Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kevin RMT for over 10 years and he truly is the best. The only RMT able to apply such strong pressure that I have to speak up. I highly recommend him if you're looking to get a deep tissue massage leaving you hurting but sooo relaxed!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rahall is a life saver! When I suffered a back injury in Winnipeg in 2020 I was worried when I experienced another here in Edmonton. I wasn’t familiar with the clinics or Doctors here so I was nervous. What convinced me to go to New Balance was all of the great reviews. After a year of treatment I would like to encourage everyone to go here. Dr. Rahall provided me with a thorough assessment and an at-home care plan that included exercises and stretches to take better care of the areas that gave me the most discomfort. After 14 months I am happy to say that I have not suffered another injury since choosing Dr. Rahall. At this clinic you can expect to be heard, cared for, and provided education and resources to increase the quality of your life. A big thank you to the clinic and the always helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a few years and have had great chiro’s, massage therapists and acupuncture here. My current chiro, Dr. Rahall, does great adjustments on me and is always cheerful. The receptionists are also really nice.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Adil for his acupuncture and massage. I have been going to Physio and physiatrist for a torn rotator cuff for 3 years and haven’t been able to lift my arm past my chest. After one treatment I am able to lift my arms further than I have been able to in 3 years. I would highly recommend him for treatment. He is the best.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommended Dr. ABILMIT ADILJAN as registered Accupunturist and Massage Therapist. He did amazing therapy on me when I had my lower back pain after my pregnancy and I tried Physio and chiro but he was the only one who relieved my pain through combination of Massage and Accupuncture on consecutive sessions. The 2nd time I went to him was when my mom got Mild Stroke recently with right sided weaknes and her face changed too. After discharged to hospital, I decided to brought it to him and did accupuncture on several sessions for early recovery. Honestly speaking, after 1 and half month, there's a big difference on her arm which she can move it freely and her fingers are able to hold now, her face become better than before. Due to high costs of medical expenses here in Canada, he'll makes sure that you will have the Best Quality services for your condition and make your money and time Worth it. I have friends who really tested his ability and they don't regret it. Hopefully he will help you too. Receptionist was so friendly and kind.

Fantastic experience: My Experience at New Balance has been fantastic. With the recent transition to working from home (a second time) I didn't have a proper work chair/desk set up. With multiple other factors in play, my entire back from my neck to my hips were in excruciating pain and there was no relief. I booked a consultation with New Balance because they were conveniently close with excellent reviews. I didn't know if I needed massage therapy or good ol' back crackin', but upon my initial consultation, Chiro was my best course of treatment. Brandie was very warm and friendly and Dr. Mohamed Rahall worked wonders on realigning my back. He even taught me exercises and stretches I can do at home to help strengthen and/or loosen certain muscles & joints. New Balance Chiropractic Clinic is conveniently located Downtown Edmonton with available parking. I have recently regained "New Balance" with my spine and I would highly recommend this team.

Positive experience: Visited for a few years on and off. Then my regular chiropractor moved out of town and I was set up with her replacement. Didn't particularly care for the treatment from the new person and checked out another clinic I was referred to by a friend. My experience with that other clinic was far beyond what I experienced here. I didn't know it at the time, but I wasn't really getting the most out of my visits from either the old chiro or the replacement one. I don't recall getting a posture evaluation or heat analysis of the spine and I really didn't have my x-rays explained to me. There was no real program or goals, just instructed to "maybe come more often." Wasn't given exercises or stretches to do at home or advice or encouragement to help with posture. I don't think it's a bad clinic, but I feel like I'm getting real care for my money somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Schmidt fixed up by lower back problems in about 5 sessions. She found the issues with how I was walking, associated tightness everywhere and adjusted it all out. I haven't had back issues for the 2 years since I've been there

The practitioners consist of a woman chiropractor, make and female massage therapists and a male acupuncturist.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Smicth. She is very good at her job and I have been going to her since 2015. She took care of me for both of my pregnancy. Bonus point: she has a pregnancy bed that allows a pregnant lady to lay on her stomach. It fit the belly so comfortable that you might want to take the bed home!

Fantastic experience: Very good chiropractor service, friendly staff and knowledgeable practitioners. I had not seen a Chiropractor for a few years and went in with shoulder and elbow problems. After a few sessions and a referral for an ultrasound everything was feeling very good and no permanent damage found. You won't be disappointed by going here.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. There is ample parking, it is close to my work and the staff are fantastic. They are very accommodating with their appointments and time efficient. Fantastic experience: Walking into the clinic doesn’t feel like a medical office, it feels comfortable and inviting and you are greeted by name. Everyone is friendly, even the practitioners that don’t treat you. I have seen Chantelle, Dr. Schmidt, Dr. Pang and Kenway. They each take the time to find out what I need and treat me to my own needs as well as suggest other at home treatments (stretches, reading material, exercises, etc). Being treated by Chantelle and Dr. Schmidt the longest it’s like being able to talk to a friend instead of a medical practitioner, they’ve taken the time to get to know me and ask me questions about things going on in my life. I highly suggest anyone thinking of trying out New Balance go for it. It’s made a difference in my life.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Chantelle (RMT) for over 1 year now, and she is a wonderful therapist. The clinic is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and professional. The Chiropractors from New Balance provided a complimentary workshop on the effects of long-term sitting and the RMTs provided 10 minute chair massages, both were very positively received by my colleagues. The location is downtown, easy to find and there is plenty of free parking available. I would and have recommended this clinic to many people.
