Fantastic experience: I love it here. I went to this store after shopping around a bit online and they had what I wanted which was whey protein in a banana flavor at the best price I could find. The two guys in the store were super nice and we was all yapping and I said so far my day had been pretty bad so we talked about it and they ended up throwing in with my purchase a shaker cup and a sample of a different flavor of protein powder for me to try and make my day a bit better and honestly it really did. This is a good store and has great prices and they were really kind to me. I will definitely go back for my supplement needs.

Fantastic experience: Some other supplement store was promoting a sale so I decided to #SUPPORTLOCAL and check out Gorilla Jacks for the first time instead. Bernard was able to provide me with product knowledge and get me exactly what I was looking for. Negative experience: Selling supplements at a lower rate because they expire in 1 or 2 months. Will not be ordering here again.

Fantastic experience: For any UK based potential customers. I've used Gorilla Jack on and off for the last 6 years and they are a great service to use, cheaper, actually have the product I need and the speed of delivery considering its across waters. Used to use a competitors of theirs, but only use these guys from now on.

Fantastic experience: I previously shopped at the other franchise stores in the city because they were close to home but won a basket at social and checked them out - decided to order bc their prices were better than where I usually shop and they offer free delivery. I was very happy - the order arrived very quickly and they emailed and updated about the order. I recently ordered again and continue to be happy with their service and delivery. Their prices are better than any other supplement store in Winnipeg and the delivery is such a nice option - they had it here the same day.

Fantastic experience: I've ordered my supplements from Gorilla Jack ever since I moved here from ontario, and I'm not a review type of guy... but the local guys deserve a shoutout for their hard work. on my most recent order in which i had shipped to my work, the wrong supplements came, and one of the Sales Reps drove down to my work before my shift ended and hand delivered my correct package. Many companies would re send it, or pass you around department to department until you don't care about your shipment anymore, but it's actions like this that keep local businesses running. I wish nothing but the best for the guys at Gorilla Jack, and will continue to purchase all of my supplements from here. Would strongly recommend.

Negative experience: I asked for a social donation, was told yes supply ticket and letter so I did , then called to see what was happening and then was told there so busy and probably would be hard for them . Well could have just so that instead of making me drive there with a letter and lose $10 on a ticket. Considering I am a customer there. Well at least I was.
