His knowledge and warmth are truly impressive, and we could see and feel the results immediately after our appointment. If you’re looking for a skilled, caring chiropractor , Dr. Lee is the one to see!

Fantastic experience: I had a 1 hour massage with Erin Hathaway and she did a great job and my neck and back felt much better the next days. She also recommended a few stretches that help to manage the issues in the long run. It is nice that Criterion is claiming directly from my insurance provider Sun Life and I only have to pay the difference.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had wonderful experiences at Criterion with Katya, an RMT. Every time I see her I leave feeling so much better. She’s great at listening to my body issues and figuring out how to solve my pain.

Fantastic experience: Had a prenatal massage. Erin has pregnancy massage pillows so I could lay directly on my stomach and get a proper massage. Very firm but checks in to see if you prefer less pressure. Online booking available.

Fantastic experience: He is one of the best masseurs I have ever deal with by far. He is young but sur as hell he knows how to pinpoint your problem and fixe it. He is also super strong and you need to control the pressure otherwise you leave the place with the painful experience. In the short ,he is good.

Negative experience: Have been to this clinic a a couple of times before, with different RTMs and it was pretty decent massage. But the last visit was horrible, it was my first time with Jacky Hoy and he was so rough, bending and pulling me like a pretzel resulting in a thumb sprain and torn ligaments in my right knee!! Now I need get a treatment for my knee and I'm still waiting for my thumb to heal. Never expected a massage to result in injuries. Definitely never going back and wouldn't recommend the place.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing maddie for a few months and she is the best! She has been super knowledgeable giving me tips throughout my pregnancy. She checks in through out the session. And I always feel 110% better after I leave

Fantastic experience: Jacky is an Expert in massage. Just incredible- no other compares. How is it, that he automatically knows every target spot so precisely and does wonders with it ??!! But really, he's next level. We will travel far just for him and his work. The receptionists are professional, polite and patient. Hands down, a five star place.

It's not something I've ever experienced before with my masseuse, she's guiding you to breathe throughout the whole massage using the perfect gentle voice. Very shooting. Negative experience: I came here is hopes to treat my tmj pain. I called and asked if anyone is experienced in doing intra oral tmj massage. The receptionist said she would call me back… weird actually now that I think about it. She got back to me and said yes. When I came I was told that there are several other things wrong with me so he wouldn’t work on my jaw until we fixed those problems first… I had high hopes to fix this debilitating problem after trying several other things like Botox managing stress, massage ect. my last appointment Joseph was running behind and decided to cut my session short to catch up on time. I was charged for the full session. I am not a confrontational person so I didn’t say anything, Though I really regret not doing so, hence why I’m writing this review months later. I feel like I was taken advantage of and ripped off. I cancelled all of my other appointments. Im deeply upset about this and honestly after trying to fix my tmj problem for so long this was very discouraging as a lot of things I’ve tried doing have been either a waste of time, and money... When I finally thought maybe I’m on the right track I just straight up got ripped off. Since then I finally got recommended by my dentist to see a tmj specialist. He recommended nothing close to what Joseph did. And now I finally have some sense of relief. I was told to not open my mouth wide or exercise my jaw because my joints are displaced. While Joseph was getting me to do exercises and telling me my jaw muscles are weak when they were actually jacked from years of clenching and not being able to relax them . Clearly Joseph was not educated on tmj disorder and was just trying to treat other things that I did not come there for to take my money. Don’t recommend

Positive experience: Front desk staff are professional and friendly. I have had several RMTs there and they all are good at what they do. I love how they offer variety of services for our wellness. The only reason I'm giving 4.9 is I find the rooms very small and bright.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Criterion Wellness Clinic for the first time and received a massage from RMT Maddie Maclean. The clinic is beautiful, clean and tranquil. Maddie was fantastic. In preparation, Maddie had reviewed my intake forms prior to my arrival and was ready to complete an initial assessment before getting started. After the massage she recommended specific exercises and discussed other options at the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried many different massage therapy clinics and I always come back to Criterion! All the of the therapists are very nice and great at what they do. I also love the new modern clinic space.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen visible results after the 1st session of BioRepeel by Sharon - she is amazing at what she does and never fails! I appreciate her guiding me all the time and truly cares on helping me clear my acne.

Negative experience: I recently encountered a distressing situation at Criterion Wellness Clinic, involving bullying and disrespectful treatment. I chose the clinic due to its advertised direct billing service. Unfortunately, after the first session, my credit card had been charged instead of the insurance. Upon calling the clinic to address this matter, I spoke with an employee named Amanda. Amanda informed me that the clinic does not provide direct billing for its dietitians and I had to handle the billing myself. When I pointed out the contradiction with the clinic's statement regarding direct billing, Amanda responded dismissively, stating that it was not her problem. She then presented me with the option of not continuing the sessions, but I explained that this was not a viable solution for me as the initial session primarily involves information collection on my diet without any benefit on my end. However, Amanda, displaying impatience, claimed that “this is my problem." Feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with this dismissive treatment, I requested to be charged only for the initial consultation. I called the clinic seeking Amanda's full name to report the misconduct to the clinic owner. She answered and asserted that “it was none of my business, and she won’t give me the owner's information.” She went on to threaten me, stating that if I called again, she would accuse me of harassment, and then hung up abruptly. The dismissive behavior, lack of empathy, and refusal to address my concerns have significantly impacted me. I kindly request that the owner personally reach out to me at your earliest convenience to rectify this situation. Please understand that if I do not receive a satisfactory follow-up within a reasonable timeframe, I feel compelled to escalate this matter by notifying The College of Dietitians of British Columbia and relevant accreditation institutions about the misconduct and deceptive treatment of patients. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.

She is always so patient, kind, and gentle, and really listens to my issues and works to resolve them. She has helped with my sinus infection, back pain, digestion, anxiety, and my overall mood. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing severe back pain, and my husband recommended Criterion Wellness Clinic in Port Coquitlam. My massage therapist, Bruno, was very professional and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem (very tight muscles in my glutes and hips), and after treatment the pain had subsided considerably. He recommended some at-home exercises and treatments to help as well. I went from struggling to walk, to being able to attend a Cirque du Soleil performance with my family to celebrate my birthday with very little discomfort. I highly recommend this great clinic. Big thanks to Bruno and the very friendly receptionist for helping to salvage my birthday celebration :) 5 stars all the way!
