anxiety goes there and the office manager is actually there and instead of taking care of the problem aka THE ONE RECEPTIONIST, he gets my pregnant girl fired as a patient because THE ONE RECEPTIONIST LIED to him about my girl saying bad things to her on the phone before even hearing my girls side of the story and what she had to say about her experience dealing with THE ONE RECEPTIONIST. My girl did and said NOTHING wrong and she even had her mom on 3way phone call for proof she said NOTHING offensive to this LIAR RECEPTIONIST trying to get my PREGNANT/severe anxiety high risk patient fired?!?!. Are you kidding me Look at all the other reviews online and look who keeps on popping up with complaints and issues YEAR after YEAR, day after day, THE ONE RECEPTIONIST. As long as THE ONE RECEPTIONIST is answering the phones at spring medical, I'm sure the Google reviews of extremely poor/horrible customer service will continue, and the office manager and doctors will continue to turn a blind eye to the extremely unprofessional service THE ONE RECEPTIONIST. It's only a matter of time before somebody sues this place for not dealing with this very serious issue regarding the THE ONE RECEPTIONIST. I feel very sorry for all of the unanswered complaints and people who've had a horrible experience with this ONE RECEPTIONIST at Spring Medical. They've done nothing but prove it's an acceptable form of behaviour to treat vulnerable patients like that and I feel for the patients who have to deal with a business culture like this that finds it acceptable. It's quite a shame to people seeking help and have to deal with people like this when all they want is help and to feel better.

Fantastic experience: Spring Medical Clinic has very friendly staff, clean environment and a nice location. I am taking physio with Dr. Jacqueline and chiro with Dr. Alexander, they both are very professionals & awesome people... I would definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: When it comes to your face, you want to make sure you choose someone you can trust. I keep coming back to see Dr. Nima because he’s just simply the best. Before starting my botox, I was so concerned that I may look plastic or false but Dr. Nima concentrates on a very natural look to enhance what you’ve got. He will always make sure that you look beautiful!

Positive experience: Deepika is an amazing healer …I personally feel she has gods grace in her palms . I came to Deepika with bad muscle spasms in my back and a lot of pain and discomfort in moving,lying down etc. Her efforts and different procedures during my 4 visits made me walk taller n better and with a lot less pain and more confidence ! So much so that I travel 19 hrs by air as well . Each time She gave her full attention ,listened to my fears and queries patiently and helped alleviate them and find solutions for them. Each visit to her I travelled more than 35 min and it was worth it ! I would highly recommend her if anyone is in extreme pain. Thank you Deepika Though it will take time to fully heal and strengthen the muscle but thank you for making my trip happen and giving exercises to do as well.
