Fantastic experience: Hi Anna, Talia here. Given I can’t respond to the misrepresentation of fact below I’ll leave a review as well in response. Your session was not booked with Crossroads. My policies in my private practice allow me to fully disclose information in the face false claims. You ticked yes to this acknowledgement when you booked with me. You had booked an intake session on my website, which clearly states intake sessions are to occur with each party separately prior to a moderated discussion. This is to ensure appropriate screen occurs, and to ensure there is viability of moving forward with mediation. At the time of your intake, both you and your partner wished to proceed together. I advised you of the separate intake process. You and your partner connected and advised me that neither of you would be proceeding. Your partner asked for a refund. I advised of the cancellation policy (full rate if cancelled under 24 hours which you also ticked the booked in acknowledgement of when booking with me). However, I made an offer to allocate the funds to a future intake given it appeared there was confusion on your part. Your partner advised that services may be cost prohibitive. I then offered to not only reschedule and apply your intake funds to a future intake but to reduce my fees by 50% and split the amount paid for your late cancellation session into two future sessions. I have subsequently received various threats from you. Your comment appears to have false statements. I would strongly suggest refraining from further libel of a professional who did their best to support you. I am truly sorry your family is having a difficult time. That does not however allow for threatening and disparaging of professionals. In the work I do, I’m regularly threatened given highly charged emotional dynamics within families. However, the work I do does not mean that such threatening is to be accepted. To those who are vulnerable, I will give you the same advice I live and breathe myself as a survivor myself... Abuse of power towards you or threats to disparage you are not acceptable. You do not have to shrink in the face of people attempting to hurt you or misrepresent you. If you’d like to work with someone who is deeply trained to work with survivors, I welcome you to see for yourself my approach and ethics first hand. I offer reduced rates and pro bono services regularly. Also, if not with me, I suggest professionals associated with Ishtar Women’s Resource Society, Rise Women’s Legal Centre and Battered Women’s Support Services. You’re also welcome to reach out to me directly solely for a long list of providers other than myself who deeply understand trauma-aware practices as how to support survivors.

Negative experience: My wife and I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Talia Spear, a practitioner at Crossroads Collective. We booked and paid in full for a mediation session in good faith, showed up on time, and were then denied service. Instead of offering support during a moment of crisis—as one would expect from a professional in this field—we were met with inflexibility and refusal to refund the session. We were essentially charged for a service we never received, despite doing everything right on our end. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also unethical, especially given the vulnerable state families are often in when seeking mediation. We’ve since found help elsewhere and would caution others to ensure full clarity before engaging with this practitioner.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative. There is a clear lack of transparency and integrity in how they conduct business. From misleading communication to questionable billing practices, it's evident that ethical standards are not a priority here. I tried to resolve issues directly with their team, but responses were dismissive and unhelpful. It became clear that customer trust is not something they value. I would caution others to do thorough research before engaging with this company. There are far more reputable options out there that operate with honesty and accountability.

Fantastic experience: Marianne is a one of a kind person. She is so empathetic yet straight to the point. I used to go to counselling with her and she made it one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in an environment like that. I ran through probably 7 counsellors before I found her. She is worth so much more than 5 stars, and has evolved this practice into something amazing. She put me on to one of her RMT’s and it was great. My life has been so much better since my experience with Marianne. I can’t give enough praise, she is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking sessions with Mansi for 3 months for my 7 year old daughter. She is professional and provides great and practical suggestions to manage my daughter's behaviours and conditions. She really cares about her clients and puts her 100% every session. highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a positive experience with Crossroads Collective Counseling. The therapists are kind, professional, and truly care about their clients. From the first session, I felt heard and supported. They create a safe space to talk through challenges, and I’ve noticed real progress in my mental health. Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for various counselling needs since 2021 and have continually recommended it to friends and on social media platforms. Very easy to book appointments, never an issue with any staff. A huge THANK YOU to Mansi and Ainslie for all their support and guidance. ❤️

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could. Only cared about continuing counselling with my children as the paying party wanted to continue. Children repeatedly stated they did not want to continue. Counsellor, Colleen, assigned to my children had a personal relationship with paying party's family. Failure to disclose this conflict of interest. Falsified reports and failure to put children's interests above all else. Appointments changed without notice. Mari-Anne would say one thing and do another. Crossroads blatantly ignored questions and any liability for wrong doing even through legal proceedings. Further pushed more trauma onto my children. Absolute scum of an establishment. Thank you further complicating my children's lives.

Negative experience: Had a terrible first experience. Looking for a good child counsellor. Got charged $262 for the intake appointment. Was verbally told about the follow up appointment but no real confirmation. Tried chasing up for a week but no reply. When raised concerns about unprofessional admin, immediately received the email reply. Can’t move forward thinking they only care about the money. Very very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: The counsellors at this place have really helped me, especially Jalisa Prakash. Jalisa is the best counsellor even though she is still an intern. She is very warm, kind, understanding and empathetic. I enjoy working with Jalisa because she keeps a positive perspective, is very well informed and knows what she is doing. Working with Jalisa has really improved my situation and I'm grateful to have received counselling from her.

Fantastic experience: Shawna is amazing! I have been seeing her for over a year and she has helped keep my migraines and neck pain manageable. Her knowledge of healing with massage and essential oils is incredible. If you or looking for massage or reiki Shawna will be help you with either

Negative experience: Wouldn't give this place a 1 at all. My husband and I came here for a while and my counsellor left - I have since followed her. My husband went through 4 or 5 cousellors because they kept leaving. The turn over rate for the counsellors is horrible. Don't waste your time or money here.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist, Shawna Middleton is the one to see. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Shawna always takes the time to understand my needs and preferences, creating a personalized experience that targets my specific areas of tension. Her technique is exceptional, providing me with tremendous relief and improved mobility, leaving me pain-free and relaxed every time. Her expertise is evident, and every massage with Shawna is outstanding. I always look forward to my appointments!

Negative experience: NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE Bring your business to another counseling place. This has been my worst every experience with a counseling place. They consistently made me feel like it was all about just getting my money rather than actually helping. They changed appointment times without consulting me. I had a time when I was not notified of a time change and had to come back an hour later. 48 hour notice required to change appointments even for sickness. Even now, when I don't want any more appointments, they are making my life difficult by not letting me cancel future appointments despite giving multiple days notice before the next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Talia Spear is hands down one of the better family mediators out there these days. She’s clever, thoughtful and upfront. There’s no judgement about where you’ve been or what’s happened when you speak to her. She doesn’t gouge you for money, and you’ll end up talking productively about what could work and your kids instead of arguing. I was surprised that productive discussion was even possible after the years of needing judges to step in. My ex and I have used her a few times now. Each time somehow we’ve agreed on what we were originally disagreeing about. It’s been a fraction of the cost of what other mediators and lawyers charged us and Talia actually got us somewhere. I’ve recommended her to just about everyone who says they’re going to family court and I’ve only heard positive feedback about her. She even gives us links to resources for the agreements we come to. It makes it easy to get started on the right path. I think she made our lives easier, and it feels like we understand each other better than we ever have.

Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely loved seeing Mansi here. She has such a playful demeanor with littles and was able to get her to open up, as well as give her tools to use in her day to day life.

Negative experience: Not a very professional place more about making money. It’s clear staff are lacking proper credentials.

Negative experience: You know what your clinic sucks. First I booked an appointment over the phone one months and half ago and when j came to clinic for my appointment u said no appointment has been set for me and it is by mistake and that you thought I need appointment for Psychologist not speech therapist. I didn't said a single word and just booked another appointment for Speech therapy for a month and a half later which suppose to be in 2 days now your speech therapist says she doesn't accept clients under 6 years old and you canceled my appointment after a long wait. Do you understand how time is important to an autistic kid ? Do u know anything about Golden time by any chance?

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Mary Tuhkala since the beginning of 2024 to help me navigate divorce and co-parenting. I really trust her guidance and appreciate how well she listens and offers tools that specifically assist the challenges I'm facing. Her calm demeanor and reassurance have helped me define my boundaries, identify my strengths and weaknesses, and implement the tools she's teaching me. I would highly recommend seeing Mary if you're looking to improve yourself in a safe and caring environment. I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to invest in my wellbeing with Mary.

Fantastic experience: Warm and Welcoming. Great experience. I was with Shannon Lawrence and she worked hard and helped me in some tough times.

Negative experience: Tried to share my concerns in regard to a counsellor overstepping in a session by sending a message via their textbox on the website. No response. Called the front desk to follow up, was told they would get to the bottom of it. It’s been 2 months and I have never been contacted. Would expect better service when it comes to someone’s literal mental health. My counsellor never followed up with me for not coming back & this has impacted my personal relationship with counselling going forward.

Negative experience: It's interesting how people can easily be misled using online presence, when it comes to real experience it's not always the same.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending counseling with Shannon Lawrence for almost a year now, and am so blessed by her warmth and compassion, support and encouragement, every time I see her. As an adult who has come through trauma during my formative years, I hadn’t been to a counselor since I was 13 years old. Shannon’s heart for her clients, the wisdom and practical knowledge she imparts, and the genuine concern and care she shows, permeates beyond the walls of her office.

Fantastic experience: Got nothing to say but thank you to Shannon Lawrence for helping me overcome my issues. She was so willing to listen and showed compassion every session I had with her. Didn't judge but instead focused in helping me out and gave me steps to get back in shape. One of the best decision I've made is to go to her and seek for help highly recommended and will advise anyone to go and talk to her should anyone needs a hand.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to fit the impact that Nadine has made in my daughter's and really my whole families life in a Google review. My daughter struggles with ADHD and anxiety and multiple comorbidities that can come along with these diagnoses. Nadine has gone over and above to support her. Wether it be teaching her the skills and tools needed to help her function better in her day to day life. Sitting with her and allowing her to just be who she is. Attending meetings to help advocate for my daughter and the supports she needs. Nadine was detremental in the implementation and execution of her IEP and safety plan within her school. She has helped my daughter through some of her darkest times and celebrated her through some of her best. She has helped me to better understand the way my daughter's brain works and in the process greatly decreased conflict and improved our relationship. My daughter went through many other therapists before we found Nadine. Her ability to connect with my daughter and have her actually listen and put into practice what she's saying, while keeping her feeling safe and accepted is incredible. The fact that she has a therapy dog, Oakley, is just the icing on the cake. All it takes is for my daughter to sit with Oakley and the relief of anxiety from her is palpable. Nadine is truly one of a kind and we are so grateful to have her.

Fantastic experience: My kids have thrived with the guidance from Nadine and her therapy dog, Oakley. Oakley relaxes the kids and puts them at ease. They ask to see him and are very disappointed when he is not there. Nadine has really helped build their confidence and self awareness.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of knowing Brent Hayter for over a decade when he was teaching at the middle school where I worked as a hockey skating and skills coach. Brent served as the teacher and coordinator of the hockey program and fitness program for the class during this time. I can confidently say that in my 25 years of working in the school district, I have never encountered a more respected teacher than Brent. Brent's ability to teach life lessons through the game of hockey and fitness was truly remarkable. His dedication and passion went far beyond his job description. He genuinely cared about his students and always strived to empower them. Brent's empathy allowed him to connect with students on a deep level, while his honest and straightforward approach ensured that they received the truth and practical advice to achieve their goals or overcome challenging situations. Not only was Brent exceptional with children, but he was also an incredible friend and mentor. Personally, I have learned a great deal from him, benefiting from his wisdom and incredible work ethic. Impressed by his teaching abilities, I hired Brent to run camps for me in Northern BC, and the feedback from participants was outstanding. Everyone absolutely loved him! Brent's transition to counselling at Crossroads Collective is a natural fit for his talents and passion for helping others. I have no doubt that his skills as a therapist are as exemplary as his teaching abilities. If you're seeking guidance and support, I highly recommend Brent Hayter without hesitation. While I appreciate the offer, I don't think a free session would change my opinion at this point. Fantastic experience: The kids have fun at Music Therapy with Aimee. Music can be used as an effective way to communicate! I like that families have access to a range of therapies at Crossroads Collective.

Fantastic experience: I came to crossroads because my 4 year old son was struggling with not seeing his dad. Shannon has been able to help my son during this difficult time and even his daycare has made comments about the change in him too. I am so grateful for Shannon and crossroads for being there for my son!

Negative experience: I have left THREE voice mails with them and just now got cut off while speaking to reception. Nobody should have to put so much effort into securing a counselling appointment. Extremely disappointed and won’t be trying again.

Fantastic experience: Nadine has had such a positive impact on our anxious daughter. She has given us practical strategies and ways to help our daughter (and us!) cope with her big worries. Fantastic experience: I have been going through a very hard time and I have never reached out for extra help but today it got to be too much and I searched online for a counselor which led me here. I called in tears and unfortunately I cannot remember if her name was Cindy and Sandy but she calmed me down right away, and set me up for an appointment with Stacey who was a very comforting person. I’m very grateful for their quick action and I’m excited to see where things go.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Lisa Low as a 211 Report assessor, especially if your issue with your ex partner/co-parent deals with severe emotional abuse that is hard to prove in court. Despite her extensive experience, she does not understand the full scope of abuse dynamics. After an estimate of $15,000 total for the report, it was full of errors, mixed up facts, and inaccurate details. She also selectively highlighted and omitted details to support her existing bias. She uses a White North American lens to assess family dynamics, therefore especially not recommended for families with ethnic backgrounds. I found her using the same language to describe my character and certain dynamics that my ex and his family have been known to use. Either this is a coincidence being a White Canadian perspective, or she has been "sold to" and influenced into their perspective because she resonates and can relate to them better. Examples of her lack of professionalism: 1. Lack of attention to detail - She cannot even spell the names of the individuals involved, even English names. She also mixes up facts between individuals on "who said what," and details in the interview stories. 2. Constant tardiness - she was always at least 5 mins late. She was once 25 minutes late to my meeting with her, which cut our session to 1.5 hours, not 2 hours. In the report, she states 2 hours for that session, meaning, she billed me for full 2 hours. She was dismissive and made some half apology about her dog getting out and her daughter needing her help that morning. I do wonder if she would have been so nonchalant and expecting me to understand if I was a white man, not a woman, mom, and a woman of color on top of all this. For home visits, she was at least 30 mins late. I recall expecting her at 6 pm, and her arriving around 6:45, even when I am local to her. To my ex's place, she was very late as well. This mattered as I was waiting to pick up my child. 3. Low listening comprehension, selective omission, & selectively highlighting details to support her existing bias - There are several details that were repeated to her multiple times which does not reflect accurately in the report. By doing so, she is "professionally" able to support her bias towards the recommendation at the end. 4. She did not bother interviewing our doctor as she was "too hard to reach," stating that the doctor won't change her recommendation. She even tried to get me to get the doctor's report for her, which is outside of professional protocol. She does not logically assess based on evidence. She does not take the opinions of other professionals involved with the family seriously. She values her own bias more. 5. Bias is demonstrated clearly - My home visit was first, and she told me to do the home visits as we exactly do every single day, to not change a thing, but to do everything as we normally do. I followed that instruction. Then, it was my ex's turn. He planned fun activity and dessert. After the home visit to their dad's house, the children both felt that they were set up to lie as they never play boardgames and have fun the way they did during their visit to their dad's house. My children wanted to talk to Lisa privately after, as they felt they were used to make me look bad. Lisa wrote in the report that she admitted to my children that she tipped my ex to do an activity during the home visit to his house "lighten" the mood. This made my ex's home visit go more favorably, which later supported her conclusion that the kids are happier and livelier in their dad's presence, which again supported her biased recommendation. 6. The report demonstrates a recommendation that is the most harmful option to my child, the one thing my child told her they didn't want. This recommendation shocked the two therapists that have known my family and the kids for a long time, who truly understand the family dynamics. She has caused more harm to the family than good. After months of stress and financial investment, our next step is to redo the process by a court-appointed assessor.

Negative experience: Poor management! They overcharged me without notifying price increase or updating their website. I called them and brought up my concern, but no solution or apologies on their side was so disappointed.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 5+ stars I would. The office is clean and always very calm. I don't normally have to interact with the office staff but when I do they have been very sweet and helpful! To the important part... I've been seeing Jeanne, since the end of August 2022. I had such an awful experience with therapy when I was a teen, that I was soooo scared to give it another chance. After my first appointment with Jeanne, I knew that this was going to be so good for me in the long run. She's really good at making me feel heard, and help organize my feelings and thoughts. I reaaaaallly am working on just being more self-aware and putting a self-care action plan into place and having Jeanne there every week has definitely helped me with my accountability. I'm really glad that I have her in my corner, because I honestly believe that a lot of my happiness now is due to the work we've been doing in therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had a great time with Michael at crossroads. Not only am I feeling 10 better, but I am feeling empowered with the tools to fight depression and be happy!

Fantastic experience: We have two children who have been seeing Shannon Lawrence for a year, and find the service to be fantastic. She is truly excellent with our kids, in both play and non-play therapies.

Shannon has been amazing, listening patiently and asking the right questions to help me understand how to manage my expectations. She’s also given me tools and tips to improve my daily habits and I can finally feel myself again. I am a better person, mom and partner. I highly recommend her services.

Fantastic experience: Both of my young daughters see Shannon Lawrence for play therapy to assist with general anxiety and one for OCD. Both of my girls love going and are always excited to go to their appointments, they are always very disappointed when it is time to leave. Having children struggle with anxiety is very emotional as a parent, Shannon has been very supportive and creative with how she is helping not only my kids, but myself and my spouse combat the challenges and individual needs of my kids. I cannot recommend her enough, she is absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: My child received very good services from Mansi Parekh at crossroads collective. She is so friendly and polite and my child learns a lot from her. I wish if we can continue services from Mansi but because of moving I can’t bring my child again there and my child miss that place a lot he always miss the time he spend during session. I Want to says thanks to Mansi Parekh to teach so many things to my child.

Fantastic experience: Colleen Franklin is the SHIZZNITT!! She has not only helped me navigate the challenging times that I have experienced with the utmost care and knowledge and skillfully articulate way on how she does her job! Colleen you get a 20 outta 10 !! You have not only helped reprogram me for the better but you have been the BEST counsellor this place has to offer! Hands down 100%. I highly recommend Colleen Franklin to anyone who needs a mental tune up and she has a 100 bay garage to take care of that old engine that needs repairs! Make ya feel good as new!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING! With COVID our son has experienced extreme anxiety and Cassandra at Crossroads Collective has helped make such a difference in his and our lives. Our son looks forward to his weekly sessions and the improvement with his anxiety has been amazing. The skills he takes home is something he is really leaning into and even sharing with the family. Our son is very comfortable in the office, and thankfully Cassandra is very welcoming and allows a little couch jumping and some science experiments to keep him engaged. Fantastic experience: The offices are clean and quiet with a relaxed and therapeutic atmosphere. The professional staff are kind and helpful with flexible hours. We took time to choose the right therapist for our child. Shannon is warm and calm, she established a strong connection with our child from the start. We have come to rely on her as a crucial member of our care team. She offers consistent and practical approaches for our child to learn about herself and the world around her. Shannon has been a strong support in our lives as we navigate anxiety, ADHD and an understaffed school district.

Fantastic experience: My son is a teen and sees Nadine Viker. She's approachable and engaging with my teen (which can be challenging with this age). He can really relate to her and finds her easy to talk with her. He has appointments with her alone and with me as well. She helps to mediate issues between us as needed and I love that she'll call either of us out if we're the one out of line. She's also saved my sanity with some parenting sessions as well. I would definitely recommend Nadine as a counsellor.

Fantastic experience: I don't have much to say about this place. The staff are super sweet and it's a nice waiting area. The rooms are pretty cute and spacy. It's overall really nice.

Fantastic experience: After a couple years of my son struggling in peer environments, I decided to reach out to Crossroad Collective for some Play Therapy/Anxiety support. We met with Lisa initially, who instantly made us comfortable and took the time to listen to our needs. She paired us up with a fabulous Counsellor, Shannon, that was familiar with the school district dynamic as well. My son felt very comfortable with Shannon and we both noticed some positive changes through out the months of sessions. We have reached a point that sessions are no longer required, to which I give all the credit to Shannon and the clinic. Should we ever need future support, I will not hesitate to come back. The hours are flexible, which works for busy families. The physical space itself is also expanding and beautiful!

Fantastic experience: I researched numerous counselling centres online and ultimately decided to contact Crossroads Collective based off their positive reviews. After calling them, I was impressed with how quickly Shannon Lawrence connected with me for an initial consultation. Shannon was easy to talk to and completely understanding of the situation. My son struggles with anxiety, but was totally at ease around Shannon from the very beginning. Her approachable and enthusiastic nature has exceeded expectations; my son always looks forward to his play therapy sessions!

Fantastic experience: Both of my daughters go to Crossroads Collective and I often recommend their services to others. My youngest is Autistic and sees Shannon for play therapy and behavioural consulting and she has made such a difference in our home life by helping Sophie be able to express her emotions in a more functional manner. Sophie looks forward to her time with her and we love and appreciate all the gains we are seeing at home. I am seriously so thankful for the insight she has given me into our girl during our conversations as well. My oldest is a preteen and sees Nadine for counselling. She has anxiety and Nadine has been teaching her tools to cope with her anxiety and work through it. Recently we had to start going a little less frequently and my daughter was very sad to not be able to see Nadine each week. I would say that itself shows how much she feels Nadine is helping her. Everyone I have had contact with at Crossroads have been professional and warm, my girls love it there and I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I hard a time finding a place for my girls and I was recommended by a friend to here and I have been impressed. My oldest daughter sees Shannon and she has been amazing with her. My daughter is very comfortable and happy to see her. Shannon has been understanding, gentle and listens to what she has to say and works with my daughter in ways to combat her anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I had called numerous places to inquire about play therapy for my child. And no one was getting back to me. I found Crossroads Collective’s number , and thought maybe I’d give it one last shot. They returned my call immediately. Fantastic experience: AMAZING! I had been having so much trouble finding a team that could help me an my children, for anxiety, behaviours and just general wellness. Super understanding about my financial situation too. After several years of trying to find consistant help for my son, I now finally have that. Nadiene has been spectacular with him! And Lisa was a force to help me get the support I needed, making a case with my EAP progamme to get more sessions as they were being unethical. And what can I say about Kelsy, Nadine's therapy dog? Just wow! What a natural. not only putting my children at ease in an unfamilar surrounding but I could tell she also knew that I was down. What an amazing team at Crossroads. I can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: Nadine Viker is absolutely fabulous Behavioral Interventionist. She has done wonders with my 16 year old high functioning ASD child. Her therapy dog Kelsey is the highlight of my child’s time with Nadine.

Fantastic experience: Nadine has been working with my 10 year old for about a year. She has been doing wonders for our child and our family, helping us implement schedules and appropriate natural consequences. She has taken so much of the drama out of our lives by making things clear and concise for our child with ADHD. Thank you Nadine!!

Negative experience: I saw Lisa in person and she’s a very nice person in person. She is not qualified though to deal with crisis situations. Do not e-mail her or phone her. She agreed to help me over the phone when I was struggling, but then left me very much in distress, only trying to talk to me about 5 minutes out of our what I assumed was an allotted 50 minutes. She agreed to call me back after I e-mailed the hard stuff I couldn’t get out verbally, but then she simply ignored my very vulnerable e-mail and she now won’t help me to understand why she did that. I found different help after I was ignored by Lisa and so I am still here in this world, but what she did still bothers me, so I asked her (a week or so later) what happened that morning, why she didn’t try to help me after I told her I so obviously needed help? I assumed it was some unfortunate misunderstanding but she just briefly said it wasn’t on purpose, she was simply busy... but... what?!... busy during our scheduled time? I sent her the e-mail 8 minutes into the session as she requested, and then texted shortly after at 15 minutes into the session and... nothing back from her ever. Her response as to why I never heard from her again at such a difficult time for me doesn’t make sense, and not knowing the real reason why is very difficult for me now. It’s hard for me to trust another counsellor. And she won’t answer me anymore. So please do not contact her if you are in need of serious help. For regular counselling though, I do think she’s very pleasant to talk with, and would likely be helpful for most people. She is a good person and has a good business. She is understanding of financial situations and makes you feel listened to and understood in a regular in person session.
