Fantastic experience: I recently had my first very first RMT session with Chad at Total Therapy. He was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. He was incredibly professional, personable, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. My upper and mid back, along with my neck, were extremely tight and tense. There was a significant improvement in my range of motion for my left arm and neck. His approach allowed me to feel completely comfortable throughout the session and had me feeling amazing once everything was done. I will definitely be booking another session soon and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled RMT!

Its all liked and he works on both. I get really long lasting results for the treatments I get from him. I refer all my broken friends to him. If your looking for an upgrade in Chiro care or are doing it for the first time give him a try you will not regret it.

They currently have a discounted movement package on sale (6 kinesiology sessions) for only $302.40 + GST until the end of February. She is an experienced kinesiologist and also a personal trainer. Katrina took the time to understand my needs and developed a personalized training plan that addressed my specific concerns. Her positive attitude and dedication to my well-being have significantly influenced my training sessions. Most Importantly, I do see the results after the hard work I put in. I highly recommend Katrina to anyone seeking a knowledgeable kinesiologist and a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Mark was super helpful today assisting me with my journey to heal my trigger finger and resolve my brachialis pain from arm wrestling. He patiently walked me through numerous effective stretches and exercises for me to do at home and then recorded the exercises with me so that I didn't forget any of them! I have been to total therapy for a number of different injuries they have a good range of staff and very accessible times. they are my go to in Burnaby

Fantastic experience: Mark was excellent. He listened intently when I explained my injury and then assessed me thoroughly. He used a visual 3D app to show the muscles and joints involved with my condition. Then followed up with assessment of my ROM and introduced appropriate exercises and stretches while noting my level of discomfort. Next he massaged my lower back and recognized where inflammation and tension were prevalent. finally he used TENS to help treat my lower back. I left the appointment feeling less pain and more hopeful. He did not overwhelm me with too much homework, rather manageable and encouraging.

Positive experience: I had my first appointment for a physio with Andrew. He was great, kind and professional. He listened carefully and took notes. He sent me exercises as he promised. However, I was not happy with the receptionist service. I asked about my extended benefits but she did not answer my questions, seemed cold and not so helpful. Next day they charged my credit card for the full amount. Had to call back and talked to the agent who promised to look into my billing.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for close to a couple years now. Antony Tsang is a great kinesiologist that understands your body and teaches you form and technique to go about on your own individual strength training at home. Highly recommend this place.

His treatment shows wide range of experience and expertise in Chinese medicine. Archer (masseuse) was recommended to me by my cousin and is respectful and thorough with each session. Andrew (physiotherapist) has efficient and thoughtful recommendations while providing alternative exercises to accommodate equipment resources. I recommend these practitioners and clinic services with confidence.

I had a great experience from being welcomed at the door early morning by the front desk to a detailed assessment by him. It was an 1-1 rather than a group one so my time was not wasted. Fantastic experience: I can't say anything but complimentary things about the level of care and professionalism I've received from everyone I've seen here. I see Vincent Lam for massage on a regular basis, and I've seen Dr. Duriell Bernard for chiropractic care from time to time. I've known both gentlemen for years: They've seen me at my lowest with injuries and at my best for maintenance of my musculoskeletal system to support all my physical activities. Whether for hands-on treatment or education about how the body works and how to take care of it, both Vincent and Duriell have definitely improved the quality of my life over the years. I also saw Christian Morin, physiotherapist, for a couple of appointments when the area in and around my sesamoid bone in my foot flared up. With his IMS, ultrasound, mobilizations, and exercise recommendations, my foot got better quickly in a matter of weeks. Overall, the caliber of care and service at this Total Therapy is brilliant. I've trusted my musculoskeletal system to their professionals' expertise regularly, and I've always gotten excellent results!

Fantastic experience: My team at Total Therapy is awesome! I saw Christian for physio for many months to decrease the pain I was having in my hips, knees and foot from a couple of injuries. Christian worked with me weekly, adapting my therapy depending on the amount of pain I was in and pushed me when I was able to do more. Once I was free of the daily pain, Christian referred me to Nico to move into a more active rehab program (RPK) I am seeing improvents each week with Nico's guidance and so happy to have these skilled professionals leading me to better health! Nico has been just as understanding as Christian with my physical limitations, showing patience and adapting my program to support recovery.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Shawn for accupuncture about 5 or 6 times now. He is very respectful and listens carefully what issues you are having and in return explains things in tremendous detail (usually with nice online diagrams!). He also tries to cram as much into an appt as possible so rest assured he's not the type to just stick a few needles in you and then leave the room for 45 minutes. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the clinic for awhile now and recently changed Physiotherapists since my old one moved away. It was recommended I book with Christian Morin. Since working with Christian, I have seen great improvements in my body and functionality through in clinic treatment and at home exercises provided with video demonstrations. Christian is genuine, personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough explaining treatment and exercises. The clinic in general is kept clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly.

His treatments are one of the main reasons that despite my injuries, I'm able to get back to doing the activities I love. Fantastic experience: I have been going Mark Kroeger at Total Therapy for years. It has been very positive experience; I go to him with full confidence. He deals with all problems, whether it is something to do with my feet, knees, arthritis or dizzy spells. He has great sense of humour. After every treatment session by him you will always come out smiling. He always lets me make videos of all exercises so that I do not forget.

Fantastic experience: I had some serious rotator cuff issues (tendonitis, deep and sharp pain with very limited movement). Looked like I was going to be out from playing tennis for months. I went to see Shawn Tjen and Christian Morin and 1 month later (2 visits each), I have full movement back and no pain..its a miracle really. Seeing Shawn instantly regained my movement after 1 visit. Christian helped assess the cause of injury and provided some home exercises to help recovery and prevent further injury. Knowing that I could continue to play without causing permanent damage was also very helpful. There is no pressure for return visits, just recommendations. In fact I added an extra visit with Sean. Everyone at this facility works together to solve problems, there's no ego between staff. I am so impressed with this facility and especially Sean and Christian. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: For the last 10 years I have been a customer @4162 Dawson St. location , when I booked an appointment for today, the receptionist told me I'm supposed to be at the Metro town location. Why would I go to Metro town , when I go to Dawson St. location? That does not make any sense! Not impressed with the customer service.

Fantastic experience: Saw Amy Liu for my first physio visit. She is very friendly and took her time assessing my injury, then worked on it and showed me some helpful exercises. She explained things very is obviously knowledgeable and experienced.

Fantastic experience: After some time of hearing some reviews about this place, I finally came in for RMT services. I had my first appointment with Pearl and absolutely loved her! She’s through with her work and really explains well. She asks questions to try and understand what you’re needing so she knows how to help you. I will be back to see her again soon!

Fantastic experience: Usually I go to Total Therapy Metrotown location but happened to book a Physio appointment with Matthew today at North Burnaby. Front desk was quick to help me and all my information was in the system. Matthew was very knowledgeable and did a detailed examination of my symptoms. He did dry needling which gave me immediate pain relief. Matthew also provided easy to follow exercises which were effective. Really impressed with the Physio services offered and would definitely recommend this location and Matthew's physio services.
