Fantastic experience: I've been a client for over 7 years with Hary Toor. Always professional, experienced, and friendly. Some other physiotherapists I've seen in the past only see you for 10 minutes and then send you off to their low pay assistants to do the rest. He doesn't. He takes care of his clients the whole time, providing exercise tips and recommendations.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Harry, off and on for a number of years and I don't know how much I can praise him! Not only is Harry an expert at his job, he has empathy and real advice in spades! Unlike some health care professionals, Harry treats you like a person! He knows that everyone has thier own unique health issues, and works with you to help you recover, get you back to where you need to be, and to achieve your goals, so that you can recover, heal and get on with life! I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Harry as a physiotherapist!

Fantastic experience: I had an accident in April this year and I required a shoulder replacement. Post surgery was hard and scary until I got to meet Taylor at Envision. He is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. With his help and encouragement my recovery has been really good! Thank you. I will recommend this clinic and Taylor for such important help.

Fantastic experience: Physio here has helped me insurmountably in the past year with my knee and hip issues. I went from not being able to walk more than 10min to running 20km. Cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Negative experience: I would not recommend Alison at South Granville. Poor understanding of basic anatomy and clearly stuck in one way of thinking in relation to male pelvic dysfunction. Shame that physios state they are experienced and knowledgable enough to help those with penis and prostate, yet, clearly they are not. Look elsewhere for help with pain and discomfort if you own a penis and prostate.

Fantastic experience: Post knee replacement surgery Taylor has been amazing! So encouraging, motivating and really helping to get me back to my regular if not better shape! Highly recommend! And it’s one on one.

Fantastic experience: As parents of active children, we have seen our fair share of physiotherapists over the past 6 years. We had not come across any practice or therapist that compelled us to keep returning until we started seeing Harry, who was strongly recommended by our son's chiropractor. Harry is knowledgeable, practical, and amazing with kids; both my 10 year-old daughter and 15 year-old son said 'he's really nice' and they want to continue seeing him. He doesn't overwhelm them with exercises, and spends the time to make sure they understand how to do them correctly and the importance of doing them. The follow-up email is extremely helpful as well. The space is thoughtfully laid out, the administrative staff is kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Harry is a true professional who cares about his client's wellbeing. He provided me with a thorough assessment and showed me exercises that would help my frozen shoulder and arm pain. His exercises can be accessed by video and digital images which are very helpful. I would highly recommend him and his practice. His office is also in a great location.

Harry's knowledge, experience, professionalism and realness is such a rare combination to come across in an instructor. He is a great communicator and made the content so easy to digest and retain. Fantastic experience: Envision helped me come out of 20 years of chronic neck and back pain into a life full of skiing, mtn biking, golf and swimming. Erin helped me through a recent concussion and I see her regularly for Pilates. Brent helped me figure out my golf swing to get rid of knee pain. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Harry is amazing! He's extremely knowledgeable and schooled in many different techniques such as IMS. I love the that he follows up with specific exercises and related instructions. He's a very inspiring guy who has such a positive outlook on life - I learn so much just talking to him during the visits. I have been seeing him for over 15 years for chronic back injury and hip related issues. In addition, the office staff is always friendly and professional. I can't recommend Harry enough - he gets 10 stars from me!

Negative experience: I got a call yesterday after my specialist referred me here to get an infusion as he doesnt want me passing out whenever i do anything. But VCH doesnt do iron infusions unless people are nearly dying. My iron is already low but not severe enough. My insurance covered the iron Bag but id have to pay $235 out of pocket for what... To get my blood pressure taken 3 times and get an IV put it my arm?! Pretty ridiculous. So now i gotta wait till im dying to get the healthcare I NEED and DESERVE. And im going to be needing this twice a year. This healthcare system is so screwed.

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder problem and was going to another clinic to get it treated and it was actually getting worse. I was then told to come to Envision instead and I was so glad. I started seeing improvements right away and was back to normal within a few months. Harry is a great physiotherapist. Really takes the time to get to the source of the problem and prescribe proper treatment and exercises. I highly recommend them.

She is very kind and forthright with good communication and clear direction. She was knowledgeable and thorough with her assessment. I'm optimistic she will help us get things right in short order.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered vertigo episodes a number of times over the last couple of years that left me feeling nauseous and dizzy and afraid to move my head in case it happened again. I thought it was something I just had to live with, until a friend told me how vestibular physiotherapy had resolved her vertigo issues. So I decided to give it a try, and booked an appt with Maggie Lang at Envision. I am amazed at the results. She directed me through a series of head movements that are designed to gently move the out of place crystals in your ear canal back into the correct position. And it worked! I was so impressed with her knowledge - from diagnosing the exact problem, pinpointing the affected ear canal, and guiding you through the treatment. I highly recommend both Maggie and Envision.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing various practitioners at this location for over 2 years now for Physiotherapy, RMT and Kinesiology. Staff in the office are very knowledgeable, professional and really lovely people! Though I haven't visited myself, I've heard good things about their second False Creek location as well.

Fantastic experience: If you are choosing the Granville location, go see Suzanne for your needs. If you are choosing the False Creek location, Ian is the man. Both of these therapists take really good care of me. Been with Ian for a couple years now, and just recently started seeing Suzanne whenever I cannot get time with Ian (our schedules are complete opposite.. whoops!) They're both great, I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have received care from Envision Physio on numerous occasions. Harry and his team have always been extremely professional and accommodating. When I tore my hamstring playing hockey, Harry quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the recovery process and timeline, then developed a treatment plan to get me back on the ice quickly. It was a huge relief and help to receive the care. We never hesitate to refer Envision to friends and family. Thanks Harry!

Fantastic experience: Amazing folks, super friendly and knowledgeable. Building has automated push button and functional elevator. Office door is quite heavy and not automated but the receptionists are super sweet and helpful. Exam room doors are wide enough for mobility devices and most have plenty of room to move around in. Tables can adjust heights to get on and off.

Fantastic experience: I went to Envision to see a dietitian. I'm so happy with the consultation I got and the advice I was given. The dietician also followed up with me via email and answered other questions that I forgot to ask her during our appointment. I've already booked a follow-up appointment to see her again.

Negative experience: Disappointed, went for my first appointment based on recommendation and the great rating on here. I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have me on the schedule. Which I had booked over the phone with a person. They had me "in the system" but no appointment. I guess you are supposed to receive a confirmation email, but how would I know that if it is my first appointment.

Fantastic experience: Harry is a top PT, I have worked with many personally and professionally. You get your entire scheduled time with the PT, they wont be sharing time with another patient which happens at many other PT clinics.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with treatment from Lauren. She helped me when my back was sore and limited me to basic movements. After a couple sessions I was cured. I don't know how she did it but she somehow found the problem and helped me heal. She gave me some great exercises to work on at home which helped a lot too. It was obvious right away that she was smart and knew what she was doing. I highly recommend her !
