Fantastic experience: My friend recommended me to Tracy and I have now been seeing her for about 5 years! I have had many issues in which Tracy has helped me deal with. I’ve learnt that acupuncture really does help heal our body internally, not just muscles. Tracy has helped me with both internal issues and muscle issues. She always helps me feel better and healthier. Tracy is an expert in what she does. She is also caring and so lovely to be around. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking to improve their health. Fantastic experience: Sinclair Wellness is my go to for most of my health and wellness practitioners. They have a wonderful selection of naturopaths, my favourite Acupuncture practitioner, and so many more skilled professionals. Their IV vitamin drips have also become an important part of my wellness plan. As soon as you walk through the door the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere will put you in relaxation mode. So glad this healing spot was recommended to me.

Fantastic experience: The centre is pretty nice. Sofia Mantovani is a great professional. Arrived there with my back all tight and painful, with very limited moves and left the session almost ready to run the grouse grind :)

Fantastic experience: I had booked an appointment with Sofia for my 2 month old baby. It went very well - the service provided by Sofia was professional, information was well explained, she was very gentle with the baby. Receptionist was very nice.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to LuAnne Lee, one of the message therapists at the Sinclair Wellness centre in Vancouver 5 times in the past and she is the best message therapist that i have seen before. She has such a magical hand that I start to feel better within one session. She has such atremendous knowledge and experience that we don't have to tell her anything in detail; she knows just by feeling our muscle tissues. It is too bad that I don't live in Vancouver to enjoy her therapy to the full extent.

Fantastic experience: I would like to accolade an acupuncturist of this place, Clara Kim. She is very patient-centric. When I brought several questions regarding my muscle pain and consulted her about them, she tried her best to dive deep into symptoms and to identify root causes. Also she paid attention to my feedback, so I didn't feel wasting my time at all. The only thing I miss a little is that she is available on Thursday only.

Fantastic experience: LuAnne (RMT) is simply the Best. Amazing woman and an excellent masseuse. I strongly recommend her. Her massages makes me feel the luckiest person on earth every time I see her.

Negative experience: Water would have bin cheaper in beter . Not $ 9,000.00 Dollars.

Negative experience: Scott Marchant is terrible. I was here 5 years ago and was seriously injured by him here. He does joint adjustments but he is not a chiropractor. Just an athletic therapist from a mediocre school and underqualified for such things. Do your research. Beware of anyone who makes bold statements like 'afterwards patients usually feel immediate pain relief'. I learned the hard way.

Fantastic experience: They do direct billing for most insurance providers Came for acupuncture, it was my first time in a long time getting the service and Tracy was professional and had great bedside manner. I left feeling more relaxed and my trouble spots feel better. Would recommend this place and will be back!

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my acupuncture treatment with Tracy Le Chang. I would highly recommend her services for any one with tightness in the shoulders,neck or back. I have had lots of RMT treatments before to address my neck and shoulder soreness from spending prolong stationary hours hunching over my desk daily, but after a few days of treatment, the tenderness would return. Armed with the acupuncture needles, cupping therapy and massage, Tracy has demonstrated a wonderful skills in providing long term relief and unlocking the tension in my neck and shoulders. 100% sore back whisperer.

Negative experience: I've been seeing Toby for a few years now until recently when I got into an accident and required chart notes for insurance purposes. They provided chart notes for first few sessions, but for no reason and without explanation they were not willing to provide me the notes anymore. If it was a matter of cost for obtaining my own records, I'd be happy to pay but there was nothing mentioned. I called and emailed them many times but no response from Toby. I figured the only way to get a hold of Toby would be to show up in person, but they're no longer worth my time. Reception was apologetic and I understand it's not her fault. However, as a patient, the unresponsiveness is not acceptable. With service like this, it doesn't matter how good of a therapist you are. I'm definitely not returning anymore. If you are just looking for a place to get in and out of massages and not expecting any service from them, then Toby will do. Otherwise, plenty of other choices in Vancouver.

Negative experience: I booked my first appointment online and received a confirmation email. When I showed up then did not have my booking in the system and I was forced to leave. There was also another customer next to me who had the same problem. While apologetic, this was a terrible first experience and I won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: I go here for massage therapy and acupuncture and the staff here are so helpful. Joy Uemoto RMT is so good at what she does - she is very controlled in her movements and puts the amount of pressure you want. Tracy Le Chang is extremely knowledgeable about Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture and very calm.
