Negative experience: It is NOT tasty as expected…. Wasting money on it….Better to put ube ice cream to make it tastier etc.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been shopping here casually for a while & I’ve always loved the selection, never once have they been out of stock for what I’m looking for! Today was particularly a perfect shopping experience as I was greeted by the one and only… PAUL! Seriously if the place wasn’t good on its own, Paul makes it worth going. If you need anything (no seriously I mean that, the guy is absolutely nothing short of resourceful) he’s the man. A friendly conversation, advice, help with your ailments, knowledge, a laugh, a secrete square of seriously good chocolate he slips you from behind the till.. idk.. normally when referring to him I like to say “PAUL HAS IT ALL.” It also happens to rhyme so it was clearly meant to be. So if Paul has it all and Health Matters has it all… why are you anywhere else? Easy to give this place a 5/5!

Fantastic experience: I attended a talk by Paul in November. It was very informative, succinct, and kept to stated time. Paul is very approachable and ready to answer all questions. He does his best to listen and to provide best individual solutions. If Paul doesn’t know the answer he can point you in the right direction.

I was taking so many vitamins and supplements at the same time that my stomach hurt and I knew I was taking them wrong but didn't know the correct way. After my first visit, I started taking the supplements differently and WOW! what a relief. The staff is great!! I've also been seeing the Natural Path and he has helped a lot as well.

She used various Eminence products on me and each one had its beautiful effects on my skin. All the more, had a great face massage as well. Highly recommended. I came in with a list of products I was interested in, and Paul was incredibly helpful explaining which products and brands would be most beneficial. Paul did not try to up sell me or get me to buy products I didn't need, he was truthful and very patient with my numerous questions. Fantastic experience: I went there for the first time recently and was very impressed! The staff member helping me was very friendly and knowledgeable and sent me home with the greatest probiotic I've ever had. Almost 2 weeks in and I am hooked!

Fantastic experience: I had a one hour facial with Deepika Mani using Eminence products. I have had many facials all across Canada but Deepika was the absolute best! She was quiet during the facial which I appreciate. Besides the perfect pressure and motion, the thorough massage of the top of my chest and shoulder was heavenly. A variety of Eminence products was used and each one had a marvelous effect on my skin. I am going to make the Eminence facials with Deepika my monthly reward!

Positive experience: With the service today. I walked in the store and the lady behind desk was parking on the phone. I then wandered around the store for a few minutes waiting for her to get off it and she didn't. I then stood in front of her for another few minutes and she just kept on talking like I was not in front of her. She could have easily put the woman on hold that she was talking to but obviously chose not to. I eventually left the store because I wasn't getting service. There was no one else in the store except me . This can only be called poor service. This was my favorite healthy store but I'm looking for another one in the West end.

Fantastic experience: Honest and straight for, no nonsense business. You are #1, a host will lead you and guide you from the time you walk in. From question to question about any health issue to the supplement needed. Or a wonderful massage from a trained registered professional, to info and training classes like essential oil making and what each is for. You won't have regrets here.

Negative experience: Attention to the costumers. The last Wednesday every month you can see the sign that is 20% off for the products . But Its not working like this By the cashier they have the other sign that explain what is on sell today If it red tag - sell is 15% , from original price -20% off and something else Also do check your receipt it could happen they forgot to give you percentage off like was twice done to me It was not easy to have back the difference and apology

Fantastic experience: I booked a massage with Melissa, one of their RMTs, and I couldn't be happier with her services. She was professional, knowledgeable and very competent. I am definitely going back to her and would recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking for an excellent massage therapist.

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff. had a few massages at this location at one point, the staff outside were SO loud you could hear all their gossip. There were no customers at this time of day, just the two staff outside the massage room, gossiping like junior high kids. Twice the massage therapist asked them to lower their voices, but nothing changed. I stopped booking massages there ever since. But continued to purchase supplements. But, watch how they bag your items. They've missed placing paid merchandise into my bag. I don't think they do this on purpose, but it happens. And happened more than once. One day I discovered a bottle of pills I did not pay for in my bag when I got home, have no clue how it got into my bag. I dropped it off, cashier didn't care to thank me for my honesty.

Fantastic experience: I also used a Groupon at this location, but my experience was exceptional! Personable, knowledgable staff helped with all my questions. They said hello the moment I entered the store and assissted me right away. It was the first time I visited and will definitely be returning to use the wellness clinic. I was told that every one that works there is a health care practitioner or studying to be one. I find that very comforting to know that they are able to support me in my commitment to being in charge of my own health. I had been reading for some time that I should be taking some kind of EFA and the lady in the store directed me, through questions of my preferences and persoal needs to choose the right product for me. Also, being a cancer patient, it was a relief to be offered a 25% discount, while I undergo treatments. I was also informed that seniors recieve a 10% discount everyday and that the last Wednesday of every month is customer appreciation day, where anyone can get the 25% off discount. I have been to many health stores in Edmonton and know that the prices here are competitive and reasonable. I am thrilled that buying a Groupon coupon led me to this wonderful store, with the sweetest staff and owner. I highly recommend dropping in for a look around. I trust you will have as pleasant an experience as I did.
