Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing James at Aster Wellness for almost a year now, meeting weekly or biweekly, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I’ve received. James creates a welcoming, non-judgmental space where I feel comfortable being open and honest. His insights have been genuinely helpful in navigating challenges and developing better coping strategies. What stands out most is his thoughtful approach—he really listens and tailors sessions to what I need rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I always leave feeling heard and with practical tools I can actually use. The overall experience has been seamless. The booking process is smooth, with helpful text reminders sent two days and two hours before appointments. The office itself is comfortable and calm, and I appreciate that it’s a husband-and-wife team running the practice—it adds a personal, caring touch. If you’re looking for a therapist who is both professional and personable, I highly recommend Aster Wellness. It’s been a genuinely positive experience for my mental health journey.

Negative experience: I highly recommend not to use their services. I had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance and they canceled it on the day. Then charged a big amount on my card for appointment they canceled. I had to chase them down to refund my money. They are not allowed to misuse my card information which they collected for their own security purposes when the appointment never took place. No compensation was given. Staff is confused and don’t know what they are doing. Such a waste of time.

She helped me find a problem I have been trying to figure out for years. Very talented and honest. I recommend her if you have not been to a naturopath before and maybe are nervous or skeptical like I was. She's very educated and her recommendations make sense and work. Fantastic experience: Dr. Vanessa Lee has been working with me on my medical issues for the past 10 years. Dr. Lee took the time to listen to me. After she assessed my personal, work and medical history she gave me her recommendations. Shortly after taking her recommended supplements, and following recommended diet changes, my symptoms quickly improved. To this day I have not had any further problems or medical complications. My most recent specialist visit this month gave me continued remission. Dr. Vanessa Lee is a very caring Naturopath. She takes the time to listen to you. Her responses to my questions are always quick and very comprehensive. Thank you Dr. Lee for making my life not dictated by my medical diagnoses. My quality of life has greatly improved.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the dietician at Aster Wellness for the past three months. She is amazing! She has been able to help me with preventing stress eating. We have also been working on the craving change crash course, which has been life changing! I love Elizabeth! She is so nice, sweet and overall wonderful!! I have recommended her to family. She is the best!!
