Fantastic experience: As a 60+ male experiencing chronic low back issues and arthritis, I can't say enough about the treatments I receive from Filip. He understands my issues, is excellent with hands on physiotherapy as well as needling. He works with me on stretching and exercise plans. Whether you are experiencing long term issues like me, or need to deal with a recent injury, I highly recommend REP.

Fantastic experience: Came to see Fil after knee surgery and attending a different physio clinic for over a year, going through various complications and simply not progressing any more. Within 5 months my initial knee rehab was more than on track and the added complications from past physio were sorted. I recommend Fil whenever I chat with a friend/coworker about injuries and rehab. Hands down a fantastic physio and gets my return business so my aging body is less sore than before.

I work in the trades with a pretty physical job so really knows how to get my body back in shape when it needs a tune up! I would definitely recommend her for your massage needs to get you back to feeling 100%!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 The entire squad at rep physio south is fantastic. Specifically Philip and Jamie. After having surgery to repair a ruptured achilles, they were able to get me to 100% super quick with minimal pain. Cannot recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Worst, most painful massage I've ever had in my life. Bailey, the therapist, questioned that I would want her to go as hard as she could so I said maybe not too hard. I had to tell her 8 to 10 times "too hard" yet she kept digging in. At one point, I suggested maybe to do a therapeutic instead of deep tissue but she kept going as hard as she could. She didn't do my arms, feet or the front of my calves, which may have turned out okay for me because the pain only stopped when she was finished. I admit to first telling Bailey to go hard but asked to change when I realized how hard she could go.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for nearly a decade. I've never had a physiotherapist that can't help me. Miles and his team are great and up to date on many current treatment modalities. I've been here mostly for knee issues, but also been here for back and ankle problems. Always goes well!

Fantastic experience: I did my postpartum physiotherapy here and Leah was my therapist. She is super helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me with pelvic floor exercises and also used dry needles and cupping to resolve my lower back and shoulder pain issues. I am lucky to find this place and have Leah as my therapist.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Filip regarding my recent dizziness. He did a very thorough work up and after diagnosing the root cause, performed the first treatment. It may take another 1-2 sessions for symptoms to completely resolve and I’m fine with that because I know how much better I feel already! I am very pleased and impressed. In addition, the office staff at both locations (Westbrook and Summerside) worked together to get me an appointment in a timely fashion! I am very pleased with Rep Physio!

Fantastic experience: For the past approximately 6 weeks I have been receiving treatment from the amazing staff here at Rep. Fil and Robyn as well as Emily have been a fantastic team helping me reach my recovery goals, and we have made great progress! The staff here are very knowledgeable, empathetic, and take excellent care of their patients. I would like to commend Fil in particular, as well as Robyn. I've found immense success with dry-needling treatments in the past, and Fil is the best I've ever worked with; if you've been recommended dry needling, or like the results, definitely make an appointment with him. Robyn and I have been going through Pelvic Floor therapy, and she is amazing. Very kind and informative, easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable with what is typically seen as a very intimate, perhaps scary treatment. I have felt completely safe and well cared for. I have utilized physiotherapy for well over 15 years for various reasons, from fitness maintenance to injury treatment, and Rep Physio is the best office I have worked with. If you're doing some research on where to go, stop here, the staff will fix you.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how grateful I am for FIL in helping my son recover from many of his injuries. As a National Gymnast my Son is hard on his body and most recently broke his arm. Thanks to Fil, his recovery has been smooth. Fil really takes his time to explain and goes beyond to assist in any way he can. I would definitely recommend Fil to anybody looking for an amazing physiotherapist. REP Physio reception has also been great with accommodating with booking appointments as well.

Fantastic experience: Went to Rep Physio to deal with BPPV. Sid is amazing. He listened to everything that I'd been dealing with, did a through assessment and started treatment. That night was my first sleeping without BPPV ~ thanks Sid & Rep Physio. Feeling great again!

Fantastic experience: This place saved me. I was suffering from non-stop pain due to an irritated sciatic nerve. I was visiting for the holidays and had been in severe discomfort for roughly 2 months at that point. Miles immediately took great concern and had an incredibly consultative approach to address my issues, as well as what I was hoping to gain out of physiotherapy. Due to scheduling conflicts, Miles had me see Robyn for my next 2 visits. Robyn was also very kind and provided exercises for me to practice at home. The IMS needling she provided directly resulted in my pain being relieved over the next few days. The last time I saw Robyn was on Dec30 and the pain has not returned to the same level of severity since. I’m keeping up with my exercises and hoping it stays that way. I recommend this team 100%. Thank you so much for your help and hard work.

Fantastic experience: Good professional staff,massage and therapy staff.

Negative experience: I visited this location about a month ago. Not too satisfied with the service and the end result. I believe I visited this place probably around 5-6 times when I had injured by wrist from a crash. The therapist is always late, I remember waiting for 10mins at times. The sessions were suppose to be 1/2hr but my sessions usually only lasted 10min. $85 seems very expensive for a 10min attention. Thankfully I had most of it covered by my insurance. The worst part was my wrist didn't fully recover (I follow all the proposed exercise routine to regain my strength). Later, I discovered from my Chiropractor (different location), the wrist was still swollen and it should have been addressed before I do any strength training. Thanks to my chiropractor, I'm recovering better now. The services offered at this location were not really helpful for me. I would recommend to look else where.

Fantastic experience: I have used Rep Physio on the southside for almost 2 years. Initially, Alanna assisted me with lower back strain, and then Brad helped me with an upperback issue from training, and was absolutely fantastic!! His knowledge, personality, and willingness to get to the root of the issue, allowed me to continue my CrossFit journey and excel. Recently, I was rear ended in February, and Alanna was my go to girl for my neck issues and recovery. Alanna was so great, knowledgeable, and fun; I looked forward to our sessions. She was key in getting me back to "normal" and feeling better. Alanna is fantastic. Marina is their new Massage Therapist, and is absolutely the best!! Again her knowledge, personality, and ability to listen to not only what you need, but the ability to get to the root of the problem and spend the time needed in that area of your body was what I needed. She definitely aided in the rehabilitation of my neck. I can't speak highly enough of the "team" atmosphere here; right from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by their wonderful receptionists. Thank you Rep Physio!

Her relaxed manner puts you at ease immediately and her extensive knowledge is so reassuring. I honestly wish more women knew this help was so readily available. Every woman should invest in her own health and see Kennedy for pelvic floor strengthening. You won’t have to cross your legs when you sneeze anymore!

Fantastic experience: My massage therapist went on Maternity leave and my husband recommended Robert Brown at REP Physio. I’ve been having massages for over 30 years and this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Finally I found someone who really gets to the root of the problem and seems to genuinely care about releaving the pain. I highly recommend Robert Brown if you need pain relief.

Fantastic experience: I've seen MANY physiotherapists and clinicians in my search to diagnose a powerlifting injury that held me back for years. After a recommendation to see Miles, I came to REP and he assessed me thoroughly - after it was clear I had atypical symptoms and presentation, he immediately referred me to a physiatrist for further assessment, and continued to treat my symptoms until the physiatrist was able to diagnose me and treat the actual injury. This allowed me to continue lifting while I was being treated and actually HEAL my injury, rather than just treat the symptoms or discourage me from powerlifting. Thank you, Miles!

Fantastic experience: I just started coming to rep. Iv been going to physio for the last year and 8 months due to a car accident. I had a couple bad physios doing treatments just for the money and I wasn't improving. Then once I found a good physio kristin redhead she went on maternity leave and referred me here. And hands down this is the best place! They got me working out and moving again. They are helping me manage my pain. So far awesome and I'm excited for the future I can't wait to get moving and get my strength back and no pain!

Fantastic experience: After suffering with knee pain (exacerbated from less activity/working from home office due to COVID) that began to affect some of my favourite activities I decided to call REP physio to see if there was anything that could be done to improve things. I was super impressed with Daniel (and student Brook) who made me feel very welcome and comfortable right off the bat. They took the time to complete a non-rushed thorough assessment and explained all to me ensuring I understood. They created an exercise plan specific to my situation which we reviewed together in detail before my appointment was over. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical but was willing to give it a try rather than discovering in time the damage might be irreversible. After completing the plan regularly for 2 weeks I noticed a dramatic improvement and when I returned for a follow up appointment after a month I was happy to report the pain was virtually non-existent. Thank you so much to Daniel and Brook for making this such a positive experience and for your expertise! I will certainly be sure to return in future!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Miles for years! He was referred to me by a fellow powerlifter and he’s been an invaluable part of my rehab of several sport-related injuries. He takes a multi-faceted approach to treatment from exercises, IMS, acupuncture, massage, and more. We know each other so well that when I walk in, I just tell him to “eff me up” and he knows what to do. Hahaha! I was recently diagnosed with several knee issues (premature degeneration of my knee joint, partial tear in my medial meniscus, and arthritis) and he’s been incredibly helpful as I navigate this diagnosis. We’ll be working together to manage my symptoms and I have no doubt that, with Miles in my corner, I’ll be able to return to sports and a pain-free life once again. I’ve recommended Miles, and the entire Rep Physio team, to several friends and they’ve all been really happy with the treatment they’ve received. Whatever issues you’ve got, these folks can help!

Fantastic experience: I've seen two physio's at this location, Mlles and Jack, and both have been fantastic. The diagnosis was thorough and the followup visits have been great. They made have really helped a shoulder injury that I have been fighting for years and several other physio's have struggled to diagnose. If you have an active lifestyle and are working through an injury I'd highly recommend you try REP. My wife has also received great treatment here. The reception team is great and really contributes to the friendly and fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place for physio, IMS and massage! My husband and I have been going here as needed for the past couple of years. Hubby see Miles for physio and I have seen both Krisitne and Miles. Hubby and I have both seen Rob for massage here as well. Overall this is great clinic and I have recommended it to a few friends.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this place. They booked me with a registered Physio but gave me a student to work with for 1 hour and charged me $120. The real physio therapist only showed up for 5 min. It was a waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: After visiting other PTs for an injury with little success, Alanna from Rep was able to help me move past the injury. She treated the injury and provided me with specific exercises to support me through my recovery. The knowledge of the staff and resources available for treatment are excellent.

Fantastic experience: I saw Bailey over a year ago for treatment for stiffness/tightness in my hips and she worked her magic to get me back up and running, literally. I finally made time to get back for a massage again, this time not for an injury but just for a tune-up. She still managed to find lots of knots to work out which has left me feeling much better. Bailey does a fantastic deep tissue massage, which is what I always look for when I go to see her. I highly recommend her.
