Fantastic experience: Taryn is an amazing RMT!

Negative experience: I scheduled a consultation appointment for a family member and was billed $450, with the stipulation that this fee would not be reimbursed in the event of a no-show. After careful thought and consultation with a medical specialist from PHSA, I learned that the treatments offered at Port Moody Integration Health do not have any associated statistics, and the clinic does not collaborate with any MD specialists from PHSA or Fraser Health, as previously indicated during our phone conversation. The clinic's policy is strict in that it does not permit refunds.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott for many years, and she has provided excellent healthcare for my whole family, including additional testing, supplements and referrals. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Scott for comprehensive health care!

Negative experience: I would give them 0 if I could , they charge for every little thing I got my allergies tested I paid around $600 then when the results came back they told me they will charge again to explain the test results . Is this a doctors office or a money making place . Highly disappointed . I don’t recommend this place to anyone . Dr Scott was the doctor I saw .

Fantastic experience: Dr McCann is an amazing chiropractor. I also saw Lisa Ryan (RMT) for my frozen shoulder and she is the best! Now I m seeing Jennifer (RMT) for prenatal massages and she is a God send. So many skilled practitioners under the same roof. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: RMT Christine is amazing! After moving down from Squamish I was worried I wouldn’t find anyone that could match my old RMT. Christine is great at what she does, I always leave feeling so much better than I did it walking in. She’s able to pinpoint the spots that need work and she has great suggestions for stretches etc to do at home. She definitely cares about her clients and it shows.

Fantastic experience: Taryn is amazing. I'd highly recommend her if you're looking for a skilled RMT. She is intuitive and deliberate with her treatments, easy to talk to, and is truly committed to easing your aches and pains. I can't express enough just how wonderful she is. :)

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing Dr. McCann on a regular basis for over 8 years. I have severe scoliosis and back issues and I honestly do not know what I would do without him. I have recommended him to many friends and family members who are also very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The front staff are always efficient pleasant and courteous. Its a relief to know dr Michael is always there for me and my family when we need him!

Negative experience: Do not book here. I’ve booked twice and both times I’ve been cancelled on the day of with just over an hours notice. Luckily I live close and wasn’t already on my way over. The amount of work hours I have wasted on these cancelled appointments is extremely frustrating. And all they tell me is to go look online and book again. Yaaaa, probably not going to do that with their track record of always cancelling on me. In the end it’s just a business and I will be taking my business elsewhere. And tell my friends and family not to book here either.

Fantastic experience: Port Moody Integrated Health is an outstanding group of professionals. I see Dr. Michael McCaan for chronic back issues. He works with pulse points and has changed my life. I know longer have to lay on the floor in pain, unable to sit. He is kind, knowledgeable and very respectful. As an athlete himself he understands and appreciates his clients desire to keep moving! Heevi and Michael who greet patients and so much are, are always friendly, welcoming, helpful and kind. It’s a lovely experience. I live on the North Shore and these services are worth the drive!

Fantastic experience: Dr. McCann is amazing! I started seeing him for back pain but in his process stopped m y other issues including my numb hands! I now see him every 5 or 6 weeks for maintenance and have not had a problem since! Highly recommended!

I recently went to Taryn Knowles, explained an injury to her that had been bothering me, and through discussion as she worked on the problem areas, a good deal of the trouble was relieved. She gave me follow up exercises to help with lower back pain and self massage areas to directly address issues. I have always been a fan of this facility. They are dedicated to your health.

Fantastic experience: As an athlete, I've seen many Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) in my life. Now that I'm getting older and want to stay active, I find I have more bumps and strains with each passing year. Lisa Ryan was recommended to me by a friend and she is by far the best RMT I have ever seen. Not that others weren't good, but Lisa really is one of those special people that truly excels far beyond others at her craft. I will never see another RMT, even if that means I have to fly in to see Lisa. She is a healer. I promise if you use her, you'll become as huge a fan as I am!
