Fantastic experience: I've been training at MyGoalFitness for a little while now, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to help you achieve your fitness goals. The facilities are top-notch—clean, well-equipped, and with a great variety of machines and free weights. What really stands out, though, is the personalized attention you receive. Whether it's a custom workout plan or advice on nutrition, they genuinely care about your progress.

Fantastic experience: Met this guy at a local gym I was at, while travelling, he was on a trip himself, I found out. We decided to rep it out together for the session. Michael told me he had a Personal Training business, so, being a PT myself, I decided to "put him through the paces" and see how knowledgeable he was. I've had so many awkward interactions with people about, " I've been thinking about getting my Cert for a while" and I thought, "this is probably just another one". To my surprise, the dude really knew what he was doing and he looked the part too. I actually learned a few things from him that day. If you're in the market for a trainer, hit him up. Good dude and he can help you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: Had a great trial PT session with Johnny. He seemed knowledgeable and had prepared exercises for a solid leg day. We went through a warmup on the turf and did an assortment of moves, including Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, leg extensions, and cable kick backs. The gym is very clean with a good assortment of equipment. There are also two showers, lockers in the change rooms and towels.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Johnny C. a few months ago on a friend's recommendation, and am very satisfied with his coaching. While I'm not new to working out, I wasn't optimizing my routine or performing exercises correctly, which led to several injuries. Johnny guided me through each exercise and adapted my workouts to accommodate my disproportionately long femurs. I especially appreciate how he consistently checks in to see how I'm doing, which helped motivate me but also keep me accountable. I've made significantly more progress working with Johnny than when I was training alone. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I had my first PT session with Johnny last Thursday and honestly, the session went so much better than I expected! I was nervous to go back to training (even moreso with a PT) but Johnny made it easy. He was great with explaining the mechanics of our bodies and how to ensure we engage the right muscles. The session went by so quickly that I didn't realise we were done til he called it. If you are ever new to training or under the guidance of a PT, highly recommend Johnny. He's so light-hearted and funny that you don't feel like you're training.

The atmosphere is class. The space is beautifully renovated with all the equipment you would need, no matter your goals, and a solid supplements & snack bar. Fantastic experience: Mike is an extraordinary personal trainer. I am very lucky to have found him to train me. I checked both references he gave me, I got very detailed and super genuine feedback. I had a trial out session with him, it was good, so I decided to go with him. What I didn’t know was the training with him got better and better day after day, month after month. I train three times a week with him, it went by like blink of an eye, I extended another three months. He is VERY knowledgeable, he knows what he is doing, you will just have to trust him and follow through. He is very focused, he gave me his 100% each time he trains me. His nutrition plan works extremely well for me, I actually love it. In this three months training I got a lot more than what I signed up for. My health got better, my posture got better, my knees don’t hurt anymore, and I have constant bad diarrhea for 20 years, now it rarely happens! My life has transformed. My original goal was very simple as I told him, was to reduce belly fat and improve my posture. Now my chest got more firm, belly fat reduced (still a lot more work to do), and I am much stronger in general. I got a lot more than what I originally asked for. Above all, I can handle my stress much better. He knows where I am at each step of the way, he is very gentle yet firm and focused. He is worth every dollar he charges me for. Thank you Mike.

Fantastic experience: Michael was great! He developed for me a starting plan for working out on my own, based on my personal goals. The exercises he gave me identified weaknesses in my mobility and strength that I was not previously aware of, and with his plan I can now address them. He also gave me advice on nutrition and stretching, and gave me a discount on bubble tea flavour protein powder. 10/10 great session.
Fantastic experience: Michael is an amazing personal trainer. Very knowledgeable. I was too self conscious to go to the gym. He made me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I had a training session with Michael I ask him to specifically train my lower body because i use to do calisthenics and it’s mostly focus on upper body . I loved the session so much he gave me good tips and exercice that I can do outdoor while doing calisthenics . He teach me how to lift weight dead lift and squat( it was my first time doing this)I also enjoyed his happiness and all the great stretching advice he gave me to be better at calisthenics. Fantastic experience: I wanted to learn more about isolating muscle & mobility work out for injury prevention + sports performance. Michael was able to help me understand the muscle group and how to utilize them. Importance of nutrition & resting (recovery). It's only been couple weeks but feeling lighter and toned. Can't wait to see the result in 6 - 8 months!

Fantastic experience: I had a training session with Michael two weeks ago and it was a revelation. He was observant, attentive and very motivating. Obviously a very experienced trainer, he quickly picked up on my various “problematic” areas and suggested routines to help, explaining the purpose behind, and the impact of, each move. He accurately predicted that I would feel the burn/pain of this session over the next two days and I felt it all right, even in muscles that I didn’t realise I had! He seemed fully committed to helping me achieving my goals and I really appreciated his advice and am quite certain that I would soon be back to train with Michael on a regular schedule.
