After reading the positive reviews and liking the name "INSPIRIT" I booked an appointment. I was (and still are) impressed. With the correct pressure Carly found all the areas which had knotted muscles that day, and she still does. Carly is now my regular RMT for my monthly massage treatments. Showed up for an appointment for environmental allergy testing with Dr. Joseph Chi-Hung Cheng and walked out less than 30 minutes later with a clear understanding of all my allergies and a path forward to becoming immune through SLIT. They also have a great website which makes it easy to book, fill out insurances, reschedule and fill out forms. 100% would recommend.

Expérience négative: Had an appointment with an osteopath which seemed to relieve some of the pain I have been experiencing. The second appointment i forgot about this morning and called to apologize and rebook. The receptionist that was working today accused me of lying about forgetting saying that they see when I open up my reminder in my email and asked what the real reason was that I didn’t come in. I repeated that I just forgot and wanted to rebook and that I understand if she needs to charge me. She replied “I’ll let Manaz decide if she wants to charge you. Thanks.” **click* What poor customer service! I can’t believe the way I was treated especially when I am someone who felt bad already about missing my apt. I don’t even want to go back now because of her. I called her back and asked why she hung up and why she was so rude and all she could say was that she didn’t hear a reply so she hung up. She didn’t even give me a chance to reply!!! If you don’t like your job that much why don’t you give it to someone who does.

For a full week I could not sleep flat in bed. I had to sleep sitting on my dining room chair. Dr. Mak provided some cupping, acupuncture, and some vitamin treatments. Later that night, I was finally able to lie flat in bed and fell asleep pass noon the next day!
