After managing to find an opening the next day with Jason at Trilogy Physiotherapy, we had immediate results. New facility, friendly staff, free street parking, professional therapists. Thanks team. Fantastic experience: Today my husband and I were in this clinic. My husband has a concussion. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff. We received a detailed explanation and explanation of our problem. We were in another clinic for 2 months and did not have such detailed information. All the staff of "Trilogy" are very friendly and customer-oriented.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Rob in treating my calf injury. Great communication of plan, treatment and exercises were great and manageable resulting in a quick recovery. Would highly recommend Rob. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. Five stars.

Negative experience: I made a massage appointment with Treela at 9am. I arrived 20 mins early. Treela showed up at 9:10am and only stated to me “she will be right with me.” No apology was given that she was 10 mins late and that I’ve been waiting. Then she had to get ready and set up on top of already being late. By 9:15 she was still setting up the table with sheets. I made another appointment elsewhere at 10am seeing this appointment was for 45 mins There was no way I could attain both. Obviously my time is not valuable enough. This was unprofessional behaviour and a complete lack of disrespect towards the client I will never return to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Jason and the team at Trilogy are amazing, highly recommend! I’ve gone for a number of issues that have come up from running and weight lifting. They clearly explain what is happening to cause the problem, which is always interesting to learn about the body’s mechanics, but also helpful for me to improve my form so that I can perform my best without pain.

Fantastic experience: I had a recurring injury to my forearm tendon that was months old, not healing and was preventing me from enjoying my favourite hobbies and activities. I found Trilogy and decided to come in for assessment, and was paired up with Jason Gallant. For the next while, I saw him once per week. My experience was so incredible that I had to share this review. Right from the first session, I could tell he was attentive, knew the right questions to ask, and really involved me in the healing process. We began every session with feedback about how the injury has progressed, what seemed to work from last session, what didn't, and Jason took that info and fine tuned the treatment provided. By the 4th or 5th session, I was seeing massive improvements. He explained every strategy to me, why we were taking the approach we were and I found him so connected to the injury. He really cares about what he does and it shows when he works. Staff are also polite and pleasant, the atmosphere is comforting, and my appointments were on time. I am now back to pre-injury form, and I owe it all to Jason. I can't recommend Jason and his team enough. Don't hesitate!

Fantastic experience: I had a nagging injury (PTTD) to my ankle that brought me to Trilogy PT to work with both Jason Gallant and Rob Gallant. Their experience allowed them to recognize my condition immediately and get a course of treatment going. Along with manual tissue and muscle work, I got laser light therapy, dry needling with pulsing, and shockwave therapy. I was also given 'homework', a set of personalized and illustrated strengthening exercises to do on my own. I had been limping since April '24, and by September I was able to do some light running again. I'd rather not see these guys again but if I have to, I know I'll be able to count on some pretty textbook physiotherapy for my inevitable next tweak. Thanks Jason. And thanks Rob.

Fantastic experience: Was treated by Rob for a hip issue that wasn't recovering as I expected. Very thorough assessment, and was able to determine the issue was referred pain from another area entirely. Treatment and at home exercises were well explained, and the issue was resolved quickly. Very satisfied with my experience and would certainly visit again in the future

Fantastic experience: I went to Trilogy for a knee problem and Rob did an amazing job resolving my issue. He did 5/6 session of shockwave therapy and it helped me lot. Now my knee stopped bothering me and I can continue working out as usual.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of shadowing Jason for the past month, and I can’t rave enough about how amazing him and his team are. Everyone is extremely caring, and fantastic at getting their patients back on track. I have seen the impact that Jason has made on his patient's lives, and it truly is inspiring. I recommend that anyone with physical implications immediately book an appointment if they want to see quick progress and incredible results.

Fantastic experience: I had a disaster of a shoulder because of a rotator cuff problem. A physiotherapist I know said the BEST person in town to see is Jason.....and he was right. Jason set me on the (very long) path to recovery with treatments, exercises, even follow-up by e-mail (because he is such a nice guy), and the most supportive and caring bedside (if that's the right word) manner. He's a charmer to boot.

Fantastic experience: Jason and the team take great care of you!! I came in with a lingering hip/groin pain that wasn’t getting better on my own. After about 4 weeks with Jason the pain is improving and I’m able to play my sports/training again. Thank you As a certified trainer in personal fitness, I highly recommend anyone to come here to get treated for any injuries or pain they are having.

Fantastic experience: A million stars! I came to this clinic suffering from a concussion and the team was always so helpful, kind, patient and I would not have healed from my injury as I had without them. They are all amazing! A special shoutout to Diane for all her support with the administrative portion. A huge shoutout to my physiotherapist, Brendan, for his support with my healing process. Brendan was very knowledgeable, attentive, and able to refer me to different specialists to help unique symptoms. I learned a lot from him about how to deal with concussions in the time I was attending physio. Lastly a huge shoutout to Elise for her support from an occupational therapist standpoint, it made all the difference in the world and helped validate my feelings! Would recommend this team for everyone :)

Fantastic experience: I was fresh out of an elbow surgery and after a week in a cast, my surgeon asked me to get started on physio ASAP. This place was a godsend! Rob was incredibly calm and helped me work through the stiffness. He taught me how patience and persistence pays off. A month and a half of physio and I've achieved near full range of motion! My recovery with you guys has been incredible. Need post surgery physio? They've got you!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Trilogy following a repeated knee injury. I found the office staff very professional and efficient. Fantastic experience: My son badly sprained his ankle 3wks b4 his soccer tournament in Spain. He was devastated that he might have to miss it. He was on crutches barely able to put weight on it. I took him in to see Jason Gallant. Jason was amazing! Very knowledgeable, hand on, supportive & committed. 2wks, 5 sessions later, he was back on his feet able to train. My son made it to Spain & continued with training exercises Jason planned out. He was able to play full 90mins by the end of the tournament. Thank you!! We've both purchased multiple custom orthotics, and Alexandra has helped me recover from Plantar's Fasciitis. Alexandra is very skilled and friendly, and I look forward to seeing her for any future issues.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Trilogy Physiotherapy for over 3 years. The clinic is extremely well run and organized, the staff friendly and helpful. Jason Gallant has seen me for a variety of acute and chronic conditions. He always pays attention, takes a detailed history, examines me and then, unfailingly, makes me better even after just the first visit. He is an excellent Physiotherapist. Over the years and many injuries, I had seen many Physiotherapists but had never been as impressed as I am by Jason. As a rule, I am not a review writer, but this clinic and Jason deserve the best review. I have referred friends and patients, and they are all very happy with the treatment they receive.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Rob Gallant was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable in getting my knee to back to normal. We spent time to get swelling down and then strengthen it to walk up and down stairs. Never pushed me to do more than I was capable of accomplishing. Fantastic experience: We saw Brendan Pynenburg for concussion treatment for one of our children, and he was extremely helpful. He gave us a weekly plan to follow including a variety of exercises to practice at home which helped build strength for whiplash and eye-strain symptoms (both side effects from the concussion) We are grateful for his guidance through what was a very difficult time. Brendan is a great listener, gives you his full attention and is extremely knowledgeable on concussion management. I can't speak highly enough of Brendan and his services. Beyond 5 star!

Fantastic experience: I have gone here a couple of times now for a Massage with Maddie and she was spectacular both visits. She is extremely knowledgeable about her field, discusses any problems you are having before beginning the session and then sorts those problems right out! She and the rest of the team I have interacted with have been wonderful. I will be going back again and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend physio with Jason Gallant. I came in with an acute flare up from an old injury (feeling pretty discouraged!) and within a few months I was back to full health, better than I where I started. Jason gave me effective exercises and did manual treatments, including dry needling, low level laser, massage and adjustments. All were highly effective to facilitate healing alongside the strengthening.

Fantastic experience: I love Trilogy because of all of the different offerings in one clinic! I was referred to the Acupuncturist Taylor by Physiotherapist's Paul and Brendan because I'm experiencing post-concussion syndrome (chronic pain/migraines). Within one visit, Taylor got to the root of my neck/shoulder pain - this was the most relief and relaxed that I've felt since my accident 7 months ago!!! He really takes the time to understand my concerns during each visit, thoroughly walks through treatments and provides lots of recommendations to set me up for success with my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Trilogy Physiotherapy since August 2022 and working with Brendan Pynenburg. He’s been an amazing help to my chronic condition, which is now more manageable than it has ever been in the past, as well as educating me and giving me guidance on my fitness goals. I went from being in unbearable constant pain to a better shape than I was before my injury, on top of getting a better understanding on interventions and my own body. He thoroughly assessed my range of motion and provided a wide range of exercises to improve my mobility and decrease the level of pain that I was experiencing. Fantastic experience: Highly highly recommend going to Jason at Trilogy for any physio needs. As an athlete, weightlifter and boxer, I have had numerous major/ minor injuries in my neck, shoulders, elbows and back. However, every time I have come to see Jason, he has not only been able to diagnose the issues in our first session but provided pain relief and exercises to strengthen them. Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment a few months out to see Jennifer Hunter and it was well worth the wait. She is a fantastic practitioner that is well-versed in her area of specialty: Pelvic Health. Within our first session, she was able to reduce a lot of the tension I felt as a result of my tight pelvic floor muscles. Not only that, Jennifer is very kind, bubbly, professional and has a wealth of knowledge in various health-related topics. I'm so grateful to have found her (she came highly recommended from various other online platforms I use) and am looking forward to my health journey with her!

Jen is one of the best pelvic floor physios I ever had, very caring, dedicated and knowledgeable. And she’s accessible- love it! Fantastic experience: I have only the best things to say about the Trilogy physio place in the Prince Edward Medical Centre, and specifically my therapist, Jessica Fieldhouse. Appointments were always right on time and sessions were conducted in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Jessica really knows her stuff - she told me right from the start how long it would be before my shoulder would be functional again, and she was right on. Exercises were emailed for me to follow, in video form (helpful!), I felt listened to, encouraged but not pushed, and am so grateful to have my mobility back. I have tried several RMT's in the past and she is by far top notch. Maddie is efficient, timely, thorough, highly professional, patient and communicative in her care and concern in understanding what you require and expect from your treatment. From my initial visit, she was immediately able to pinpoint my exact area of concern and tailor my treatment to ensure the most optimal outcome. Fantastic experience: As a 71 year old woman it was not an easy journey to break a hip, to have emergency surgery and obtain a new hip and to be taught to use new one again! Throughout the time period the physiotherapy was the most remarkable. Jason Gallant was the leader who gradually over a period of 4 weeks (7 sessions) helped me to move from limp and cane to a complete different range of motion and ability to move with less ache and pain. It was remarkable to observe the changes for the better on a bi-weekly basis! Jason was clear in his knowledge of what exists, where we are going, what is expected. What was most admirable part of the Trilogy experience was the Lifemark technology that passes along the exercises through email or texts….and show as a video. Also what is remarkable is the smooth business transactions where this office actually does help to direct bill to second party Insurance companies; the clean atmosphere where mask wearing is still insisted upon; lovely reception and welcome; the positive comarderie-ship all the young physios had with each other and their patients….. “The place was buzzing!” Now back on the other side of Canada I would recommend anyone with physio needs to seek out this clinic. There are changes…."bigger and better” in their future and I only wish them the very best in those endeavours. Keep on going!

Fantastic experience: Jessica did an amazing job with me. She is super professional and nice. She took the time to explain the problem with my ankle in detail. After that, she did some massages and laser therapy. Literally, in 24 hrs, I was perfectly fine without any pain. Strongly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had lower back pain from snow shovelling. After 4 weeks I signed up for physio. After two weeks of exercises the pain was gone. I continued for another 5 weeks to build some core strength so it wouldn’t happen again. I had Terry at the Prince Edward location. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasant guy. His exercise plan for me works.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Terry Wang after my car accident. I had severe back pain and discomfort when I started seeing him. He was professional and easy to talk to, and acted as a coach who was devoted and dedicated to helping me get better. I had to use virtual meetings half way through my sessions and it was absolutely easy. It allowed me to do my daily work and in seconds attend my sessions with him. Terry has helped me not only get better, but continue taking care of myself to avoid issues down the line. Definitely recommend him and the location, including virtual if you have a crazy schedule like I do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Alex’s the past 6 months and just had my last treatment today. I have Nothing but amazing things to say about Alex and trilogy! It was such a positive experience each time. Alex was absolutely awesome! You could tell she genuinely cares about her patients and is willing to go above and beyond to help them, even at times recommending different doctors who have different technologies to help even if that means she loses a patient. She is very thorough and does everything in her power to help her patients. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a chiropodist.

Fantastic experience: Maddie is a great massage therapist! I started seeing her for a pain in my low back that has now gone away thanks to her treatments. She uses a variety of techniques including cupping that I feel helps my back a lot. She provides a great quality of care and you can tell that she really cares about her patients! I would definitely recommend Maddie and Trilogy Physio.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Jason (and Maddie) this year and the experience has been fantastic. Attending during a pandemic had me concerned initially - but the office is well run and I felt safe (and continue to feel safe). I felt welcome and comfortable from my first visit. I found the clinic to work on pain and range of motion issues in my shoulder as well as an arthritic (post surgery) knee. Jason set a clear course of treatment - he is attentive and effective! We had clear communication about what I needed, and what to expect, and to be patient (not my strong suit). The treatment was dynamic, changing with how quickly things were progressing, and when things were not improving. Following 5 months of treatment I have near full range of motion and am pain free! I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was rear-ended twice within the span of a month this year. I started seeing Terry for physio. Terry's absolutely fantastic and has been very professional and informative throughout my treatment program. 10/10 would recommend! The reception staff are also very lovely and friendly!

Fantastic experience: Alexandra is incredible! She knows her stuff and is very honest. She always makes sure that my ingown toe nails were dealt with and suggested the right treatment. The receptionist is lovely and always willing to help you get the best appointment for your schedule. Alexandra's rate is very reasonable. I've paid 70.00 for what she charges 55.00 for and she does a great job. I am actually looking forward to surgery and ingrown toenails being a thing of the past!

Fantastic experience: In July of this year, I broke my elbow (Radius and Ulna fracture ) after a fall from my bicycle. After being in a cast for two weeks, I was told to start Physiotherapy but finding a physiotherapist that specializes in fractures was a challenge. Jason Gallant, came highly recommended. So I called the clinic and Diana (the receptionist) was kind enough to squeeze me into Jason’s busy schedule. From day one Jason used a combination of techniques and exercises and the approach was very well-rounded as I have full functionality in my once broken elbow. I highly recommend Jason as he is truly an expert at what he does. Thank you Jason! Looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic experience: Madeleine (Maddy) is the best masseuse I've ever had and I've had A LOT of them! She knows exactly where to press to relieve tension and has fixed my back, carpel tunnel on my wrists, jaw (from clenching) and just overall has amazing pressure where you feel like she made a difference! She's also super nice and you can just tell that she really cares and wants to help you with whatever ailment you have! Alex is also awesome for custom orthotics. Her assessment was more thorough than I've had before! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to try massage therapy to treat my back and neck pain experienced with day long desk work. Maddie has been amazing to help work on these areas to provide relief after each visit. As well as offering tips and guides for better habits, stretches, and exercises to work on during the day. I highly recommend Maddie!
