Negative experience: I booked online and did not visit before this apppointment. They called me to change my appointment time. Acupuncture with Zaria was good but she forgot a needle in my ankle and it was stuck in my sock as I was changing to leave. I showed front desk and she didn't say anything or call Zaria over. I asked to show Zaria so she could understand this was not professional. The receptionist had a lot of trouble understanding English so my request for a receipt with acupuncture license number was impossible to get. And she was more interested in selling me the services of their Osteopath. She kept interupting and talking about him, even to the point of sending me a text with his picture and info, when I told her that I wasn't interested. When I first walked in, the receptionist and another woman (receptionist)? did not acknowledge or even say Hello. They were discussing a billing issue and insurance company problem. Over priced and not a very good first impression.

Negative experience: Receptionist (perhaps the owner) spoke very unprofessionally over the phone. She was cold and seemed disinterested in helping. Anyway, I told her that I had been in an accident and wanted to see an RMT. There was none available so she tried to get me to book with their masseuse instead and tried to sell her to me. As soon as she realized she didn't have any availability for her in the next few days, she tried to book me with their acupuncturist since she had an availability the next day since he had a cancellation. I booked and after my session I was left feeling 10X worse and couldn't sleep that night. I've had horrible back pain since. To be fair, I know treatment can be a gamble but it's still disappointing and the fact that she tried so hard to convince me to book with the acupuncturist rather than what I asked for is what really upset me. Her answers were short and insincere and she only seemed concerned with booking me in the next available appointment regardless who it was. I'm a human being, not a money grab. Will not be returning and will tell my friends and the Persian community to stay away... You won't find my name as I'm using an alias account (not my real name) so if you reply no need to say you can't find my name in your system.

I found M&M by googling them and reading the reviews and I'm glad I did it.
