Fantastic experience: Dr. Taylor Green has been absolutely amazing. I am simply so grateful to have found her over a year ago. She listens to my concerns/questions, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our conversations (hormones/digestion/reproductive health, etc), she is kind, and she has helped me so much. After experiencing years of symptoms and challenges, it is such a relief to know that I am in good hands. My quality of life has improved tremendously. It's worth the money. I recommend Dr. Green 100%, she is 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I work in the kitchen and my back has always been a problem. A close friend with serious trust issues referred me to Dr. Alex Chan, so I knew I was going to be in good hands. Dr. Chan gave me sound advice on how to fix my back problems through natural remedies including hot and cold compresses, stretches and teas. All inexpensive and easy to do at home. I even sleep better and feel more energetic everyday. I simply won't see any other Doctor in the city. Dr. Alex Chan is simply so genuine and sweet and is always looking out for you!

Negative experience: Integrative and Dr Alex Chan falsely diagnosed me with cancer to start. I can't think of a more negligent false diagnosis from a doctor. I have been seeing Dr Alex Chan here for 2 years for complex chronic illness from the covid vaccine. I have spent tens upon tens of thousands of dollars with the clinic. Along with the above false diagnosis she also failed to refer me to an immunologist whose testing she used on me who could have helped me with his protocol a lot quicker (1 year) and instead kept recommending supplements that did absolutely nothing for my health causing Dr Alex Chan to have to apologise again to me for incompetance. I finally discovered the immunologist in question (Dr Bruce Patterson) and referred myself. My experience was not only expensive here but incredibly reactive. My belief is that Dr Alex didn't have the qualifications to manage my case and instead of being honest about it continued to bill me and pretend she and integrative could help. Due to their negligence I have had to seek further outside care in the US and have had to seek medical attention to undo some of the harm that was imposed upon me by Dr Chan including most recently - hormone therapy - not to mention the psychological damage of a false cancer diagnosis. After speaking with the clinic's management I received no written apology from my Dr for the above and have been refused any recent refunds.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caleda was recommended to me, I got prp in my lower back a few months ago, knock on wood, it seems to be working, I can do movements without pain, that bothered me for 10 years before seeing Dr. Caleda, at Integrative Health. Dr. Caleda, knows his stuff, he don't mess around and like a true professional, uses ultrasound guidance doing his injections.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Jam Caleda for PRP injections for injured ligaments in my lower back, causing me chronic and severe back pain for over a year. After seeing multiple practitioners, he was the only one to confirm my diagnosis. The treatments have me feeling 90-95% improved already! His treatment approach and bedside manner is excellent. Without his treatment, I was worried I would end up on long term disability. I highly recommend him and this naturopathic office.

Negative experience: I wanted to give Naturopathic treatment another shot after not getting results previously and exhausting every other option but not only did my condition not improve, my symptoms doubled after the treatment I was given. My doctor was extremely professional and friendly but unfortunately the treatment did not work for me.

Fantastic experience: Mixed/dual eview of both naturopath and customer service/reception: (Wish I could rate both separately, but here’s the overall): My naturopath = 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reception= 2.5 Reception: walking into the space, you see a large Buddha statue mixed with pleasant wallpaper, lighting etc. It’s quite nice. However, reception, every time I’m there and despite the person, is never really a welcoming experience. Each person I’ve interacted with at front has in essence, treated me as an unlucky number. For example, when I wasn’t given a reminder of a rescheduled appt they still charged me a no-show fee. Also, I have my CC on file which is mandatory, but like to pay with my debit. Every time they give me grief and I don’t think I’ve seen them smile once. They also didn’t print off half of the sheets they were supposed to print for me that the naturopath had requested. Naturopath: I was seeing dr Kuzma for awhile and loved her. Since she left, I’ve been seeing Dr Green for a short time and in a couple months, she’s managed to recommend a path for me that has basically changed my health in ways I didn’t really think were possible, at least in short time. She is always friendly and efficient and seems to really care about her patients. She also has a great sense of humour :). Treatment wise relating to my past: for example, my qualified GP’s treatment of me had little difference in my chronic insomnia and weight gain in the last 6 years, whereas within a couple weeks here, I have started feeling more confident, getting more sleep, and lost some stubborn fat, as well as reduced some anxiety. I’m hoping to continue on this path!

Fantastic experience: Hand down the best Naturopath I have consulted with. I have chronic lyme disease and recently had a case of vitamin b6 toxicity and Dr. Alex Chan has been amazing. I am a firm believer that working with a doctor is a two way street and Dr. Chan listens to everything I say and gives really good advice and recommendations for me. Fantastic experience: I have had pretty bad gut issues for the past 5 years or so, which steadily worsened over time. The many family doctors and specialists were not helpful and made me feel more hopeless and upset about my situation. I have been seeing Dr. Taylor Green for a little over two years now (note I don’t write reviews too often unless an experience was either exceptionally positive or negative). Dr. Green and the team at integrative have been wonderful for me in my journey of healing my gut and starting work with me at a point where I was very distrustful towards health professionals. Dr. Green was always very kind and patient through the ups and downs of the process, and always attentive and validating of my concerns, as well as giving her expert guidance while taking my opinions into account. She always went above and beyond in terms of giving her care, attention and time. When some treatments didn’t work as expected initially, she was flexible and able to provide other avenues of treatment which turned out to be very effective! At first when I started going to see her I wasn’t sure how many sessions I would have mostly just due to cost. However, I quickly saw the high value of having a skilled and empathetic clinician such as Dr. Green in working through chronic health issues. My health hasn’t been in such a good place for years as it is now thanks to Dr. Green’s work with me. I am so thankful for her and that I chose integrative. Highly highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Called the clinic to make an appointment, the receptionist was kind of short with me and said to email them. Then I emailed, and they gave me a phone number to call. I called during the times they indicated and no one picked up. I left a voicemail and was never called back. Very disappointed!

Negative experience: This is one of the worst clinics if you actually want to improve your condition. I booked 3 months in advance just to see the doctor for July 2021. Right now it's November and I still haven't been able to see him for the second time because they are always fully booked months in advance. (I did book in advance but they cancelled my appointment on that day after waiting months because he was taking that day off all of a sudden). If you want to take 20 years to fix your condition, then feel free to come to this clinic. This clinic takes forever for anything and when I asked for a refund because I spent so much money without getting any feedback on my condition, they simply said that it's not possible. I'm not sure why they have such high reviews.

Negative experience: I called the clinic to make an appointment for a first time visit to see a Naturopath. The receptionist said she would email me the proper client forms. The forms never came. I had to make 3 phone calls to finally get the form emailed to me. The receptionist spelled my email wrong. Then I got home from work to hear a message stating - "if we don't receive your forms, your appointment will be cancelled." Very disorganized and poorly managed. If it takes 3 phone calls for me to get one email - what the heck is the problem! Not impressed!

Fantastic experience: I have received really great care here. I have seen a few naturalpaths here and they all have been great. They discovered some things with my health that no one else was able to. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am well from a medium-severe traumatic brain injury because of the help of Eric Posen and the exceptional teams of admin and pharmacy staff. Larry Chan is also excellent for knees, ankles, backs etc! Eric Posen is an internal medicine and brain injury and allergy expert.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with this clinic for naturopathic treatment with Dr.Chan based from all the good reviews - I got an appointment two months later than when I called, but I was okay with it due to covid-19 and all the medical processes taking time. However, a week before my scheduled appointment, I received a call and was charged for $50 for a missed appointment! I still have the email, and a voice message on my phone stating the original time that I had booked in advance two months ago. My partner was shocked too since he was there when I called the office to book the appointment originally and remembers it being scheduled not at the time the office charged me for. The appointment they "claimed I booked" was on a day I was scheduled to be away from Vancouver, so I would have never booked that time - their receptionist wrongly scheduled me for an appointment in their system and then charged me for their error. No where on their website does it state that you will be charged $50 for "missed appointments" i.e. scheduling errors by Integrative's staff. Terrible service and a disorganized reception that resulted in hidden fees for an error on their part. Stay away and go with a naturopathic office that knows how to use a calendar.

I came here and the doctor showed so much empathy and looked into every concern and found what was causing them. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for responsible and respectful care that looks at the whole picture of a person and addresses causes not just treats symptoms this may be the place for you as it has been for me. From the first visit Dr Hal Brown got to work doing adjustments and various assessments some of which made an immediate difference, others would take time with treatment. But positive changes happened. This was not only in my opinion, but other healthcare providers, family and friends were noticing too. Dr Brown's combination of training, skills and experience brought refreshing insight to my medical care. All the ways I had envisioned medical care would be when I needed it were found here in one place streamlining many appointments to one clinic where other practitioners also became involved in various specialized capacities to assist Dr Brown. When it is remembered that a patient is a person who has to figure out how to live despite residual effects of injury and illness there is a foundation of respect, hope and trust to build on. I feel fortunate to have found Dr Hal Brown, Dr Alex Chan, Dr Katie Leah and nutritionist Keyrsten McEwan who have all made a positive difference to my health and therefore my life. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. My one wish is that medicare dollars could be spent on types of care at the discretion of the patient for what is a fit for them as mine would surely be spent here. Until then I willingly and appreciatively pay out of my own pocket for that which actually works and makes a difference.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Alex Chan for about 3 months now, and it's been wonderful! I started seeing Alex for a very bad skin flare-up (my face, especially my eyes, were swollen for 3 months straight) and she cleared 80% of it up within the first month. She's very thorough, spends the necessary time with you, and plans your treatments specifically to what your body needs and towards your wellness goals. In one session, treatments can range from acupuncture to chiropractic to bio-meridian food sensitivity testing to this leg-lifting thing she does (to figure out what supplements work best with your problems; it sounds silly but it works!). Albeit their prices are higher than some other Naturopathic clinics and in comparison to seeing a regular MD, it's worth the price if you want to be in good health and do it the holistic way! Recently started seeing Dr. Karen Lam as well for acupuncture - she knows what she's doing and does it well.

They have an on-site naturopathic pharmacy and multiple strategies to get you back into your best shape. The cross-disciplinary professionals consult to devise your best course of care. I was constantly tired and after eight weeks following their program, I was back to my old self. Occasionally, their appointments run late and this can be inconvenient - which is the only reason I'm not giving them a five star rating. I've recommended them multiple times to friends.

Fantastic experience: Rolfing Massage Therapist Steven Inaba at Integrative Naturopathic Medicine Centre is my medicine! He works very intuitively and is a master at manipulating and releasing my tight muscles and myofacaical tissue. I’ve seen dozens of other practitioners of various therapies including massage, acupuncture, physiotherapy, chiropractor, Bowen therapy and Raki. Steven has given me the most effective and lasting pain relief I’ve ever experienced in the past ten years for my auto-immune/fibromyalgia symptoms.

I had many health conditions and he was able to address them within those visits (one very serious condition my GP couldn't bother to test for). He is also one of the few doctors qualified to perform neuro and prolotherapy for chronic nerve pain. I have been seeing chiropractors, Acupuncturists, RMTs, Physiatrists, for years and he has been able to give me pain relief in 4 visits. I highly recommend him. He is just fabulous.

Fantastic experience: At a point in my health journey where I needed light to find my path forward, I found it here. A friend recommended that I visit the clinic and I’m so thankful she did. The doctors took time and genuine interest in supporting me. In addition to the treatments I received at the clinic, they also encouraged me to implement healing steps at home (in between appointments) through diet, supplements and lifestyle choices. My health has shifted, my outlook about my health has shifted, and I have become an increasingly active participant in my own healthcare team.

From the front desk staff, to the dispensary, to all the doctors (especially Dr. Leah!!) I am in great hands, I have recommended several of my friends and clients and they all agree - this clinic is top-notch.

Fantastic experience: Overall, great services and Dr Martin is very knowledgeable and takes the time to inform his clients too. The Myers Drip or vitamin cocktail is doing wonders for me. As these services are not provincially covered one needs good insurance coverage or pay for these services themselves. I have recommended many others to come here. Great central location.

Fantastic experience: Great Clinic to go to. Easy to find and in a good location to get to when using Transit . There are a number of Practitioners and Doctors that specialize to keep you healthy and youthful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating when making appointments . The clinic area is very neat, clean, organized and easily accessible for wheelchairs . I have been going for over 10 years as an addition to my regular GP and have never had a bad experience.
