Fantastic experience: In the past few months, I've had the pleasure of trying out a couple of different treatments from Hannah. I've seen her for both hypno-massage and hypno-reiki, and let me tell you, both treatments have been absolutely amazing and total game changers. When I first heard about hypnotherapy, I was a bit hesitant. The idea of someone delving into my subconscious mind seemed a little intrusive, and I was worried about someone seeing the real me. But in reality, hypnotherapy is one of the most calming and non-intrusive treatments out there. It puts you in a state of relaxation (think of it as deep meditation) where you can let go of unwanted thoughts and feelings, work on your self-worth and confidence, and address anything that might be holding you back subconsciously. Hypnotherapy combined with massage is the perfect way to relax and unwind. This powerful duo helps your body relax and combat the effects of constantly being in fight or flight mode. The benefits are truly amazing, and you'll walk away feeling rejuvenated and completely at ease. Hypno-reiki was hands down the most fascinating experience. Hannah has a true gift for reading energy (seriously spot on!) and rebalancing chakras through hypnosis. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of seeing Kyra for a reiki session at Unoa. She was very welcoming and had amazing energy. The room was super calm and cozy. I loved the fuzzy blanket! Fantastic experience: I strongly passionately encourage you to book yourself Lisa Boyd’s Quantum Hypnosis session. It was unlike any spiritual healing I’ve had before, and by far one that has been so incredibly insightful, inspiring, transformative, transcendent and deeply healing. I feel so ready for what’s to come in this world, and for my own soul mission. Lisa guides you in a gentle and secure way in creating questions for your highest self, or soul, and guides an incredible healing meditation and intention setting where I felt already deeply spiritually connected and prepared for the quantum hypnosis. The session itself was transcendent and soul flourishing, the amount of wisdom gained from my soul, and the healing, has reverberated the weeks following. Lisa also gives you a recording of the session so you can go back to the healing and continue to process and incorporate the wisdom and healing gained. This was a life transforming healing for me, and I would strongly recommend it for anyone who is open to connecting deeper to their soul, their life purpose, their spiritual practice, and has a wish to deepen self understanding and awaken a strong hope to their purpose. Also with the questions you can tailor the healing to what’s needed for you in that moment, which is also so great because the healing can be very subjective and flexible in that way! Fantastic experience: Theta healing with Megan is life changing! Recently we did a session based in releasing fears I was holding - since then I am living a completely different (and more comfortable) life. That is simply one example of the MANY ways Unoa has impacted my life this past year. HIGHLY recommend Theta/Human Design with Megan, Reiki with Eli, coaching with Melissa....you cannot go wrong at Unoa!

Fantastic experience: I have only seen Megan for theta energy healing 3 times but I can honestly say it has been life changing. After the first appointment I noticed a huge change right away in a positive energy and outlook on life. Also the way I view and love myself but the biggest change was in my mothering. Mothering my 3 at the time, now 4 children has become way easier. It is like all the garbage that I absorbed from others was removed and I was left with lightness and the feeling of ease. Do I still have hard days? Of course but there is such a difference to what it was. I'm going to say it, theta healing has made me a better mum and a much more joyful person.

Fantastic experience: Love going here. The energy and vibration is so powerful and uplifting. I have spent the most time with Mrgan and Chanel. Chanel gives the most amazing and healing massages. She listens to your needs and you leave with your body feeling totally new. Megan always makes you feel like you're the only person in the room her kindness allows you to open up and let the theta healing begin. Human Design is so interesting to me and her wealth of knowledge on the subject is an excellent resource. I wouldn't choose another community of professionals to work with.

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine recommended I try an Akashic Record Reading. Initially, at the time, I had no idea what that was/entailed; however I trusted my friend’s judgment and decided to give it a try. Upon my arrival I was greeted at the entrance by Lisa(The Akashic Record Reading Practitioner) and felt very welcomed. Lisa was very kind, friendly and answered any questions I had concerning the process or the reading itself. The ambiance of the environment was very warm, comfortable and inviting. I found the reading to be an ethereal experience that left me feeling like I had a better understanding of myself than I had prior to my session. I left feeling very good about myself. I’m glad I chose to take the leap and try this.

Fantastic experience: I had a reiki session with Eli and it was a beneficial experience. Despite being a skeptic, I did feel better—lighter—for a few days after the session. Eli is warm, kind, upbeat, and genuinely passionate about helping people heal their inner wounds. Additionally, the room was clean and the other staff was just as kind and gentle as Eli. Overall, Unoa's vibe is tranquil and therapeutic, which helped put me at ease. If you need to clear some “inner blockage”, book a session with Eli—even if you’re a skeptic.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Eli Matilda Maxwell now for a few months doing Reiki therapy. I really Eli’s openness and sensitivity to my therapeutic experience and I also noticed that they were curious and open to my evaluations of what was felt during the session. Negative experience: I read all the reviews before booking an appnt to this place but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service I had today. Very cold room and very thin walls, I can hear people in the other room chatting. It was not a relaxing experience. I wouldn’t recommend. Rmt was nice though.

I left the session feeling amazing and later realized that a few of my MS symptoms were no longer bothering me (e.g. I could write without pain or difficulty for the first time in 5.5 years)! She's brought gentleness, care, compassion, safety and healing to the massages, and I am eternally grateful. Mel also has a wealth of knowledge and is generous in sharing it any time I have a question about an area of my body we're working on or how I can work on healing a part of the body.
